Schitterend ingericht en mooi uitzicht met perfecte lokatie. Ook zeer goede gastvrouw. Zelfs een flesje wijn geregeld voor 85 ste verjaardag van mijn vader. We mochten ook bagage nog stallen.

Entree en trappenhuis niet representatief. Wel schoon. En 3 etages trappen klimmen is best pittig.

Sehr schick ausgestattete, geräumige Wohnung mit weitem Blick über Alkmaar und Dauerberieselung durch die vielen Glockenspiele ringsum.

Leider war der Fietsenstallen, die öffentliche Fahrradgarage, als wir abends um 20h ankamen, schon geschlossen. So mussten wir eine andere Lösung finden, wobei uns die Vermieterin geholfen hat.

Spacious, modern and comfortable with a central location. We were sent clear instructions on checking in with a photo of the front door and were welcomed into the property by our host.

Be aware that it is on the third floor and there is no lift. Although the half hourly church bells are quaint and they didn't bother us, if you need quiet to sleep then pack some earplugs. The windows mostly overlook rooftops which is quite cool, but there were sometimes people on their roofs so I would have appreciated blinds on the kitchen/walkway windows.

Every thing except the stares

No lift

De ruimtes zijn groot en fijn dat er twee toiletten zijn. De keuken is goed ingericht en top dat je Netflix etc kunt kijken. De locatie is midden in het centrum dus wel hele handig. Host is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Het lawaai van de meeuwen en kerkklokken was wel heel hard en daardoor hebben we minder goed geslapen. De afwerking in het appartement is minder dan je zou verwachten van de prijs. Douche liep over, kranen zaten los, gordijnen gingen niet dicht, ingang en trappen huis niet zo representatief, plinten missen, krassen op de muren etc.

Lage in der Altstadt, alles fußläufig errreichbar. Nicht weit vom Parkhaus.

Sehr frühe Kirchenglockenturmgeräusche lassen sich wohl nicht vermeiden.

Super netjes, van alle gemakken voorzien en midden in het centrum. Helemaal top! Ontzettend goede host!

Thank you so much for the apartment. The place is wonderful and the views are beautiful. Thank you for your help — we are very grateful to you. We happened to be there during King's Day by chance — we didn’t know in advance that it would fall on these dates, as we originally booked the trip to see the tulips. Even on King’s Day, it was quiet and peaceful, and there were plenty of cafés where we could eat. Thank you once again 🙏🏻

Excelente estancia, el apartamento esta limpio y muy bien cuidado, el trato con la anfitrion fue genial, nos recibio ella y nos dio unos consejos, y nos explico el funcionamiento de la casa,el sitio es muy tranquilo con los vecinos y esta situado en pleno centro de alkmaar.

Ein tolles Appartement im Herzen von Alkmaar. Super sauber, komfortabel und toll ausgestattet.

Zum Glück war die Mitarbeiterin so geduldig mit uns. Leider hatte ich auf Grund der Anreise die Nachrichten bzgl. des regelrecht versteckten Eingangs nicht mehr gelesen, so dass wir etwas umherirrten und uns schwer taten die Tür zu finden. Das könnte vorab transparenter sein.

Sehr freundliches und zuverlässiges Serviceteam. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Die Lage war ausgezeichnet und auch die Ausstattung des Appartments war hervorragend.

De locatie is super, midden in het centrum, op loopafstand van het station, restaurants en winkels. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de host. De communicatie vooraf was heel vriendelijk en duidelijk. Bij aankomst kregen we leuke tips voor bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. Er werd goed rekening gehouden met onze behoeften als gezin met een jong kind. Ook was het fijn dat de host flexibel was met check-in en check-out tijden.

Eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung im Herzen von Alkmaar. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr herzlich persönlich empfangen, uns alles erklärt und viele Infos zur Wohnung, Parken und Alkmaar gegeben. Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte alles, was wir für ein gemütliches Mädels-Wochenende brauchten. Der Käsemarkt, die Grachten und die Shopping-Meile liegen in direkter Nähe!

Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Zu erwähnen ist, dass die Glocken während der ganzen Nacht zu hören sind und dass die Wohnung in der 3. Etage liegt und nur über eine schmale Treppe zu erreichen ist ( kein Aufzug) . Uns würde das aber nicht davon abhalten, nochmal wieder zu kommen.

The location of the property was excellent. The host made us feel weclomed and had great ideas for dining. Lots of space in the apartment for five. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment and in Alkmaar.

The church bells in the morning were quite entertaining but that seems to be a "feature" of Alkmaar!

El apartamento es perfecto, comodísimo, las camas super cómodas, el salón precioso y decorado con gusto, todo extremadamente limpio, en el centro supercentro de Alkmaar a 1 minuto del mercado del queso. Nos dieron muchas indicaciones de parkings cercanos y más detalles previamente al viaje. La persona que nos recibió para darnos las llaves es de 10, nos explicó todo muy bien y se aseguró de que estuviésemos a gusto. Nos dejaron unas galletas holandesas como detalle el primer día. Hay café y té y pastillas para el lavavajillas, aceite... además Alkmaar nos encantó, fue un descubrimiento, nos hubiésemos quedado muchos más días.

Fue todo perfecto, repetiremos sin duda si volvemos. Diría sólo que es un 3º sin ascensor pero ya nos habían avisado antes y que había una toalla para cada uno pero sería deseable dos por persona, una para cuero y otra para cara.

Jammer van de kerkklok. Hij luidt elk kwartier. Ook ‘‘s nachts. Je kunt dan geen raam openzetten als het warm is.

Modern en schoon appartement, aardig personeel dat hielp. Enige minpunt is de drie trappen omhoog maar dat van te voren bekend en werden we nogmaals op geattendeerd de dag voor aankomst. Verder super centrale locatie (maar dus niet voor de deur parkeren)

Great location in the centre of Alkmaar. Beautiful apartment. Top marks for Nespresso machine and jug of cold water in the fridge. Extremely kind and welcoming host.

It was a wonderful stay!! The apartment is located in the heart of Alkmaar. It was so easy for us to access to the cheese market, restaurants and the old town area. It also has an amazing view!! The host Diwa is so friendly and provided us good information and help. We’re so happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it if you ever travel to Alkmaar!

The accommodation is spacious and has beautiful views of the city. The apartment was very clean and well decorated.

The shower box could be revised, as it allows water to leak into the bathroom.

We were very warmly welcomed by Diwa, who showed us the apartment, told us interesting things about Alkmaar. She was extremely nice and friendly and really made my mother and me feel very much at home. The apartment has its very unique charme placed high above the roofs of Alkmaar. The beds were comfortable, the sights were great and we didn't miss a thing. Most of all, though, we could always send Diwa a short message, like when we forgot how to tune in the German channels on the TV, and Diwa would always reply immediately, friendly and help us!

Everything was fine and special. We can only recommend this beautiful place. The only thing that might be difficult for some people, older or physically handicapped, are the long way up to the third floor. But that's well known and you can read it in the apartment's description, so no reason to complain. The reason, as Diwa explained to us, is that the house is under monument protection, so you can't build a lift in there.

Was very transparent shared but quite some stairs to go and the bells ring a bit louder from the church next door

Everything was perfect, we arrived at the apartment the owner welcomed us very kindly, she gave us a bottle of wine for our anniversary. The apartment has beautiful views throughout the center, I would really come back... RECOMMENDED.

The entrance is a little less appealing then the apartment but worth while once you reach the apartment

Well equipped, spacious, modern , clean apartment. The owner was very helpful and tentative. Great views and situated near all shops, bars and restaurants. Felt very safe in the area.

Just the stairs to get there, but I have asthma

Very nice and big appartment. Cosy livingroom, fully equipped kitchen. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location in the heart of Alkmaar.

Church bell ring (actually they play a melody) every 15 minutes at night. Hard to sleep with open window. Stairs are very steep, and you have to be very carefull when going down.

The 2 bedrooms are huge and comfortable with living room, nice apartment with great host who greeting us to handover the key and provide all information on parking & check out details

The appointment was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. It is in an excellent location right in the centre of the town. . Diwa was an excellent host and nothing was too much trouble.
