Erinomainen sijainti, siisti, hyvä varustus.

Location close to chair lifts, clean, a lot of useful equipments, great tv.

Check-in process: 20 min walk with all your language to get your keys from the box at the office. This box could have been at the property itself or you could literally give us a code - it’s a digital lock. Also, 17:00 checkin and 11:00 checkout is too much.

Huoneiston tilat, kalusteet, astiastot olivat erittäin hyviä.

Sauna ehti aina lämmetä hieman liikaa, wifi ohjeistus puuttui kansiosta, wc paperia 3 rullaa ja talouspaperia 2 rlaa (kuudelle hengelle vkoksi?). Suksivarastoa ei löytynyt (ei tosin hirveästi etsittykään), tyynynliinoja voisi olla enemmän per sänky (tyynyjä oli kuitenkin monia), astiapyyheitä vois olla 2,

Tilava, siisti ja nykyaikainen huoneisto. Kylmä rappukäytävä erinomainen paksujen ulkovaatteiden kanssa, ei ehdi tulla hiki 😊

Kohteen markkinoinnissa käytettävät kuvat antavat ymmärtää, että huoneista sijaitsee rinteitä lähempänä olevassa talossa. 150m extrakävelyn kanssa toki pärjäsi, mutta tuli huijattu olo.

The apartment was everything we needed, it had a basic kitchen with all the appliances we needed and a drying cabinet for wet snowboarding gear, as well as a Sauna to warm up and relax at the end of each day. The location is a few minutes walk from the centre (it's a very small centre at ZeroPoint, everything is under a 5min walking distance away). There's a big balcony with great views into the forests.

There's not much that could have been better. The beds could have been more comfortable, but they were totally OK for us.

Amazing apartment with everything a family of 6 could need. Perfect location only a few minutes walk to the centre. Loved the modern design but supercosy with the log burner. Sauna and drying cupboard were amazing additions. Couldn't fault it!

Minor issue but if there was a 2nd shower it would have made life easier with 4 teenagers.

The property was lovely and quiet on the edge of the town. The beds were comfortable and all the facilities such as the drying cupboard were extremely useful to dry our skiing gear.

The property was further out than the position advertised in booking.com

Apartment overall good.

Awaiting codes for entry on a phone that doesn't work here. Australian carrier doesn't provide pre-paid to finland. The phone i booked with number had to be changed to a local one and then contacting the provider to change the number was a hassle.

Great location. Easy to access. Extremely comfortable, spacious, warm and cosy - important as it was -25°c outside! Spotlessly clean and we are fussy in that regard! Lovely comfy beds, excellent appliances and the sauna was a god send given the cold. The heated press to dry ski gear was super also. I could not fault this property for a family of 4.

A bit tricky to get some of the appliances working - could not find a tap for dishwasher. A clearer instruction booklet for appliances and the sauna would be a good help for guests. Only a minor gripe to be fair. The wifi was not brilliant either but that may not be the fault of the property and we were out most of the time so it was not a big deal.

Well kitted out and very comfortable. We spent more time indoors that we anticipated as it was so cold so it was great to be able to have a sauna and watch a movie on Netflix in the evening. The apartment was really clean and tastefully decorated.

The main bedroom has blinds but no curtains and a lot of light floods through from the street which has bright lights, all night! Blackout curtains here would have been nice.

good location with elevator, quiet Enough kitchen things to use Quickly response, electric lock opens door easily, easy to find. Recommend!

Liked everything

Good location, close to the centre, with a shortcut to Children’s World. Cross country ski tracks were just behind the property and also on the other side of the carpark. Warm apartment even when it was extremely cold outside. Clean rooms, drying cabinet and sauna. Washing machine and dishwasher were in good working order. Very nice kitchen equipment.

We got a couple of extra keys which didn’t fit any of the doors or windows and it wasn’t clear what they were for. No support given for recycling collection. When staying with kids we really needed a collection facility for compost, cardboard and plastic recycling. Other properties in Levi seemed to provide this, particularly ones closer to restaurants. We ended up bringing recyclable items to the supermarket, which was an extra journey.
