Appartamento molto confortevole e pulito, dotato di ogni confort. Piccoli particolari molto utili: spezie, olio e aceto e qualche cialda per il caffè . Stanza molto luminosa e cucina ben attrezzata. A disposizione anche saponi per la doccia. Un piccolo balconcino con un divanetto completa l'alloggio. Per chi non volesse lasciare l'auto in strada si può affittare a 5€ al giorno un posto auto coperto nel cortile. Posizione vicinissima alla splendida Praia da Rocha. La signora Rita molto gentile e disponibile!

Es un apartamento muy acogedor y estaba muy limpio.Aunque no la utilizamos tenían cafetera con café, infusiones... Y también tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos una botella de agua.Gracias Rita y a su madre Elsa, que fué quien nos entregó las llaves

El colchón tenía poca firmeza, pero aún con mis problemas de espalda no me resultó muy incómodo.

Todo muy bien, muy limpio, con todo lo necesario. La ubicación excelente. Muy buena la atención por parte de las anfitrionas.

Hay obras en frente y en determinadas ocasiones había mucho ruido.

appartement très froid, petit chauffage d'appoint qui faisait sauter le disjoncteur l'eau de la douche a mis plus d'une heure avant d'être chaude car je n'avais pas eu d'explication de mise en route ( j'avais donc déjà pris ma douche à l'eau froide) le sèche cheveux se coupe après même pas une minute d'utilisation la dernière nuit il y a eu du vent, impossible de dormir avec le volet qui claquaient il y a eu aussi un incident, certes pas de la faute de l'hôte ou de l'agence mais cela c'est tout de même produit, nous étions en train de mettre nos vestes quand tout à coup la porte d'entrée s'est ouverte avec plusieurs personnes devant la porte voulant rentrer, au moment de nous voir les personnes se sont enfuit en courant, j'ai essayé de les rattraper par les escaliers (appartement aux 6eme etages)... 15 min plus tard l'agence m'appelle pour m'expliquer que c'était la femme de charge... bref j'avoue avoir été très en colère sur le moment, j'aurai pu être dans la douche ou nu sur le lit , je n'en dirais pas plus (la chambre donne directement sur la porte d'entrée). je comprend que l'erreur soit humaine mais si seulement la personne n'était pas parti comme une voleuse et nous avait expliqué directement

We liked everything about the place!! The host was super nice as well♥️

The property was very clean. Even though it was cold outside, the blanket and extra blankets were very warm, and the bed was comfortable. Rita was flexible with our early check-in time. Coffee and tea were provided, and the apartment is excellently located.

De locatie was echt top! Zeer dicht bij de boulevard en het strand. De kamer was echt goed schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. De parkeerplaats op het terrein naast het appartement was echt een uitkomst.

Een klein minpuntje was de herrie die de schuifdeur maakte als het flink waaide. De bedden waren wat aan de harde kant. Maar dat is natuurlijk iets heel persoonlijks.

Everything was great

The apartment is absolutely fabulous, with everything you may need. Location great and right in the heart of Praia da Rocha, 10 mins from beach.

Was a little noisy at night but that wasn't the fault of the hotel. It was a very busy festival season so noise was from that. Ear plugs would be a great addition for high season /festival time.

The position is perfect to enjoy the beach live during the summer season, around there beautiful beaches and restaurants and bars

Rita, la proprietaria è stata fantastica, si è dimostrata gentile e disponibile. L'appuntamento è dotato di tutto il necessario. Posizione molto comoda per accedere facilmente alla spiaggia. Pur non disponendo di aria condizionata, c'è un ventilatore che aiuta nelle giornate più calde. Inoltre, è disponibile un parcheggio a 5euro al giorno.

L'appartamento è situato all' interno di un condominio molto grande composta da 2 palazzine e a volte gli ascensori non funzionano.

