Sheets were washed however had stains. Had to request that the bedding be changed. Car park entrance is tight, it as evident in the many scratches left on the wall. Open parking is however available in front of the shops.

Few days before my trip to Tzaneen I received communication from Alistair detailing everything i needed to know about check-in, the keys and who to contact for any eventuality and how to access the enterprise when I arrive. My check-in was smooth as was expected.tge staff was very helpful 👌

Our room was filthy. Bugs and dust everywhere. Wanted to use the fan but there was so much dust on it that i was scared to put it on with my daughter in the room. Massive cockroaches roaming around. No soap in the bathroom. I feel like it has not been properly cleaned or maintained since the time it was built. My wife literally asked me if we could find another place to stay after being in the room for 15 minutes.

I was not happy with the guy that helped me to access the gate. You cant tell someone that you cant assist because I am calling at night and you dont want to wake your family up. I mean if you have done things right I wouldn't have bothered to call anyone at night. I had to wait for 30 minutes at night trying to get assistance.

The staff and management are very friendly and they go an extra mile to help if one needs assistance with anything. I will definitely recommend Pickle Residence to anyone who want a place to stay in Tzaneen
