Hemos pagado 50€ una noche, no los vale para nada. Está cerca del terminal 1, nosotros viajábamos con el terminal 3 y estaba a 30 minutos de taxi. No tenía cubiertos, solo un cuchillo. La presión del agua de la ducha muy débil, las ventanas nada insonorizadas, preparaos a escuchar cada 10 minutos un avión sobre la cabeza. No hay persianas, hay una ventana que da a donde se entra, no obstante la cortina blanca había luz blanca fuerte que no se podía regular. Demasiado caro para lo que es.

Our taxi driver had to drive 20 minutes extra to be able to reach the hotel as there is a gate, the hotel did tell us before hand so something to note. The bathroom was not nice at all, did not feel clean. The bed was clean however the sheet was too thin. Could do with a deep clean as there are ants in the room. Also no hot water.

The bedsheets or probably the bed smelled like a body odor. This spoiled the overall experience and I couldn’t sleep. The faucet also was leaking and the sound of water drops were annoying.

Toilet (WC) was clogged when I reached room. I informed the receptionist about this issue. She handed me a hand plunger to unclog!!!!!!!! I asked her to move to to a different room, then she send a helper to fix the issue. Plus, no hot water to take shower. Also, didn't provide any drinking water bottle.

I went to the fransciscan church nearby a lot ,where the birds fly The church has an incredible design One the best eatery in the barangay is LUZ canteen its nearby.

The location is hard to get to. It seems close to the airport but the commute is much longer than you would expect. The street to get to the apartment is crazy busy and takes a long time to get through. No restaurants nearby except McDonalds. There are a lot of gated streets that block commute paths.

Many things were broken or didn’t worked properly. The door lock wasn't working properly. The only three times I opened or closed the door, I had trouble with the lock. The bathroom faucet wasn't working, and the kitchen faucet was broken and coming loose. The shower is right next to the toilet, with no curtain or proper drain, so the whole bathroom would get wet after showering. Also, the surroundings weren’t really a nice area at night.

I also loved that the room has tasty wall art and books, which gave it a unique and cozy atmosphere. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, and overall, we definitely got more than our money’s worth.

Le prix que l’hôtel propose pour vous emmener à l’aéroport est extrêmement pas cher par rapport à Grab, 2 à 3 fois plus cher. Pas d’eau chaude.

The staff are well helpful especially for pwd like me assisting me to stay on the ground floor instead made me go up and down at 2nd floor from time to time my package order thru online shop they assist the delivery guys and they do assisting me to call grab taxi on time I need one thank you kuya David and family and the front desk from Iloilo you guys have me excellent accommodation during my stay.Thank you so much.