No le falta detalle. Limpísimo y en una situación estupenda. La dueña amabilísima. Íbamos en moto y nos dejó cambiarnos de ropa y dejar las maletas antes de la hora del check in. Incluso nos permitió dejar la moto en la plaza cubierta de garaje. Un diez.

This studio with balcony is very comfortable. Everything was in working order. The internet was perfect. This is a must for us as both of us work online. The bed was very nice and there were two different types of pillows. Rita is a wonderful host. She answers quickly and is extremely helpful and willing to accommodate special requests when possible. There was a bottle of mineral water and complimentary tea bags and coffee capsules, enough to get you started before a first trip to the supermarket. We greatly appreciated it! The location is perfect. There's no parking space available but we knew this. However, there's parking space in the streets near the studio and a large parking lot a block away (though as it's February we discovered it only opens at the weekend).

Close to the beach, quiet, everything you need. Rita is great host, provided lots of useful information and left a gift for us.

Close to the airport and also the oceanfront. Fantastic friendly and helpful staff fostering a sense of community. Very well set up with great bathrooms, big bed space, thick curtains, free towels and lockers. And soooo clean! We came in later due to flight delays, and had a lovely welcome ( they have someone at the desk 24/7). One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at.

The location of this apartment is very close to the beach, it is a guarded apartment building, seems very safe, there’s a guard in the hall. Rita, the host is very communicative and accommodating! We absolutely appreciate her help during our stay!

There’s a weird squeak from the toilette every now and then, but not too bad

We loved the property! It was so beautiful, comfortable and spacious! The lady who gave us the keys and showed us around was very lovely and friendly, she also recommended us the restaurant that was just outside the apartment block with good food and decent prices. The apartment itself had eveything we needed, including some tea, coffee and water. There was also a hob, a fridge and a microwave. The view from the apartment was very pleasant, you can see the sea. The location was also great! It was only 5 min up the road to the Main Street with all the restaurants and nightlife. And about 10min to the beach. We also ordered a kayak tour separately, and it was only a 20 min walk from the apartment along the sea. We really enjoyed our stay, wish we could stay there for longer but unfortunately we only planned one day for Portimao. I would say for the price we paid, tou couldn’t find anything better than this in Portimao, highly recommend this place!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, everything was perfect. The only confusion we had is in finding the apartment as Booking.com keeps showing the wrong location, but it was only 3 min walk from the right place so that wasn’t a big problem. The right place is located in an apartment block called Tarik apt.

The location is great... close to the beach and the nightlife. It is a very quiet apartment - no noise from the street coming up. Supermarket nearby. Apartment is well equipped. Parking is possible in a public garage 100 yards away (was EUR 18 for 3 days when we stayed there).

Although it is a good location we found it was quite noisy. I think next time we would stay further away from the restaurants and clubs. Also, the building is older than depicted in the photos.

The apartment is very clean, has everything you need (even beach blankets), convenient location and several supermarkets and nice restaurants nearby. Very easy to communicate with the host.

It had everything what we needed!

The apartment is great, spacipus,, well-lit, very clean, and it provides all the amenities for s comfortable stay. The location is great, a few minutes walk from amazing beaches and great night life. The host, Rita, is just wonderful, extremely attentive to all needs, keeping in touch to make sure that the guest is OK not just inside the apartment, but from the moment one arrives at the airport until the moment they leave. (In my case, even a day after I had left because I had forgotten a charger, and she was trying to get it to me in another town). I had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Cantinho do Mar and would love to stay there again next time i visit.

The apartment was clean and in a great location - near the beaches and a ton of restaurants/shops. Also, had great communication with Rita who let us check out later since we were staying in town a little longer.

The building itself was a little older and the area directly around it felt the same, however as soon as you walked a street over you were along the beach.

I had an amazing stay. My host Rita was extremely helpful. In the apt I had everything what I needed. The apt. Is 2 streets from the beach praia da roche. There are plenty of restaurants and shops on walking distance. I had a good time in portimao. Thank you so much!
