Da cordialidade e simpatia do anfitrião, da localização, das instalações e comodidade. O apartamento era perto de tudo (supermercado, praia, restaurantes, etc...) facto de não precisar de mexer no carro foi uma maior valia.

Pas de possibilité d'entrée dans la résidence à pied par la porte principale. Pas de clé ni de code.

Location was fantastic! Big carpark for parking securely. Kitchen was great, was also handy having our own washing machine. Sunset views from the balcony were very pretty.

The floor was very cold, and the bathroom was quite cold as well. Would be a fantastic place to be in summer (rather than autumn).

A única coisa que me deixou triste, foi um mal entendido que eu já havia visto na discrição de outra pessoa, e na hora achei que o contato foi grosseiro, mas depois vi que eu não havia me atentado para as instruções, por ficar esperando e o fato que na discrição está como banheira, mas foi trocado, e ficou melhor o acesso. A única coisa que ficou a desejar foi a limpeza da roupa de cama e o pó abaixo das camas,tive uma crise alérgica, o que fez não seguir os outros três dias que restavam, de resto foi tudo muito bom 🙏

A frieza do contato em recepcionar e o pó das roupas de cama e abaixo das camas, de resto estava tudo perfeito, mas o custo benefício é só a localização, pois não tem piscina, não tem recepção, nem máquina de lavar louça, e o Booking me locou os outros três dias mais barato, com tudo que faltava, excelente

Skøn og nyrenoveret lejlighed med alt hvad du behøver for en god ferie. Dejligt med mørklægningsgardinerne og med den private indendørs parkeringsplads. Meget tæt på stranden og mange restauranter. Meget roligt i forhold til hvor centralt lejligheden ligger. Vi kommer meget gerne igen.

Hovedpuderne var meget høje og faste. Der er en individuel smag - men der kunne godt stå en større seng i det dejlige soveværelse. Portugisiske senge er generelt ret smalle og uden top madras i forhold til hvad vi er van til hjemmefra.

The best location in Portimao, jest next to the beach and rock formations, the view is good but you have to be at the fifth floor or higher (the roof of the lower portion of the building will obstruct otherwise). The building is clean and well maintained. Wi-Fi is excellent in the apartment. The apartment is very spacious and has all that is necessary for a comfortable stay.

Actually, there is nothing worth mentioning.

Lovely location for our short stay- Apartment well maintained with modern appliances, clean and well functioning bathroom, clean sheets and bedding. Washing machine a bonus. Station €6-9 taxi distance, about 10 mins. Great beach and eateries. 2 supermarkets within 5 min walk.

Wonderful apartment with sea view and a great spacious balcony, newly renovated. The apartment is right next to the beach in a new building and has any facility you can desire, including a parking space. Right outside the building starts the promenade with shops, restaurants and coffee shops, great location. The hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with. It was a great location for our visit with a family of 4 and would recommend 100%.

The shower drain was a bit lazy and water could escape the shower area if not careful but everything else was perfect.

Lovely comfortable apartment, all the necessary facilities and a really great location. Underground parking garage was great, really handy having the washing machine too.

Amazing location and area for the price. The most amazing beach of the Algarves is at your door step, as is the most happening shopping/hang out street ever. The boardwalk at night is mind blowing, tons of food and activities, this was the trip highlight for sure. Included underground secured parking?? BONUS!! We rented a car for our southern segment and the parking was perfect to have.

Location, value for money, equipment. We stayed twice. All was great.

All was good. Maybe just a minor place for improvement. Double glazed windows would be better instead of single glazed. Single glazed condensate a lot of humidity in the apartment. Dishwasher would be nice. But we can not complain for the price we stayed :)

Everything

Perfect location for the beach and also close to access to beautiful walks with views of the cliffs. There is a handy mini market / food shop under the building and the flat is very close to lots of cafes and restaurants. We really enjoyed the west facing balcony for the afternoon and evening sun and a view of the sea.
