The design is super nice. Really beautiful and great house.

Nothing everything is perfect.

Convenient to Billion Hypermarket (for our work) and highway exit.

everything

the toilet roll should be placed at a better location

The staff was very nice and attentive. They sent me information such as where to put the keys and parking location two days before check-in. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness.

Everything is fine

Overall, the amenities, service, and everything inside the house were excellent—better than most 4-star hotels. However, when booking a place to stay, comfort for sleeping is key. While I have no doubt that the service and facilities were great, the bed is one of the most important aspects, even more so than other things like the toilet. Unfortunately, we found the bed to be too hard and flat, which gave us back aches the next morning. It's definitely something to consider for improvement. That being said, this is still the best homestay I've stayed in, and it's great value for money. The host was very responsive and even arranged to post our belongings after we accidentally left them behind. I really appreciated the overall service, and if the bed quality improves, it would easily be a 5-star homestay.

The property is very clean and comfortable.

Cleanliness & Host's service was top! Strongly recommend this place.

All okay... water dispenser like coway could be useful.

Property was very clean, tastefully decorated and bigger than photos.

One bathroom.

My Father was delight with the cleaniness and well maintained.

Nothing

Cleanliness and well maintained, security, quiet Nice view

Very clean, nicely decorated. Provided with complimentary 3in1 beverages. Got free streaming service. I think the pool is accessible, but we did not go..

My little discomfort is the tv and streaming box's remote is hardly working.. Other than that, I think is fair..

Room is big and have space for working and have a teams meeting too.

The cleaniness of apartment and strategic location. Decoration of rooms is simple and aesthetic. 2 parking lots provided Owner is also very friendly in helping check in, out although we only stay for a night. Any question we point out, he answered in time. Very proper, clear instructions he has given.

I like the facilities available and comfort-ness of staying at that unit. The host was kind and guided me if I faced any difficulties with the check-in or check-out. There are so many restaurants and convenience stores available around the apartment. It is recommended if you bring your family members to stay here.

The apartment is super clean. I like the deco, minimalist and practical. Suitable for small family.

Clean and cozy accomodation. Provide us with fully equipped and superb facilities. Recommended to every single person who search staycation in kajang or semenyih

Everything was great, only issue is the locality

Comfortable.

Got washing machine, but no dryer.

The unit was clean and look exactly like the pics. The interior design is very nice. The owner accomodated our request to check in early since one of the units was already clean and ready. A lot of convenience stores near the building. The pool and playground is well kept. The instructions the owner gave made self check in easy. Make sure you get the key at the mailbox room first (basement). Kitchen was well equipped for light cooking. The bed and pillow is very comfortable.

Everything

I like the cleanliness of the house and the friendly host that try to accommodate our request.

The process to check in and collecting the key.

It’s very clean and very super cool person

Nothing everything was super cool

Excellent cleanliness, great staff, great security

Prefer either king size or 2 single beds, queen bed is rather small for me

The accommodation equipment in the house is very complete, as if it makes people feel like living in a bag. Neat and good The landlord is also very careful to solve our problems. Check-in building is also very safe.

The button fabric of the curtain fabric is a bit short, the curtain is very good at shading, but it is a little difficult to buckle it up.

Cozy appartment with great decoration and facilities, near to restaurants/shops

good service and nice apartment nearby convenience store and restaurant

Good location, nice interior design and facilities.

The method of collect access card and door key, a bit of complications.

Clean house!

The super clean rooms make us feel comfortable. Nice view from the unit. Can find food, laundry shop and Mynews convenient shop within walking distance.

The air in the apartment is filled with lavender fragrance which actually keeps the ambience feeling.

The host was Super friendly and easy to deal with :)

Super clean and tidy. Friendly host. My aged parents gad a comfortable sleep. I will give 10/10! 👌

The registration process is quite tedious if we have aged people in our group/team.

Everything inclusive the facility, kitchen and decoration. It really feels like staying at your own home. Well done

Clean environment, comfy bed, nice house decoration, host is responsive, very fast reply message and provides video to show us the location of designated car park

suggest to state the Deposit RM 100 in the booking website, so that the customer know about this prior booking, however the refund process is very fast
