the building was run down and smelled bad. the toilet seat was uncomfortably small. all the funiture was old and not very comfotable.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026חופשה בלתי נשכחת (ניסינו לשכוח, לא הצלחנו) הדירה בעתלית היא פנינה אמיתית לחובבי הז'אנר: נכס מדהים באזור מרהיב של פחים הפוכים וזכוכיות שבורות. מומלץ להתרחק לפחות 600 מטר מהנכס כדי באמת ליהנות מעתלית. חוויה חושית: ארון בגדים עם "קיר ירוק" (ראו תמונה של פטריית העובש המפוארת). הניחוח כל כך עוצמתי שהוא עבר גם למצעים, מה שחייב אותנו לוותר על חדר שינה שלם. חוויה מינימליסטית במיטבה. בונוס: מגבות לחות (שלא נתייבש חלילה) המטבח, מקרר ומקפיא מאובזרים בשאריות אוכל של אורחים קודמים וספוגים עם פז"ם מרשים (יש גם שמן ותה לאמיצים). בטיחות יצירתית: מקלט שתי קומות למטה עם דלת עץ, או מקלט סמוך עם שלט "לא תקני". המארח הסביר שזה "דווקא בסדר גמור מבחינתו". שירות רגיש: המארח זמין מאוד ודאג לשאול בשיא נחמדותו: "האם נרגעתם?". שורה תחתונה: המציאות עולה על כל דמיון (או מודעה). מומלץ!

Reviewed Dec 24, 2025המארח היה נחמד מאוד ונכון לפתור כל תקלה למרות שלא היו. הבנות שלי מאוד התלהבו שהיה בדירה טאבלט עם משחקים וכל מיני צעצועים לילדים
הבעיה היחידה שזה בקומה שניה בלי מעלית אז היה קצת קשה להעלות את כל הציוד

בניין קצת ישן, קומה 2 בלי מעלית ויש עוד כמה מדרגות עד למדרכה.

Reviewed Nov 7, 2022A simple but fully functional apartment in a block of flats in a residential area. Free parking in the street. Not far (by car) from Haifa and the Carmel mountain, good starting point to explore the north of Israel. Easy check-in, helpful host. Great value for money.
The building is a bit old, no lift (apartment is on second floor).
