Emplacement idéal pour séjourner sur l’île. Flic en flac est un point d’atterrissage interessant pour visiter la zone aisément. Le logement se trouve aux abords des commerces de la ville et non loin de la plage de Fljc en Flac. Un logement avec un très bon rapport qualité prix. Studio et cuisine commune conforme aux photos. De plus, le propriétaire est d’une extrême gentillesse ce qui rend le séjour d’autant plus agréable. Merci beaucoup pour ce beau séjour sur l’île.

Ein wundervolles Appartment mit allem was man braucht ! Es ist großzügig und sehr sauber, die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das WLAN funktioniert hervorragend. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nette und herzliche Menschen, die immer einen Rat parat haben und Fragen gerne beantworten. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und doch zentral, Supermarkt und Strand sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Habe mich während der 6 Nächte sehr wohl gefühlt. Ausstattung vollständig, Wasch-/und Kochmöglichkeiten habe ich sehr geschätzt. Alle Zimmer haben eigenen Balkon, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage… Ohne Auto alles prima erreichbar vor Ort, aber auch mit Bus Ausflüge einfach machbar. Strand ist wunderschön. Viele Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Vermieter sehr unkompliziert und herzlich. Hat mich mit Papaya und Tomaten aus seinem Garten beschenkt und Transfer zum Flughafen für mich gemacht. Kommunikation war rasch und top. Ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, wenn man einen günstigeren, aber praktischen, ruhigen und herzlichen Ort wünscht.

We were lucky to have an array of local small birds that would alight on our balcony at breakfast and dusk. Cardinal Fodys, Village weavers, sparrows, Common Mynahs and the occasional Bulbul. It was very entertaining.

Our room was somewhat smaller than we had expected from the website photos but we did have rather a lot of luggage as we were moving permanently to Mauritius. However, Deepak and his family were so welcoming, so helpful and even helped us move to our new property. We have nothing but praise for everything they did for us. Thank you.

Ich kann das Guesthouse empfehlen und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Deepak ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich konnte min Zimmer schon direkt morgens beziehen, was ich überaus nett fand. Zum Strand braucht man ca. 10 min zu Fuß. In der Umgebung gibt es alles was man benötigt. Das Zimmer war sauber. Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert - gibt es allerdings nur im Schlafzimmer. Auch das WLAN war einwandfrei. Der Pool war sehr gut. Ich habe über Deepak einen Transfer zur Blue Bay für einen unschlagbaren Preis gebucht. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles 🫶🏻

We had such an amazing stay at this apartment! 🌴✨ The location is perfect – only about a 10-minute walk to the beach, and just as close to a supermarket, restaurants, and everything you might need. Flic en Flac is a fantastic base for exploring the island, with easy access to many attractions. We also heard it has one of the lowest rainfall levels on Mauritius, even during the rainy season, which really makes a difference! The hosts are absolutely wonderful – incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. They assisted us in organizing trips at very good prices and even helped arrange a car rental on very convenient terms. What touched us the most was their kindness when our flight got canceled. My friend was supposed to stay longer (and she doesn’t speak English), and the hosts kindly offered to take care of her and even suggested a few extra days of stay for free. Luckily, the flight resumed, but their gesture meant so much to us. Highly recommended – not just a place to stay, but truly a place where you feel cared for and at home. 💛

Nous avons tout aimé dans notre séjour à Flic en Flac! Deepak est un hôte exceptionnel, sa gentillesse et son accueil sont hors pair. La chambre est parfaite pour un couple, il ne manque rien. Un grand lit, une salle de douche et toilette, une télé, la clim, le frigo, la bouilloire, le micro-ondes, le toasteur, une petite terrase et bien que nous ne nous en sommes pas servis, la piscine est impeccable et une cuisine partagé et une buanderie sont un vrai plus. Tout cela dans un endroit sécurisé, calme et agréable. Merci également pour les deux bieres fraiches dans le frigo à notre arrivée et le petit cadeau de départ! L'emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la plage, de commerces (dont un Carrefour) et des restaurants. D'ailleurs il est à noter le restaurant Marco Polo, conseillé par Deepak, qui est juste incroyable. Le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable sur toute l'île! Les portions sont gargantuesque et les produits proposés délicieux. Nous y avons mangé tous les soirs! Le midi, je vous conseille Christelle, une petite gargote sur la plage à deux pas du logement qui propose une cuisine Mauricienne délicieuse et pourtant très peu coûteuse. En sommes, le logement de Monsieur Deepak est idéal pour un couple qui souhaite une chambre au paradis sans ce ruiner. Merci encore à lui!

