Lage nah an einem Strand und nur wenige Minuten (Mietwagen) in den nächsten Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Terrasse mit Mehrblick, Restaurant mit Cocktailbar direkt nebenan (bisschen Musik ist hörbar, aber nicht störend)

Sehr schönes großes Familienappartement mit viel Platz. Mittlerweile wurde die Klimaanlage (modernes tolles Gerät) beim Aufgang zum Zwischengeschoss befestigt, sodass sie sowohl das Erdgeschoss, sowie das Zwischengeschoss super kühlt. Zuverlässiger Kontakt, Mietwagen hat auch alles super funktioniert.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Kass and could not have been happier with our choice! The accommodation is excellent, with a beautiful view of the sea, while the rooms are very well positioned and wonderfully quiet at night, allowing us to sleep peacefully. The villa had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and even a washing machine, which was very convenient. What made our stay particularly special was our host, Natasha. She was absolutely lovely, welcoming and extremely helpful from the very beginning. She gave us excellent local recommendations and put us in touch with Mr. Tessier for our rental car, as well as Bruno from Infinity Charters, with whom we had a fantastic trip to Curieuse Island. Everything worked perfectly, and Natasha’s advice made exploring Praslin so much easier and more enjoyable. The location of Villa Kass is also excellent. There is a very good restaurant right next door, while the spectacular Anse Lazio, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, is only about a 10-minute drive away. Côte d’Or, with its restaurants, shops and other facilities, is also just a short drive from the villa. We spent several truly wonderful days here and felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. Thank you Natasha, Tessier, Bruno, Sandra...

The accommodation was completely suitable and capacious for a family with 2 small children and 3 adults. Sufficient parking capacity right in front of the house - accommodation is equipped with sufficient storage space in the rooms, which makes it very comfortable. The accommodation includes a covered terrace large enough for comfortable relaxation and for eating. The accommodation is cleaned daily, so there was no problem with any insects at all. There is a nice beach in the vicinity and for those who do not have a car, there is also a bus stop with buses to all other directions on the island (without transfers).

The only disadvantage may be solution of air conditioning, which is join for the ground floor and the 1st floor, which are not physically separated - this can be a problem for those groups where somebody do not tolerate air conditioning (overnight) and others literally require it (which was our case, but we solved the problem with a fan, which was sufficient at night).

Natasha est très sympathique, son fils nous a aidé à transporter nos bagages à notre arrivée. Maison très spacieuse et lits très confortables. Climatisation dans les chambres. À 50m d'anse possession. Nous y étions vraiment bien.

Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Einrichtung super! Alles was man braucht. Selbst eine Waschmaschine ist da. Bett ist groß!

Die Klimaanlage ist gegenüber dem Bett, das vertagen wir nicht.

Tolle Unterkunft mit einem schönen Blick auf das Meer. Die Lage ist ruhig, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ein kleiner Laden befindet sich fußläufig ca. 5 Min. entfernt (den Berg hoch). Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und bot alles, was man für die Selbstversorgung braucht. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich immer sofort um alles gekümmert. Auch die Parkmöglichkeit direkt an der Unterkunft war sehr praktisch. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Apartment was very nice and clean. Location was just perfect. It was very close to Anse Lazio and Côte d’Or beach. If you have a car everything is close from there. Beside apartment there is restaurant and they serve breakfast, lunch and dinners. Natasha was lovely and welcoming. I will definitely come again.

We had a great stay. The house had everything we needed. It’s close to the bus stop. Natacha is very welcoming.

A simpel accomodation with all basic facilities you need. The beach is a stone’s throw away and the bay offers good spots for fishing or boat or kayaking. The owner is very helpful.

I think having a rental car is advisable but there is a little grocery store close by.

Villa Kass è una casa molto grande e confortevole, ideale per soggiorni rilassanti. La posizione è ottima e permette di spostarsi facilmente, mentre la pulizia e la comodità degli spazi rendono l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Consigliata!

