We love the view. We have stayed there a couple times before.

We had a issue using the swimming pool but the issue did got resolved.

The fact that Stephen didn't cancel on me for Sinulog, unlike several hotels closer to the stadium in Cebu was a massive bonus, actually he's seems a nice guy. Great views. Anything that needed fixing he's onto it.

It was on Lapu Lapu for Sinulog, but close to the airport so that worked.. Only one lift worked out of two in tower 1

- Unfortunately my experience was not good (details below). - I left a charger in the room and could return to pick it up the next day.

Upon arrival the router / WiFi was not working (red light on the box). I had to do some work that evening (video calls) so I contacted the host. He told me to turn on/off the router etc. (typical things). I tried everything and waited 30 minutes, still had the same issue, Although I had a local SIM card the signal in the area is terrible so I could not use a hotspot either. I contacted the host, who said someone would come to take a look. After an hour, no-one arrived nor did I get another message. It was getting closer to my work time so I had no choice but to book another hotel in the city centre. I notified the host. He later offered to refund my booking, which was fair and I appreciated the offer. After 10 days, no refund. I contacted host who informed me that his wife deals with the booking so he would talk to her. Another 10 days passed, no refund. Contacted host AGAIN, this time with no response at all after several days. Please don't offer a refund if you don't intend to give it.

Full of cockroaches...spent the first half hour killing over 15 of them as they ran out of the couch...as soon as lights were turned off they wld run up walls and out of the couch again so had to sleep with all the lights on with bed moved to middle of room as one ran across the bed....told the owner there was a nest of them in the couch no response...asked for a refund as I didnt sleep or touch anything bse it was so dirty but they ignored me...finally said every building in Cebu has cockroaches so too bad yr not getting a refund....ac fridge and microwave were filthy...whole place needs a scrub with disinfectant....someone elses public hair on the 'clean towel'...someone elses hair in the toilet..bedding felt grimy and smelt like someone else had used it....owners said every building in Cebu as cockroaches which it doesnt Ive stayed a five other places no infestation...this flat is infested bse the place never gets cleaned.....DONT stay here

Cleanliness. The tile could have been shined more using bleached to maintain the sanitation of the sink it is really dirty. Water marks dirt everywhere on the bath and toilet, when you could have done better cleaning up.... Bleach bleach bleach it will restore the cleanliness of the entire room

The room was extremely dirty, and there were insects everywhere. After just 10 minutes inside, my skin started itching. The surrounding area also felt unsafe and unpleasant. This is by far the worst apartment I have ever booked. I originally reserved it for 3 days, but I had to leave the next day. I even became sick afterward and had to buy several medications for itching and flu symptoms, plus pay for taxi trips, costing me more than £50 in total.

Cooking equipment was complete. The ocean view at night is so niiice! Fridge is big. Wifi is good. Towels are provided. There were plates also.

I just couldn't figure out how to login to their netflix even though they gave us the password. But, overall, everything was good.

Clean and comfortable. The room was a good size and well equipped. There was a 7 eleven adjoining the property and some small resto nearby.

We chose this property for the pool. The pool was closed for renovation. It had been closed for 3 weeks before our visit and had no completion date. The bed only had 2 very flat pillows, perhaps a couple new fresh ones or 2 additional pillows would be a great improvement.

I’m really enjoying my stay here! The view from the unit is absolutely stunning. They’ve thoughtfully provided two towels, and I love that the place is stocked with all the appliances and utensils you might need. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the pillows are just perfect—definitely adding to the overall relaxation.

Considering the price, while there’s nothing I really dislike about the property, I did suggest to the owner that they check the AC and fridge, as they were making some noise during my stay. She was very kind and mentioned that they would have them checked. Because of that, I ended up not using them. It would have been a nice touch if they provided a bottle of water or even a coffee sachet too after check-in.

Shower curtain needs to be replaced, pillows are terribly uncomfortable

The owner was kind & considerate enough to allow us to check out late as our flight was delayed. 🙏😇 PROS: There is a convenient store within the vicinity plus the affordable home cooked meals just walking distance from the condominium. Very good internet connection, perfect for remote workers, Netflix is a plus. There's bidet and water heater. The balcony was awesome! The AC was super cold! They have complete cookware (this is superb as we are a cooking couple) Will definitely book here again as it's just 5kms from the airport.✈

CONS: The fridge though needs to be thoroughly cleaned. The location makes the grabcars/taxi drivers confused as there are 2 Saekyung in different locations. Make sure to tell the driver that you're going to Saekyung 956 along Caltex Road in Lo-oc (as there's one also in Marigondon)

It’s a very clean place with access to a 7/11 convenience store just right outside of the building. It has a beautiful view of the water and of Cebu city. I recommend it very highly. Tv with YouTube and other apps as well as tv channels available. The aircon works very well. The WiFi is fast.

It's our third time to book on this condo because of its location and the pool..Love the view during the night facing the city as the unit located on the 15th floor..The 24hours open massage spa infront of this condo(a must try)and the 7eleven open 24hours too is a big plusss..

I like that the property is self check in and can come even after check in time

I thought it's close to the airport. but it's okay since I travel after midnight. if it's during rush hour im not sure the traffic.

Communication was fast; seamless DIY check-in. it was absolutely great value for money. the view in the evening was cool. I just wanted something basic but I got more. it deserves to be recognized.

The condo presents very well, clean and hygienic. The host is incredibly accommodating and helpful. I'd happily recommend this stay to anyone visiting Lapu Lapu or looking for a comfortable unit to take as a break between flights.

It is only a condo setting and parking is difficult. Not enough spaces so cars can double park. Also, they allow cars to park in basketball court so limits access to it.

The Condo was superb. Bed was vert comfortable, very clean. Had everything you wanted, fridge freezer, microwave, fast WiFi,all untesils, crockery etc. required. Great communication from owner. Even had umbrella in wardrobe if required. Great stay. Highly recommended. Thinking of going back in July to renew my visa. Wonder if I get a good rate 🤔

What a perfect studio condo! It was clean and cozy and the view was amazing!!! Great pool and basketball court too. And the owners went out of their way to accommodate our every request.

I love we everything about the property. Location was local and pretty quiet and it was super clean too!!!

The only thing I didn’t like is something I bought up to the staff.

Fresh air and we even didn't use the air conditioner since the room temperature is not hot.

Found cockroaches inside...couldn't sleep the first night due to worry cockroaches might crawl on me.

Very small bathroom. Very poor and very outdated equipment in the bathroom. The towel is very old and rough and you only get one for showering but not for your face. There is no room for the toilet. The bed is very low, the mattress is made of ordinary sponge. Very uncomfortable. I have the feeling that the upholstery was not freshly washed, but that someone else used it before me. Very bad WI-FI. While you are in the room, WI-FI is ok, but when you leave the room, there is no WI-FI, despite what it says that WI-FI exists in the entire area.
