Conclusion Cet appartement est une arnaque totale, un exemple typique de location mensongère qui met en danger les voyageurs. Mensonge sur les photos Mensonge sur la piscine et accès limité Bruit insupportable (B13) Insalubrité (cafards et insectes) Parking dangereux et entrée directement sur la route Aucun respect du client Je vous le déconseille mille fois, surtout si vous voyagez avec des enfants.

J’avais réservé cet appartement pour 11 jours, mais je n’ai pas pu y rester plus de 30 minutes tellement la situation est insupportable. Voici en détail tout ce que vous devez savoir avant de réserver : 1. Des photos trompeuses Les photos que vous voyez sur Booking datent d’au moins 20 ans. La réalité n’a rien à voir : mobilier vieux, appartement sombre et surtout une forte odeur de renfermé dès qu’on entre. Rien à voir avec les images “attrayantes” présentées en ligne. 2. Insalubrité et nuisibles L’appartement n’est pas propre : cafards et autres insectes circulent à l’intérieur. Je préfère ne pas publier les photos tellement c’est répugnant. 3. Un bruit infernal jour et nuit L’appartement est situé juste devant la B13, une route très passante. Même fenêtres fermées, le bruit de la circulation est permanent et insupportable. Impossible de se reposer, encore moins de dormir. 4. Une piscine mensongère Le propriétaire annonce une piscine privée. En réalité, elle appartient à la pizzeria d’à côté. L’accès est limité et vous ne pouvez pas y aller librement. Rien à voir avec une piscine tranquille et accessible à toute heure. 5. Un parking dangereux Le soi-disant “parking privé” est une simple place collée à un mur, directement au bord de la route. Comme le montrent les photos envoyées par le propriétaire, il est très dangereux d’y sortir de la voiture, surtout avec des enfants ou le soir dans l’obscurité.6. Un accès inquiétant L’entrée de l’appartement donne directement sur la B13, sans recul ni protection. Cela signifie que vous sortez directement sur la route, ce qui est particulièrement dangereux pour une famille avec enfants.7. Un endroit dangereux pour les familles Pour aller à la piscine ou simplement marcher dans le quartier, il faut traverser la B13. Cette route est extrêmement dangereuse, particulièrement avec des enfants : pas de trottoirs sécurisés, circulation constante et rapide. 8. Un propriétaire non sérieux Malgré toutes ces tromperies

C’était un établissement idéal pour un couple un endroit calme. À proximité y a boulangerie, des supérettes et épicerie.

These guys robbed me,first they advertise the wrong prices for their properties only to hike it by over 100% upon paying.As if that was not enough,they sent me a fake location and when i got there its only a bush area with no building at all,i tried calling all their telephone line but noone pucked up and it was already almost 11pm and i was stuck and strunded on the streets up until midnight,only for them to reply me on this app telling funny stories of how i didnt reply their whatapp mesage which i clearly did and even called the same number only to be ignored..im very disapponted with this kind if fraud and i will be going public to expose all your fradulant business and how you people cheat people of their hard earned money..this is a promise unless u make a plan to refund my money or actually offer me the service i paid for and never got,your choice.

It was my second time booking this accommodation. The first experience was very good and the second was excellent. When I arrived, the studio was super clean and fresh. It had all the facilities I needed. The host communicates promptly and efficiently. The location is excellent.

A little constructive criticism: the power socket is too far from the bed.

Although the property appears on the map to be one street away from the main road, it is actually right on the extremely busy and unbearably noisy main road. Shortly after booking, I arrived at the apartment within 30 minutes, it was already after 1900. I messaged the owner requesting to cancel due to the overwhelming noise, but they insisted I pay the full booking fee.

The studio was clean and spacious with a large bathroom. It had all the necessary facilities for an enjoyable stay. The accommodation is very well located as it is close to quality restaurants, a famous bakery, bus stops, and shops. The check-in was easy.

The studio is close to the main road and we may be disturbed by the noise of motor vehicles.

The place was clean. There were soap and other cleaning materials. Also bed sheets were clean. It was good value for money.