Vi (to voksne og to teenagere) havde et super fint ophold (8 dage) i Villa Kass, huset er meget rummeligt og alt er i rigtig god stand. Villaen ligger tæt ved bugten og flere gode badestrande nåes let herfra i bil. Beliggenheden er også rigtig fin i forhold til at udforske Praslin i bil (anbefales), der ligger også en mindre restaurant tæt på (ingen støj). Natascha var meget imødekommende, hun lod os tjekke tidligt ind og hjalp os altid med et smil (også når døren er låst på en søndag) Natascha anbefalede også lokaliteter, indkøbsmuligheder og spisesteder og formidlede kontakt til Infinity Charter der gav os en fantastisk snorkledag. Vi nyd særligt den overdækkede terrasse, fuglesangen og solnedgangen og kan varmt anbefale Villa Kass. Mange tak til Natascha for fin kommunikation og super service. Vi håber vi ses igen. 😁

Super Unterkunft, wenn man mit Mietauto unterwegs ist. Großzügiges Appartment mit kleiner Küche, Essbereich innen und Terrasse in direkter Nähe zum Meer incl. Meerblick, wenn man aus der Terrassentür schaut. Natasha ist eine super Gastgeberin und kümmert sich jederzeit um ihre Gäste. Für uns war es die beste Unterkunft auf den Seychellen.

Ce que je n’est pas aimer au niveau du logement il n’y a rien a dire juste l’excursion au niveau du tarif c’était 75 euros donc pas très cher pour tout ce qu’il y’a de compris mais nous avons rencontré deux personnes qui elle on payer 50 euros donc je n’est vraiment pas apprécié le geste !

L’hôte est très accueillante et disponible pour les voyageurs. Elle nous a donné de très bons conseils pour nos visites. L’emplacement est idéal et la propreté impeccable.

Natasha messaged us asking our approximate arrival time, and we were met at the property by the lovely housekeeper who showed us around and gave us the keys. The house is very easy to live in and comfortable, we had a great time here over Christmas with our son (6). We cooked at the house nearly every day, kitchen was fine, and we really appreciated that there is a washing machine - thank you! Natasha popped by on the second evening and was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for having us.

Very nice villa with lovely view from the top apartment. Everything was perfect. It's a little away from the main area but that is no problem if you have a car. Otherwise the bus stop is right in front.

Don't leave any food out on the tops, it will be invaded by ants.

Villa Kass is a fully equipped, clean, and well-organized independent house, with a parking space for one vehicle located right in front of the house. We really enjoyed this accommodation. The house has two bedrooms, one of which is located in the attic, and includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare breakfast or even a full meal. A washing machine is also available, with detergent provided. There are two televisions (one in the bedroom and one in the living room), as well as free Wi-Fi. The property has a bathroom with a shower area. The apartment also features a sea-facing balcony with a table and chairs, where meals can be enjoyed while taking in a stunning ocean view. The nearest supermarket is about a 5-minute drive away. The beach is located slightly below the house, but in our opinion, it is not one of the best beaches in the area. We really enjoyed this accommodation and would certainly choose it again on a future visit.

The only issue we would like to mention is the presence of ants in the kitchen area, which means extra care is needed with food left on the countertops. Even a brief distraction can result in food being compromised. Despite the host’s efforts, the rural location of the house contributes to this situation. Another point to note is the attic bedroom, which does not have any fall protection near the staircase access. For this reason, extra attention is required when this room is used by children.

Ubytovanie je v tichej lokalite, skutočne neďaleko mora s blízkou autobusovou zástavkou. Prístup majiteľov bol skvelý, poradili mnoho tipov ako stráviť dovolenku na Prasline. Ubytovanie bolo dostatočne priestranné pre 4 člennú rodinu. Najviac oceňujeme pokoj uvedenej lokality. Myslím si pomer cena/výkon je vzhľadom na Praslin veľmi výhodný.

