Da kein Aufzug vorhanden ist, extrem mühsam Koffer in die oberen Etagen zu bringen. Treppenhauslicht schlecht eingestellt. Die Lichter in der Wohnung sehr schlecht, für unseren Geschmack zu dunkel. Möbel ( Sofas im Wohnzimmer) Tisch und Stühle könnten mal erneuert werden.

Потоки воздуха из кондиционеров направлены на спальные места. Смесители на кухне и в ванной стоит заменить - разбрызгивается вода.

I booked it for 5 people. We had one double bed and a single bed. I slept on sofa. There was no bedding/duvet available and it was quite late - so no host was present on site to ask for these things.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Review I stayed at the hotel for two days, from August 17 to August 19. On the positive side, the location is very good. The hotel is situated in a very quiet area, and there is a Migros supermarket and Terracity shopping center nearby. Unfortunately, the room I booked was the only available room at the time and was located on the basement level. I hope the hotel management will not take this personally, but Room No. 1, in my opinion, is not suitable for accommodation and feels more like a technical or utility room. There was a strong smell of dampness and mold in the room, despite the fact that the room has ventilation and air conditioning. During my two-day stay, I unfortunately ended up getting sick. In my opinion, this room is not suitable for staying in, especially for families with children. I wanted to move to another room, but there were no other rooms available at that time. Perhaps the rooms on the upper floors are much better and do not have the same problems with dampness or mold. I would therefore strongly recommend that the management pay particular attention to the condition of basement Room No. 1. The location of the hotel is genuinely very good, but unfortunately, staying in this particular room left a very unpleasant impression.
Отзыв Я находился в отеле два дня — с 17 по 19 августа. Из плюсов — хорошая локация. Отель расположен в очень тихом районе. Рядом есть супермаркет Migros и торговый центр Terracity. Но, к сожалению, номер, который я забронировал, оказался единственным доступным номером и находился на цокольном этаже. Пусть администрация отеля на меня не обижается, но номер №1, на мой взгляд, совершенно не подходит для проживания и больше напоминает техническое помещение. В комнате была сильная сырость и запах плесени, несмотря на то, что в номере есть вентиляция и кондиционер. За два дня пребывания я, к сожалению, умудрился простыть. На мой взгляд, этот номер вообще не подходит для проживания, тем более для семей с детьми. Я хотел переехать в другой номер, но на тот момент свободных номеров не было. Возможно, номера на верхних этажах намного лучше и там нет проблем с сыростью и запахом плесени. Поэтому хотелось бы, чтобы администрация обратила особое внимание именно на состояние цокольного номера №1. Локация у отеля действительно хорошая, но проживание в этом конкретном номере оставило очень неприятное впечатление.

При бронировании не обратила внимание на то, что номер в подвале без солнечного света, но цена 63 евро за ночь в таких условиях, это круто.Инструкцию по заселению получили слишком поздно, когда были в пути, пришлось помучиться.

Sun suite provide a code to enter the hotel then another code 24hrs before your arrival, This can cause anxiety, we arrived in the middle of the night and struggled to unlock the main front door with the code, luckily there were 2 guests leaving and helped us in. Sun suites said they could be contacted on watts app, I tried this and no one answered. on our 4th day we then helped another couple enter as they were unaware of the codes, I asked if they had a email but they didn't speak English. the rooms were fine and comfortable, BUT THEY SHOULDN'T BE SO LAID BACK REGARDING ENTRY, last thing you need at a 1am arrival is a stressful time getting to you room

Rummen luktade starkt av cigaretter, vilket var fruktansvärt obehagligt. Trapporna var knappt belysta, vilket gjorde det ännu svårare att navigera. Jag rekommenderar verkligen inte detta hotell om du värdesätter din säkerhet och komfort.

I’m not 100% about this, but it seems balcony suites are on the ground floor with a terrace, whilst terrace suites are on the upper floors with balconies.

Очень удобное расположение, легко добираться и всё необходимое рядом.Сами апартаменты комфортные и продуманные: две раздельные спальни, полноценная кухня, большой холодильник, кондиционеры — всё работает исправно, без каких-либо проблем. Было достаточно места, никто никому не мешал.Отдельно хочется отметить сервис — по любым вопросам всегда быстро помогали. Особенно благодарим Настю — она всегда была на связи, оперативно отвечала и помогала со всеми вопросами и просьбами. В целом проживание прошло отлично, остались только положительные впечатления. Ставлю высокую оценку и с удовольствием остановился бы здесь ещё раз.

Reviewed Mar 6, 2026Deluxe apartment with 2 balconies, 2 bedrooms. The washing machine was a great bonus. An absolute delight of a place. Very clean and modern tasteful apartment. Walkable to lots of bars, shops, and restaurants. About 15 mins walk to coast. Friendly staff. Anastasia was lovely and very helpful. Great place. Highly recommend it. Would definitely go back there if we were to stay in that part again.

Reviewed Jan 31, 2026Номера прекрасные, близко к морю и остановкам, есть кондиционеры, все необходимое для жизни, очень чисто, клининг работает шикарно, девушка на рецепции очень милая и в случае каких либо вопросов быстро отвечает.
Мы приехали в сезон дождей и окно протекало, но администрация быстро решила проблему, вернули деньги за первый день, предложили другой номер и готовы были компенсировать вещи, если что-то повредилось. Из-за погоды так же были небольшие сбои с интернетом.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026I stayed in the basement room for 6 nights and it was superb for my purposes. the location was super and the room had everything I needed. There's a large supermarket about 2 mins walk away, and this was very useful. The hotels communications from start to finish were excellent, and the staff were very friendly.
There's a small window but it doesn't provide any view points, but this was clear before I arrived. The room could do with a toaster.

