Spacious 2 Bedroom condo unit for rent

The room is nice. Extra points for the clothes iron.

We like everything

Clean unit, accessible to almost everything you need and friendly staff.

There's no breakfast. Location was accessible especially to grabs and restaurants since it's in the city.

I really didn't like the smell of the room, it's unpleasant. :(

very close to everything

everything was great only thing to improve was the host that your assigned to you never meet and very hard to get in touch with when theres an issue can take a day or more to resolve thx

The place was so tidy and clean, honestly there were some small rubbish that was left on the floor before we check out, my Mom is trying to find a dustpan and broom and as she say we arrive clean so we leave clean as it was, such a hilarious moment. Thank you so much for the smooth and lovely stay.

Very spacious

Very cozy stay on this room, convenient, accessible and clean. We had enjoyed our stay. Owner is indeed responsive and accomodating. What you book is more than what you will see in person. Our stay is indeed a memorable one, esp we celebrated our friends' birthday.

I have none, by far. Very recommended and we'll soon take that very same room.

Host was gracious and accommodating. Good location close to many establishments and facilities. Low cost.

It somehow was hard to find on Grab app but that was fixed by pinning our location on the map.

The space

Very good communication with the management. It was very clean, no bugs, the bed was comfortable, everything I needed was there. The AC's worked good in all rooms. Nice big TV. Easy check in. No complaints - I can highly recommend.

Property was clean, comfortable, VERY NICELY FURNISHED. The owner was very helpful and good in communication. Will definitely stay again. AAA+++

No complaints.

Clean & spacious

Everything

Nothing

Accessible and all members of staff are friendly and helpful especially the guards. Leila is very approachable and easy to talk.

The sink is a bit stinky everytime we wash the dishes and the flow of water in the shower is not that very good .

We had 2 cars & didnt have any problem going out & coming in to park.

We were all adults and the second room was small, bed was small & we kept bumping our knees on the edge of the bed coming out of the room😩

Great area, close to public transport, accessible via Grab. The place is clean, roomy and I appreciated the free Netflix. Awesome value for money compared to other hotels.

I would’ve appreciated if they had a 1-page document explaining the amenities available at the property and local recommendations (food, things to see, etc). Check-in process could’ve been better. e.g earlier check in. I would’ve appreciated being provided with 2 keys instead of 1. I would’ve appreciated some basic consumables e.g laundry detergent, clothes rack for drying clothes, beach towels, etc. I’d appreciate if they could get some of the insect problems under control as there were a few tiny cockroaches crawling about at night.

The place is spacious and clean. Complete in kitchen utensils. The internet is fast. The owner is nice and very accommodating. The comfort room is spacious also.

None.

Very clean, spacious and provided with complete appliances.

The property exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The location was also great and made getting around very easy.

Nothing significant to complain about. Everything was well organized and met a high standard.

Cozy and everything you need is in this apartment

Good size & location, relatively quiet, big pool (closed Mondays!), convenient check-in, safe environment.

Sheets, blankets, pillows all 100% polyester. Kitchen could be equipped better.

Everything

I love how the unit was set up. Everything was provided. I felt at home during the stay.

The place is so clean and cozy. And ang homie ng vibe. Madali mag respond and mabait.

Just extra blanket.

Firstly, just loved the host's pro active and swift responses to my requests. The unit itself is organized, clean and equipped with necessities. Is like a home away from home. You will never go wrong choosing this property.

Nothing bad to say, however, for improvement, should have two options at least of knives. Was struggling to cut meat with small knife especially if you are preparing food while staying.

What a delightful, beautifully furnished property in an ideal location - close enough to restaurants and convenience stores but tucked away in a quiet location. We loved everything about it! Had everything we needed for our short stay in Iloilo, including parking for our rental car. Very pleasant staff and easy check-in made for a perfect stay. Highly recommended!!

Water pressure could be better but not a major problem!

Pros: I like the location as it’s in the city center. Host is friendly and replies fast. Clean unit.

Cons: Although the unit is clean, I saw 2 small roaches in the bathroom, and the unit smelled dried fish throughout our stay — it wasn’t a big deal to me cause we stayed out for tours but it’s worthy to share.

Comfortable beds, cleanliness, kitchen with complete utensils, washer and quick check-in, fast internet and responsive host!

Would have loved to have a hair dryer

The property is good for the price and quality of the place! The air conditioning and water heater all perfectly work and are in mint condition, the beds are really comfortable, and the place was clean before we arrived. Also, the host is very responsive and accommodating. We loved our stay here and will recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Mandurriao.

Nothing, if you needed something there is a convenience store as well.

The location is accessible to my destinations. There are also nearby shops like 7/11 and S&R..The unit is clean and safe for everyone. Utilities and appliances are complete. The host is also very friendly. We had even extended our stay because my family and I enjoyed the comfort and amenities that this unit gives.. I will definitely book this unit again in my next visit.♥️

Everything was perfect, cozy unit very clean and with all the things you need for a perfect staycation.

Nice unit, like home!

Very nice and clean! Close to everything and everywhere. Great service from both ms Leila and even the guards were very helpful when needed taxi. The condo had everything we needed. We were even provided with clean water. Good wifi and Netflix.

Nothing, besides some events are only for owners and not for renting guests.. (like easter egg hunting during our stay, kids got a bit disappointed).

Everything was amazing. The location is just perfect, the unit smells nice, beds and beddings are clean and good. We have access to Netflix and Youtube and enjoyed our night watching movies.