The location is excellent. Very nice and comfortable house. Cleaning was done every day. Only about 50m from the beach plus there is a very nice view from the first floor over the bay. Natasha is a lovely host. She was very attractive with us.

Apartment is big and comfortable, very well equipped kitchen and bathroom, big bed, superb terrace. It's comfortable and quiet. The host Natasha is undoubtly the best host ever, funny and helpful, great comunicator that understand your needs perfectly. Also there is a restaurant just next door (it's not loud) and bus station is 50 meters away. Lots of parking and a nice garden with coconuts and bananas.

The downside is there is no shop near, but knowing that we adapted and didn't have problems even as we were traveling with a bus.

Villa jest super! Świetnie położona, przestronna i bardzo dobrze wyposażona, niczego nam nie brakowało! Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni! Dodatkowo Natasha była bardzo pomocna, super miła i z fajną energią, zorganizowała nam transport, odpowiadała na każde pytanie i można się było do niej ze wszystkim zwrócić! Idealne miejsce na wymarzone wakacje, bardzo polecamy!

Nous avons tout aimé à Villa Kass. Le logement est spacieux et très bien équipé. Une plage juste en face, un restaurant juste à côté. Des petits supermarchés à 5 minutes en voiture. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Natacha est très disponible et réactive. Nous avons adoré Praslin et la Villa Kass !!!

Bardzo bardzo polecamy pobyt w tym miejscu! Czysto, przestrzennie, schludnie, super lokalizacja blisko plaży (dosłownie minutka spacerem), a takiej gospodyni ze świecą szukać! Przesympatyczna i pomocna przez cały pobyt. 10/10😍

Nos alojamos recientemente en este apartamento y la experiencia fue excelente. La ubicación es inmejorable: muy cerca del puerto y de la ciudad, a los que se puede llegar cómodamente caminando. El recibimiento fue especial y muy agradable; nos ofrecieron toallitas para refrescarnos, agua y caramelos durante el check-in, un detalle que marcó la diferencia. El apartamento en sí es ideal: amplio, muy limpio y perfectamente organizado. Incluso la mesa ya estaba preparada para poder sentarnos a comer nada más llegar. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para el día a día (vajilla, utensilios y demás comodidades). La ubicación es perfecta para disfrutar de la isla. Aunque es pequeña y se puede recorrer fácilmente en un día en bicicleta, la situación del apartamento hace que la estancia sea aún más cómoda. En definitiva, totalmente recomendable.

Hemos estado 4 noches muy a gusto. Ubicación ideal para no perder tiempo al salir a recorrer, frente a la playa. Natasha la anfitriona es encantadora, antes de llegar a Praslin me ha ofrecido el alquiler de un coche para agilizar nuestra llegada y lo ha gestionado todo ella. No hemos tenido que hacer nada, el el puesto de ferry a apenas llegar ya me estaban esperando.Nos ha dejado también plátanos y agua fresca en la nevera. El apartamento es Sta muy bien equipado y tiene más vistas muy bonitas. Justo al lado hay un restaurante en el que hemos cenado muy bien y es muy bonito.

Villa Kass ist fantastisch gelegen. In der ruhigen Anse Possession, unweit der Bucht Anse Volbert, wo man die Geschäfte findet und einige Ausflüge buchen kann. Die Unterkunft ist ideal für kleinere Familien, in dem Doppelbett im oberen Stock könnten 1-2 kleinere Kinder schlafen. Wir hatten alles, was man braucht. Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Sogar Meerblick von der Terrasse, obwohl wir damit gar nicht gerechnet hatten, da das Haus in der zweiten Reihe steht. Natascha und Jürgen sind sehr nett, sind vor Ort und helfen gerne bei Fragen.

Das Wasser in der Leitung hatte von Zeit zu Zeit gelbe Farbe (Rost?). Die Schränke und Schubladen in der Küche haben ziemlich modrig gerochen.

