Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Before our stay, I had both called and emailed to explain that I had been injured during my trip and therefore required an accessible apartment. When we arrived, the lift was not working, meaning I had to climb two flights of stairs using crutches. I do appreciate that the lift was repaired later that same day, and I am grateful for the prompt response. However, it was still a difficult start to our stay considering my accessibility requirements had been communicated in advance.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the overall standard of cleanliness on arrival. The kitchen floor was particularly sticky, almost as though a sugary drink or juice had been spilled and not properly cleaned, there was food left on the floor from previous guests, the ice tray in the freezer was dirty, and both the blinds and light fittings had a visible build-up of dirt and residue, making it clear they had not been cleaned for quite some time. While I had requested an earlier check-in and appreciate that this was accommodated, I would have much preferred to wait a little longer and arrive at an apartment that had been cleaned to an acceptable standard. Another issue occurred on the second day of our stay when a cleaner unlocked and entered the apartment after only a brief knock, insisting it was our checkout day. As there was a language barrier, we explained that our checkout was still three days away. She then returned with another member of staff who again knocked once and entered with the same misunderstanding. Finally, a third staff member who spoke English arrived and asked to see our booking confirmation, as though our explanation was not believed. This situation was quite uncomfortable and made us feel that our privacy had not been respected. Overall, while there were positive aspects to the stay, these issues affected our experience. I hope this feedback is taken on board so that future guests can have a better experience.

Lystette rullegardiner holdt solen ute.

Apartamentele, impecabile. Dacă voi reveni in Norvegia (care este in topul destinatiilor vizitate, și am vizitat deja peste 20 țări), cu siguranță aș alege această cazare.
Nu am de reproșat nimic, evident.
