Joli Appartement Neuf, Route Côtière Grand Baie

The apartment was clean and peaceful. The owner or the caretaker were arrogant . No soap, Shampoo, tea, coffee, in the apartment. There were water inturruption during our stay. Apartment was very beautiful, nice and with most amenities except soap, shampoo, detergent, tea, coffee etc. there was water disruption.

There was no soap, bath gel, shampoo and detergent. No tea or coffee. The owner or the caretaker were not friendly. There was no service No cleaning during our 5 day stay

Piękny i przestronny apartament. Dobrze wyposażony. Cały budynek nowoczesny, oferujący przy tym podziemny parking, basen i małą siłownię, która dla osoby aktywnej jest niezwykle funkcjonalna (hantle do 25 kg, ławeczka, rowerek, bieżnia). Na miejscu świetna obsługa. Wszystko dokładnie pokazane i wyjaśnione podczas checkinu. Lokalizacja jest też dużym plusem.

Location was great, accommodation was neat and safe. Privacy was great and facilities was readily available.

The beds were a little uncomfortable.

Des remontés des mauvaises odeurs au niveau des appareils sanitaires dans tout l'appartement tres gênant, le bruit de passage des véhicules excessifs,

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’accueil était très chaleureux et les échanges par message ont toujours été rapides et agréables. Pour chaque question, nous avons eu une réponse presque immédiate. L’emplacement est idéal, tout proche de la plage et très pratique. L’appartement est vraiment très bien situé. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Faktycznie w jednej sypialni jest troszkę głośno przez przejeżdżające auta ,ale liczyłem się z tym.

La propreté et la siruriin

Eine wunderschöne, neue, modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles da was man braucht, bis zum elektrischen Wäschetrockner sogar. Große Tiefgarage mit eigenem Stellplatz. Die Betreuerin Corrinne ist super klasse. Sie hilft sofort und ist sofort erreichbar. Einfach super diese Frau.

Den Balkon Abends nutzen ist aber nur eingeschränkt möglich, wegen des üblem Verkehrslärms. Hat uns nicht gestört, da wir mit eigenem Auto bis in die Nacht immer unterwegs waren. Der vorgelagerte Beach ist nicht erreichbar, das sind alles Privatgelände. Der nächste Badestrand ist in Pereybere Public Beach (meist überlaufen), nicht weit entfernt aber zu Fuß gefährlich. Es gibt teilweise keinen Fußweg dort hin, man muss sich die Straße mit rücksichtslosen Rasern teilen. Überhaupt scheint hier rücksichtsloses Fahren an der Tagesordnung. Vorsicht wenn man aus dem Grundstück fährt. Rücksichtslose Autofahrer rasen an der Ausfahrt vorbei. Die Auffahrt auf die Hauptstraße ich auch nicht ohne Gefahr. Der Pool ist zwischen den Häusern. Leider war zu unserer Zeit sehr wenig Wasser drin und das Wasser war schon grün. Also nicht benutzbar. Hat uns nicht gestört, da wir den ganzen Tag mit dem Auto unterwegs waren und wunderschöne Strände besuchten. (Mont Choisy Public Beach sehr zu empfehlen).

L’appartement en soi est bien agencé et équipé.

L’odeur constante d’égouts dans l’appartement ( aux 2 salles de bains et à la cuisine) , idem à la piscine… c’est assez dérangeant et incommodant. Le bruit de la route juste devant la résidence jour et nuit est aussi relativement embêtant , surtout avec un enfant.

Schönes, modernes Appartment. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, auch mit Spültabs und mehr als einem Spültuch und Geschirrtuch. Pool sauber und mit frischem Wasser nicht zu sehr von der Sonne aufgeheizt. Liegen in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden, Sonnendeck sehr heiß. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus.

Schöner großer Balkon leider zur Hauptstraße ausgerichtet. Zugang zum Strand trotz Nähe (50m) erst zwei Busstationen entfernt erreichbar. Im den Bädern unangenehmer Geruch aus den Sifons

The location is great. Peaceful environment. Well equipped.

No shower gel offered. The towels were not good. Slight odor in the apartment. Near the main road and can be noisy specially at night

Corrine was ever so friendly, she met us earlier than planned (due to our earlier arrival from the airport) outside the apartment building, to show us our flat and provided us with our keys. Fred was also very hospitable and linked us to a car rental company which proved very useful. The flat was comfortable, had all necessary amenities including a hair dryer, towels, kettle, microwave, iron and ironing board, cooking equipment, etc. Great location - 15 minutes walk to a supermarket called Store 2000 and a 10 minute walk to Pereybere beach. There’s also a bus stop right outside the flat which can take you to the beautiful Mon Choisy beach within 18 minutes, our favourite beach! There’s a closer beach within walking distance from the apartment (8 minutes) called Hibisicus Beach but unfortunately this is a private beach which required paid access for.

It was quite a noisy area, especially at night time - the apartment is located by a busy road so lots of noise from cars and barking of dogs almost every night into the early hours.

Apartment was spotless and had all the appliances needed. Staff Corinne was very helpful as was the owner

Super friendly interaction with everybody. Also really close to everything that you need. Property was super clean and safe. The double glazed windows prevented any noise from coming in.

The hot water was almost never hot, so showers were on the cooler side, most of the time. There was only a single cupboard in the first bedroom that was usable. Also sitting on the balcony was like sitting next to a racetrack.

Amazing property, loved the stay.

The host helped us arrange the car rental (convenient parking available in the basement) and was promt to reply to our requests. The appartment was clean and cozy. Two bathrooms, two aircons, dishwasher, washing and drying machines available as well as the stove and the oven - everything new and working properly. Great location to explore the island. Mon Choisy beach is close if you go by car and Pereybere beach is 10 minutes walk with kids (however there's no pavement on the way there so we prefered to go by car as well - it was just more comfrotable for us). Huge Super U is close by. Great value for money.

Everything was great. Apartment is very well equipped,Fast WiFi, place is clean. Regarding location 20min walk to grand baie beach, 10 min to pereybere beach, also walking distance to restaurants and shops. Check in and check out very smooth with no problems. Recommend for everyone!

Layout and fit-out of apartment. Location is about 500 m from Pereybere beach.

Traffic noise when the windows or balcony door were opened.

The apartment was very new, modern, clean and had the necessary utensils. Has nice furniture to relax on after a busy day out.

The fact that I was told 2 days after booking the apartment that I need to pay a Rs12 000 security deposit in cash when I check in. This was a bit upsetting. I did get my deposit back after my stay so all ended well