Natasha was very attentive with us. A few amenities and fruit was welcoming us. She also helped us with the taxis and the attractions around. The house was full of mosquitoes and the girl who cleaned resolved it very quickly , thank you 😊

C’était vraiment propre, agréable, bien situé, possibilité de faire des lessives sur place. Ce logement mérite en soit davantage que 7/10 mais (cf point négatif)

Il y avait des locataires dans le logement au dessus du notre. Sachez qu’il n’y a pas d’isolation. On pouvait faire les dialogues des films qu’ils regardaient, les paroles des chansons, on entendait leurs visio, tout… J’ai ressenti un gros manque d’intimité, j’imagine que si nous entendions absolument tout, ce devait être la même chose de leur côté…

Schönes, sauberes und grosses Haus. Die Lage war sehr gut, zwischen Anse Lazio und Cote d'Or gelegen.

Praslin était notre dernière ile à visiter lors de notre séjour seychellois. L'hébergement se situe sur la côte nord de l'île, non loin de l'Anse d'Or, à 8 km du port. Endroit calme. Nous avons été bien accueillis. La maison dispose d'une terrasse, d'une cuisine ouverte sur le salon, d'une chambre avec salle de bains attenante et d'une mezzanine tenant lieu de 2ème chambre. Location relativement bien équipée. Propriétaire charmante avec qui nous avons beaucoup discuté. A Praslin, où la voiture est indispensable, nous avons pas mal sillonné mais les 2 choses les plus importantes à faire/visiter sont, selon nous : la plage Anse Lazio (qui pour nous est la plus belle que nous ayons vue) et la vallée de mai (des cocos fesses, classée à l'UNESCO). Bien sûr, les excursions sur l'ile Curieuse, sur les iles Cousin & Cousine sont à faire mais nous n'avons pas eu le temps. Ne les oubliez pas... Enfin, de très bons restos sont à faire : les 2 de l'Anse Lazio, 1 à l'Anse d'Or (la Pirogue)... Il y a également les fameux food trucks, tout aussi bons et moins chers. Durée de séjour idéal selon nous : au moins 3 nuits.

Hébergement dans son jus, mezzanine à l'accès par un escalier très raide (déconseillé aux enfants donc). La propriétaire nous a dit qu'elle allait faire prochainement de gros travaux. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour.

Location fantastic. Our favourite place to stay on our trip. Loved Loved the area, the island and the apartment. Everything was perfect and there was not one thing that was not taken care of. The starter kit of salt and pepper, washing powder and the handmade soap was a nice idea and really helped. One felt so welcome and encourage to enjoy the island. Our host was a walking Google for the island and all her recommendation were spot on. The bay is very quiet and if peace and quiet is what you want, this is the bay to be in. Bus stop just down the road with most amazing view....who cares if the bus never comes.

Separated small house, we could park the car at the house, the owner is very kind and helpful she helped to rent a car when we couldn't find any, just the day before! There is a restaurant, where you can eat breakfast as well. There is washing machine and powder! The bed is big.

The beach is not for swimming, but there are plenty of beaches.

The photos do not do this accommodation justice. You will be pleasantly surprised. It is more spacious and truly nice! The accommodation was cleaned on a daily basis. We got fresh bananas on arrival. You have a nice restaurant next door and the sea is in front of the accommodation. However, I would recommend renting a car and exploring the island. The owner of Vila Kass has arranged a car rental for us. The car was waiting for us at the ferry upon arrival. Would recommend booking this place!

It is our second time in Praslin and both times we stayed at villa Kass. We love the studio apartment, the facilities and the terrace view. The owner and staff are all super nice and attentive. The bed is very comfortable and huge and the location is perfect to explore the island but also very close (by car) to the best beach in Praslin.

Well-located property that was super equipped and a delight to stay at with sea views and excellent bird life. Far enough from everything but close enough (even by walking) to enjoy all that you want to. We managed to get by with buses and walking without an issue. The host was super-helpful and friendly. A great final stop for us in the Seychelles.