Spacious, cozy, clean, fully furnished. This is our 2nd time to stay here and we’d choose this place again for our family’s trip.

It was spacious, it has all everything we need. From the bedrooms, living room, kitchen and the comfort room. Check in and check out was vey smooth, the Host was very responsive, thank you Ms Leila. Super linis ng room, very organized ang furnitures. Parang may soundproof yung room eh, kahit medjo maingay yung tv, nakatulog pa rin ako sa kwarto.

probably the internet connection only.

Location Accessible to everything, courteous staff Clean and cozy.

Spacious and budget friendly

I saw some mini cockroaches but it’s okay

It was super

Everything! It was a home away from home! Close to all the things we wanted to see in Iloilo city. ZERO stress Even guards were nice!

We loved the unit! I must say it's the best! Great value for money, Good location, it has a nice view of the swimming pool and playground😊. Cozy and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you so much Ms. Lelia you were so kind to us 💙

Nothing 😊.

it was more than what we expected. the unit was well maintained and well equipped. no trouble getting in touch with the owner and caretaker. checking in and out was a breeze. great place and awesome hosts.

The location of the property is perfect. It is accessible to many establishments. What you see is what you get. Our family was able to rest and relax properly because of the property's facilities. It had everything we needed.

So clean, kitchen fully stocked, bathroom spotless with unlimited hot water. Seamless WiFi connection, BIG tv, NETFLIX and all the rest. Leila the manager was as fast as lightning anytime we had questions and greeted us as we arrived. When we walked up to the condo a security officer ran outside and carried both our carry on luggage with a big friendly smile. The service was overwhelming superior. Lastly, Leila turned on the a/c BEFORE we arrived so we didn’t have to wait 3 hours for the temperature to get cool after traveling 6 straight hours by Grab and Fast Cat boat from Bacolod to Iloilo. THANK YOU LEILA!! We will remember you and your fantastic professionalism for a very long time!! We will miss you like family!! Jay & Leany

We had to leave😭🥺😢😔☹️😞

This is an immaculately presented, sizable, and comfortable apartment. We've stayed here before and have no hesitation in recommending it.

The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of work assessments. The amenities were top-notch, including comfortable bed, modern bathroom and great view.

Just enough space ,clean , organized and comfy

Clean and cozy. The owner was also active in communicating with us and sends timely reminders and easy to talk to. The location is near restaurants and mall.

None.

This is my 3rd time booking Leila's place as we found it comfortable, easily accessible and the host was nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend this place for those who want easy access as it is near the center of everything.

None

clean . may free towels and free beddings and extra foam complete kitchen utensils

Property is clean, secured and convenient. Highly recommend 👌

No laundy airer and can opener.

The place is clean and cozy plus the owner very accommodating which is a plus! We asked for an extension and we were happy the request was granted :)

None

Space for four, The apartment was well equipped, close to SM and Smallville. It was silent in the house during night. The.swimmingpool area is nice. There is a shop, a cafe, and more in the building complex.

A generator running outside 24/7

This is the 2nd time I have booked this place in Avida, and as always the property was in order. It's very cozy and accessible to the city center. The host was also very responsive with everything that we needed, definitely booking this place again given the chance. Worth the money!

None

Great place for the family.

The property was very clean, organized, and feels like home. The location was also perfect, not in a crowded location but very near to shopping malls and cafes. There is a coffee shop and a 7-11 around.

Water supply in the shower was very low and bidet almost has no water. I suggest to put in a pail and a “tabo” as the faucet below the shower have ample supply.

The unit is so nice, clean and almost complete with the utensils and appliances we need during our stay. Highly recommended and will stay again for our next travel to iloilo.

Location, convenience and comfort

The property was located centrally so it was really near places we wanted to visit. The room was clean, spacious and cozy. Our was was nice and prompt; she left instructions on how to check in and was a breeze. Overall, would highly recommend this unit for guests/family traveling together.

None

Location is perfect, accessible to convenience store and restaurants etc Unit is fully furnished. Safe and secured. The contact person is very responsive and kind. Thank you!!! 😊

The attitude of some staff/security guard

Host was very accommodating. Loved the comfort, cleanliness, and details of the unit. My family definitely enjoyed our stay. Will probably book this unit again soon!

A fine place. Pool area is good.

No laundry detergent for the washing machine was a bit tedious. Could do with more convenient power points, and check in process unnecessarily tedious. Mostly to do with building rules though.

The condo was completely furnished, clean, cozy to stay and rooms are nice with good AC. Leila is always there supervising our needs if there's any. I love the color and design of this condo, just like home to me. Nice mirrors are everywhere and the wifi is very strong. The bathroom and toilet are very nice and clean, towels are provided, and hot and cold water is there. The washing machine was also a big help. We enjoy making our own meals, rice cooker was provided and complete cooking equipment. It's also nice to add a toaster for foreign guests who love to toast bread with butter for breakie. Cleaning materials are all provided. 7/11 is near to buy stuff condo is near the shops. Over-all, we love our stay and we look forward to book it on our next holiday.🎉🎉🎉💥💥💥👌👌👌♥️♥️♥️

Only suggesting a small line to hang washed clothes but it's still ok without it if you just stay shortly. ♥️

It’s very clean and organized. We also liked the ambience and the comfort.

Nothing.

The host was very accommodating to us. There was a blackout all over iloilo but good thing they have a generator so we were able to use the wifi. They were kind enough to buy a new fan and brought it to us since we could not use the air conditioning.
