It had everything necessary!

The grass outside could have been cut. The bed sheets smelled of smoke cigarette. The feeling was that it could have been cleaned a bit better.

Wir konnten nach der Rückkehr mit dem Mietwagen, vor dessen Rückgabe, das Gepäck vor der Check-In Zeit lagern.

Die Beleuchtung im Wohnraum war mangelhaft: Im Couchbereich war eine von zwei Birnen kaputt, die Glühbirne über dem Esstisch war zum Lesen und Schreiben völlig unzureichend!!!

El colchón de la cama era muy blando. El mobiliario estaba un poco viejo y dejado, principalmente la nevera.

Le rapport qualité/prix, vu que les prix sont généralement plus élevés à Svolvaer. La gentillesse des hôtes dans nos échanges et leur accord pour garder nos bagages plusieurs heures après notre check-out

The apartment is located a short and pleasant walk from the city center. It was a good size and well-equipped.

The surroundings of the apartment are bleak, and the yard area is neglected. The entrance looks more like a storage area. The apartment was untidy and in need of a thorough cleaning; the floors were littered and dirty, and the refrigerator was absolutely filthy. The bed was far too soft, making it impossible for two adults to sleep well in it.

Nice place, quiet, clean, kitchen had everything we needed.

Not enough lighting in the apartment (seems like the issue with many Norwegian accommodations). The light above the table was useless (too dim) and too low (bumping head every time you get up). We used table two bedroom lamps for the table to make it work. More light in the sofa area would be great too.

Nær sentrum og tur til Djevelporten. Gode senger og fin størrelse på leiligheten. Rent og pent.

Hadde det vært små håndklær i tillegg til de store og en til å stå på + kaffe og te inkludert hadde jeg gitt en 10 er.

We were travelling on a tight budget in Norway and found Modern Apartment a very pleasant surprise. It was spacious and warm and perfect for our needs. The kitchen has a dishwasher, cooktop, and adequate equipment to cook meals. The bathroom was functional with a good hot shower, and the washing machine was a bonus. The bed was soft but comfortable. The location was very quiet and convenient with a parking space at the door.

La mesa estaba inestable, la nevera y el horno le faltaba limpieza

Casa pulita e ben attrezzata per cucinare. Un letto matrimoniale ed un divano letto. Dotata di parcheggio affianco all'ingresso e a due passi dal porto di Svolvær. È nella parte posteriore dell'edificio quindi ha solo affacci sulle trade laterali che la dividono dalle altre case, ma è comunque carina e accogliente.

Très bon logement, très bien situé et très confortable. Il est particulièrement bien équipé et assez moderne, pas mal de rangement dans la chambre. On y passe avec plaisir une ou plusieurs nuits.

Very clean and warm place for winter, the owner let me do the check in early without problem, good parking and nice location to explore the city walking I definitely come back!

L'appartamento è ben situato, a solo 10 minuti a piedi dal centro ed è fornito di tutto. Il pezzo forte è sicuramente il materasso che è una morbidissimo, sembra di sprofondare in una nuvola. Posto auto proprio davanti alla casa. Lo consiglio assolutamente!

Nei giorni che siamo rimasti ha piovuto praticamente sempre. Avremmo voluto fare la lavatrice ma non essendoci l'asciugatrice non si sarebbe sicuramente asciugato nulla. Un' asciugatrice sarebbe stata molto utile!

Полотенец только 2 на двоих человек, при этом одно с огромной дыркой посредине. Нет полотенец для лица и для ног. Холодильник ржавый и грязный. Нет запасного комплекта белья, писали хозяину чтобы тот привез. Бельё которое привёз хозяин было сильно застираное, у наволочки был неприятный запах. Не рекомендую эти апартаменты.

Good location, easy to find, had what we needed.

The main bed was so soft, it was too uncomfortable, like uncontrolled rolling on an air pocket. The shower flooded the bathroom every time it was used.

Dirty, smelly dishes in dishwasher. Very few clean kitchenware to use. 2 of 3 blinds didn't work. Bed uncomfortably soft. View of main window of parked cars, beer can and unkempt building. 8 + rating doesn't make sense.

Easy to find and gain access. Excellent communication from host. Lovely apartment had all we needed for an overnight stop.

The bed was way too soft. Centre of bed was firmer so hubby slept there. I slept on the sofa which was much more comfortable. Maybe time for a new mattress?

Centrally located in Svolvær. Good description by owner on how to find the property and has a parking space as well in front of the door.

There was smell of fish being cooked all the time. Had to spray some room freshener late at night to sleep. When we entered to when we left the smell was there the whole time. Also there was no detergent for the washing machine.

It was a cozy and neat apartment. All necessary facilities were present. A good price quality ratio!

There were a few things broken, but this was negligible. Certainly considering the good price-quality ratio.

Apartament smells like Chinese restaurant. Whole apartment, sheets, towels are having extra strong odour of some Chinese kitchen making our stay unpleasant

The structure of this room is quite strange; there are three doors in the bedroom. One leads to the adjacent room, another opens into the living area, and the third connects to the outside. This setup makes us feel very uneasy when trying to sleep. Additionally, the various facilities in the room are very old, with some even becoming unusable. Moreover, some of the condiments in the kitchen have expired, and some have been used up without being replenished.

Prefect for our needs. Spotless, comfortable and well equipped. Walkable into town. Wonderful underfloor heating in bathroom.

We loved our three days in this apartment. It was warm and comfortable. The location was excellent as we were able to walk to the wharf for a boat trip. The owner Tony, was very kind and answered our every need. It was good to be able to park at your door, with four short steps and you were in. Very nice for older golk like us. Highly recommend this apartment.

Cute clean unit with ample space. Nice that some basic kitchen ingredients were supplied like salt and sugar. Also had a microwave which we haven't found in other Norwegian airbnbs.

Slight delay in cleaning unit so had a late check in by 10 mins and had to empty dishwasher ourselves. Also very uncomfortable beds which just sunk in and pillows extremely soft and uncomfortable. Lack of black out blinds.

Great apartment with kind owner. Free parking in front of the house. I would stay here again.

Very well furnished apartment; plenty of storage space, large kitchen, dining, lounge area, comfortable sofa, ample bathroom, comfortable bed, nice TV. Well stocked cooking and dinnerware cabinets & drawers. We appreciated the extra food-prep items: salt, pepper, sugar, coffee/tea, and many other items. (Some of these may have been from prior guests, but it was a nice touch.) This is a quiet location on a side street a short walk from the harbor and grocery stores, with no views. Daytime street noise was acceptable. Quiet at night. Laundry machine with detergent. Owner very pleasant and responsive to email questions.

Dim lighting over the dining table. Lights in the lounge area were on a dimmer, and flickered on the high setting, so had to settle for dim lights there as well. Had trouble with the Stoveguard and cooktop; finally got it working after many reset attempts. (Appreciated having the microwave oven as a backup.)

Location is not ideal, a bit outside from the city center. There was a strange noise when switching on the light in the bathroom.

Its time for some renewal of matresses, towels, etc

Central without being in the heart of Svolvaer. Short walk to the centre of town. Comfortable for our family. Clean. Like an Air BnB. All the services required for self-servicing accommodation.

The only complaint we have is that the neighbours were upstairs were quite noisy.