Reviewed Jan 16, 2026Останавливалась в январе в квартире на 3-ем этаже, 4 ночи. Отличное расположение, рядом большой торговый центр, супермаркет, набережная, огромное количество кафе, все в 5 минутах ходьбы. Квартира чистая, без запахов, к белью и полотенцам тоже нет претензий. Спасибо команде, которая все это убирает и моет! Отличная коммуникация, я заселилась в воскресенье, отсутствие персонала не было проблемой, так как много инструкций было получено по WhatsApp и не было никаких вопросов. В рабочие дни ресепшен был на связи в любое время. Состояние техники. Холодильник работал отлично, с wi-fi перебоев не было, техникой на кухне не пользовалась, поэтому не могу комментировать. На улице было холодно, но кондиционер работал хорошо и в квартире было тепло. С душем проблем не было. P.S. Особое спасибо ресепшен, я забыла одежду в номере, мне тут же об этом сообщили и я вернулась и забрала.
В целом в квартире были такие вещи, как подтекающий кран в ванной, плинтус немного отходящий от стены, оголенные провода ведущие к розетке, несколько неработающих лампочек, но стоимость проживания невысокая и на комфорт это особо не влияет, поэтому мое впечатление это особо не испортило.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026Большой удобный номер! Мы останавливались на 5 дней и нам было очень комфортно. Номер размером с квартиру. Мы готовили сами, в номере было достаточно посуды и рядом был большой супермаркет. Остановка рядом. Море и парк тоже в 5 мин ходьбы. Рестораны на выбор, ТЦ. Администратор всегда была на связи с нами и помогала в решении наших вопросов!

The apartment tried to feel luxurious. But some parts feel a bit low quality. But not a problem at all to have nice holidays just that you know :)

Худшие апарты в моей жизни. Мы приехали в 10 ночи, предупредили, что приедем именно в это время (так как хозяйка сама связалась со мной заранее в вотцап). Когда открыли дверь-поняли, что в квартире холодно как на улице, а на улице было всего +7 градусов(1 января), все окны были просто открыты! Разве так встречают гостей! На мой звонок последовал ответ, что здесь так принято-открывать окна после уборки и мы должны сами включить отопление и ждать пока нагреется воздух. Нам пришлось сначала разбираться с нагревателем, а потом сидеть одетыми и обутыми (полы тоже были ледяные!) примерно 40 минут и ждать когда потеплеет, вместо того, чтобы ложиться спать! Когда мы собрались спать нас ждал еще один сюрприз, апартаменты на 4 человека с тремя спальными местами имели всего 2 набора постельного. У нас возрослые разнополые дети, планировалось, что они будут спать отдельно. На мой звонок где нам взять еще один комплект постельного хозяйка ответила, что ей очень жаль и помочь она не сможет. Получается, что информация дана некорректно: в апартаментах не 3 спальных места как указано, а два. 1 двухспальная кровать, 1 диван, ну и а раскладушка без постельного белья и без одеяла-непонятно только зачем ее указывать. Ну и по-мелочи- сантехника старая, от влаги в ванне все разбухло, на стенах потертости, все очень "уставшее" и мы не нашли микроволновку.

Reviewed Dec 21, 2025Хозяева отеля позаботились, чтобы проживание в Sun Suites оставило одни сплошные положительные эмоции. Во-первых, отличное расположение - тихая улица, но до набережной не больше 200м, до большой улицы с магазинами и кафешками 100м, сетевые супермаркеты (Bim, Şok, Migros, A101) в прогулочной доступности, до торгового центра TerraCity буквально 5-7 минут прогулочным шагом. Кому нравится ночная движуха - вдоль набережной полно заведений на любой вкус. Во-вторых, сам номер очень чистый, в квартире есть всё для комфортного проживания - много посуды, большой холодильник, стиральная и посудомоечная машины (с соответствующей химией для них), большой радиатор обеспечивал теплом весь номер, удобная кровать, отличное постельное бельё, целая гора полотенец... В-третьих (на самом деле - во-первых 😄) - это доброжелательный персонал. Анастасия, Фадиле и Наргиза создали все условия для нашего комфортного проживания. Также благодарим хозяев отеля. Надеемся приехать туда ещё не раз.
Не понравилось, что всё хорошее рано или поздно заканчивается и пришлось уезжать.

Reviewed Dec 12, 2025Цена. Все необходимое на кухне. И Это наш любимый район. Раньше останавливались на соседней улице. Теперь там посольство в соседнем доме и мест нет, но напротив открыли очень красивый отель. В следующий раз в него поедем.
Номер явно требует ремонта, потолок и стены все в подтеках от дождя, пол вздутый На балконе ванна, но чтобы ее набрать - нужно ждать полчаса пока нагреется вода Мебель не новая и в пятнах Постельное белье старое и рваное В целом неуютно Слышимость ппц, всю ночь по лестнице кто-то таскал вещи и хлопал дверями. Вобщем хорошо что всего на одну ночь там остановились

Reviewed Dec 3, 2025The staff was exceptionally kind and demonstrated a very helpful attitude at all times. The cleanliness was really good, which we greatly appreciated. The room itself is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The major drawback was the practically non-existent ventilation in this basement room. When we saw this in person, we inquired about a possible room change and we were informed that there was no availability and changing the reservation meant losing the entire week's stay. So we chose to stay and keep the only little vent in the room open. Unfortunately, this was not enough, and the problem worsened at night with a very strong sewage stench, to the point of having to sleep with the door to the corridor open and the A/C full power to push the smell out of the room though the corridor. I don't know how the upper rooms are (they looked very nice in the photos, and assuming they have windows, they are probably fine), but we would not recommend or return to the basement room due to the serious ventilation and odor issues... they shouldn't be renting them out at all.