L'emplacement est à 800 m de la plage publique. C'est très peu mais 7-10 minutes peuvent sembler longues lorsqu'on croise des groupes de chiens errants à une heure matinale (pour voir la couleur exceptionnelle de l'eau à l'aube) ou après le coucher du soleil. C'est un peu intimidant même si les chiens n'attaquent pas, mais certains dans votre dos grognent...

Tout était parfait. Deepak est super accueillant et soucieux de ses locataires. Il est vraiment adorable et arrangeant. On est resté 2 semaines et le rapport qualité prix est imbattable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Une cuisine commune, des machines à laver et dans la chambre un frigo et micro onde qui sont bien utiles, la grande douche était top aussi. Tout ça à 5-7 min à pied de la plage de Flic en Flac. Que demander de plus ? Encore merci pour l'accueil !

Comfortable room with a hot shower and good air con. Really friendly owner Deepak. Needed a later check out due to flight time, Deepak managed to accommodate me for a couple of extra hours after the 10am check out.

The plumbing system. Weird sounds came from the basin tap. Many were leaking. We had to change rooms due to a leaking air conditioner.

The property is secure with locked doors but I could see someone inside one of the apartments so I called the number I had for the accommodation and Deepak answered and let me in.

There aren't any recycling facilities for paper, plastic, etc. but that is because the government won't pay for it, which is a shame. A rubbish bag for the bin would have been good but as there wasn't one I put my rubbish into small plastic bags I got at the supermarket for fruit.

The location was very good and it was easy to park the car. The apartment was confortable, clean and spacious.

I stayed at Ashmara Villa for 5 nights and had an amazing experience! Great location, just a 10-15 min walk to convenient store and to the beach. The villa itself is clean and comfortable. The owner , Sir Deepak was one of the nicest person I’ve ever met. He even gave me a free lift to the bus stop. Thank you so much for the free beer as well! Overall, great value for money and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Our 2-week stay was fine, we had no issues with the room and the owner was extremely nice! The location is very good, the internet connection is alright too. Worth every dollar.

The renovation could be refreshed, but we didn’t mind, as you don’t want to stay in your room a lot, while in Mauritius :)

Super safe and cosy nice balcony and everyone was very friendly. The host Deepak is the coolest, welcome beer 🍺 and always reachable and super friendly. The room is small but doesn’t matter because of the balcony. Everything is close by if you’re not too lazy to walk a little. For what we were paying it was really a cool nice place with fridge and all you desire for a stopover or even a longer stay. Thumps up would do it again in a heartbeat 💗👍👍👍👍

Great location and very secure and quiet. Really well managed , excellent communication and welcome . The unit I had was small and compact but had everything I needed and was excellent value for money.

We had a big Apartement with 2 bedrooms with AirCondition, a small bathroom, a kitchen and a balcony, where we could also hang our wet clothes. Also there was a nice Pool but we didn't really use it as the Apartement is in walking distance to the beach. The apartement was clean and we could also park our car there. The owner was amazing, very friendly and he also helped us getting a rental car for a good prize.

Apartment is nearly 50 min drive from airport. Deepak (the owner) is very gentle and polite person, who welcomed us at the time and helped to accommodate. The place is very quiet and cozy (especially balcony), we stayed for 10 days and were very delighted. There are several shops and restaurants nearby, and the beach is 5-7 min walk. The beach is clear and there are not many people. Also if you found of running, in the morning there’s not big traffic and you can run on the side of the road.

The host Deepak is a fantastic guy! He was extremely friendly and available. He drove us to an ATM, gave tips on good restaurants and helped organizing us a day trip on a speedboat. The room itself is small but well equipped (AC, TV, small kitchen with fridge, cattle, microwave, iron) with a small terrace, the building also has a small common kitchen and two washing machines. Parking inside of the yard, beyond a locked gate is very good for car protection. Public beach, supermarket, lots of restaurants in walking distance but the building itself is in a quiet street.

The safe in our room wasn't functional during our stay. The usage of chlor in the pool/jakuzzi could be higher.

The apartment was very cozy, good value for money. The villa is located close to the bus stop and supermarket. The owner was very kind and accomodating, he let me have a late check out since i had an evening flight.
