Reviewed May 27, 2025Comfy stay..simple but tidy unit.
The air conditioner power couldn't support the size of the unit..fan speed cannot be adjusted. It wasn't too hot but it wasn't cool either. Not so comfortable especially during sleep..I don't need to use a blanket.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2025Easy check in. Apartment well equipped. Clean and as photo shown. East and fast check out. Location good. We switched from another unit in Trefoil n it was pretty dusty and not clean. So we are thankful to stay in this apt.
Kids sensitive skin so microfiber bedsheet was not too comfy. Pillow bit high. But I guess if for other people it is not an issue.

Reviewed Nov 7, 2024The location of this homestay near by mall and nearest to food shops
Have been better if I get a TV with a netflix and get a big space between the living room and bed room. The room and bathroom too smelly and not comfortable

Reviewed Sep 23, 2024All the facilities in the homestay are good, a very comfortable stay, thanks host!
Pillows are too soft for me, but it's fine as I personally have higher requirements on pillow, it's okay for my spouse though, others are all good.

Reviewed Sep 19, 2024The coziness of the room. All amenities were provided. Utensils clean, bedding clean. Netflix was available. Great view. Quiet.
The building management should ensure all their lifts are working. I was there for a convention, and many of us booked into Trefoil. Getting to our units at night after the conference ended was a horror because of only two working lifts. People had to wait for 20 minutes or more. I felt sorry for the residents that, because of us, they had to wait so long to get up to their units.
8/10
Reviewed Sep 16, 2024Value for money . The location was very close proximity to the convention center .The Mall had many shopping & Eating places . Comfortable place .
You could have a reception desk to assist the guests with their check in & check out process rather than using the cleaning staff to hand over the keys / accept deposit / refund deposit .. You might also want to look at a place for baggage storage for customer checking Out ,whose flights are in the night .
