Reviewed Sep 14, 2026It was clean and modern, walking distance from the centre but tucked away enough to be quiet, and the bed was comfortable! Also, the staff were very accomodating, bed was made and towels were replaced daily and they were also able to provide an iron and ironing board on request!
Considering the cost, I would have liked a larger room, it was bordering studio size. Also, the shower pressure was too much for the drainage system and flooded the entire bathroom floor first day. Luckily my husband recognised the issue and we showered with half pressure for the rest of our stay which was okay.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026The apartment is at a very convenient place, near the port and 10' from the airport. In the neighborhood you can find some local taverns for food and drinks. The room was big with a balcony and all the facilities for a long stay. The interior was designed to be functional and modern. They cleaned the room and changed towels almost every day. The staff was very polite and ready to meet all our needs.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Kahvaltı olarak reçel, tereyağı ve etimek bırakılmıştı, kahvaltı olarak değerlendiremeyeceğim. Bu fiyata iyi bir kahvaltı beklerdim. Kahve çeşitliliği güzeldi. Odalar yeni ve zevkle döşenmiş, konum çok merkezi feribot ve merkeze 5 dakika içerisinde ulaşım mümkün. Avlusu ambiansı ve temizliğinden çok memnun kaldık. İşletenler de oldukça yardımseverdi.
Araçla otele yanaşmak kabus gibiydi, daracık bir sokak ve otopark imkanı yok, bavulları zor indirip dakikalarca park yeri aradık. Araçla gelmek için önermiyorum. Çift kişilik yatak çok konforluydu ancak salon alanındaki +1 yatak için aynısını söyleyemeyeceğim, 2 oda superior apartment tuttuk, salondaki koltuğu yatak yapmak için bir odada üzerine şilte koymuşlardı. Bu yine bir nebze yatılabilir durumdaydı ama diğerinde şilte yoktu tahtanın üzerinde uyumak gibiydi, çift kişilik yatakta 3 kişi yatmak durumunda kaldık.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Konumu süper. Feribottan indikten sonra 5 dk yürüme mesafesindeydi. Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi ve her zaman bir sorumuz olduğunda cevap verdiler.
Otopark olmadığı için yakın mesafede ücretli/ücretsiz park yeri bulmakta zorlandık. Kışın belki sorun olmaz ancak yazın kalabalık olduğu için park yeri bulmak biraz zorlayıcı olabilir.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Merkezi konuma sahip olması çok avantajlı. Pastane, restaurant ve marketin yürüme mesafesinde olması çocuklu bir aile olarak bize büyük kolaylık sağladı. Odamız konaklama boyunca temizdi, sık sık çarşaf ve havlu değişimi yapıldı. Odada her şey düşünülmüş; kahve makinesi, saç kurutma makinesi, ütü vs ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey mevcut. Personel güleryüzlüydü. Biz çok memnun kaldık.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Odamizin genişliği ve temizliği çok güzeldi. Otelin konumu çok merkezi ve limana çok yakın, 5 dakikalık mesafede. Araç ucretsiz otopark yeri 2-3 mesafede. Sakız adasına gelip merkezi konumda kalmak istersem tercih edeceğim otel burasıdır. Mutfakta birçok araç gereç var.

1 gece konaklayacağımız otelde giriş yaptık ve duşa girer girmez tıkanıklık ve banyoyu su basmadı ile karşılaştık. Bu birkaç günlük konaklamada belki rastlantı olabilir ancak giriş yapıldığında karşılaşılması, öncesinde kontrol edilmediğini ve/veya dikkate alınmadığını düşündürdü. Tek akşamımızda odadan çıkmamız gecikti. Boş oda olmadığı söylendi. Israrlarımız neticesinde geçici bir duş alanı sağlandı. Ancak bu saatte tamir edilemez cevabı pek kabul edilebilir gelmedi.

Tuvalet çok küçük olduğu için çöp kutısunu dolap içine koymasalarmış keşke.Bu kadar temiz bir yer olmasa o dolabı açıp içine kâğıt atmak istemezdim.Ama hiç sorun değil.

The room was perfect and had everything we could need. We especially appreciated how clean it was. It is a great place for families. I would also like to thank Eleni for her kindness and attentiveness. She was very helpful.

It was great watching the big cruises dock from our balcony :) The rooms are beautifully decorated, very clean and spacious. We had everything we needed - coffee machine, capsules, very nice shampoo conditioner and shower gel (all with mastiha!). The staff has been very kind, responsive and helpful. They gave us great tips for beaches too! We loved our stay in this beautiful island, and will hopefully be back in Endotera 🤍

The aesthetic and design make you smile, the service, cleanliness and amenities spotless. I rarely leave reviews but I feel I have to when a place ticks all the boxes so successfully. Biz çok memnun kaldık, özellikle çok temizdi oda da ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz bir çok şey mevcuttu. Bir daha gelirsem mutlaka aynı oteli tercih ederim.

Tesisin 1 kişilik fiyatı ile 2 kişilik fiyatı aynı. Kendileriyle hem buradan hem WhatsApp üzerinden görüştüm. İkinci ismi sistemden ekledim ve ayrıca 8 yaşında bir cocuk olduğunu belirttim. Sorun yok, çocuk ücretsizdir dediler. Yazışmalar mevcut. Checkşn yapıldığında ekstra 15 euro istediler ve bu konuşma hiç yapılmamıs gibi davrandılar. Yazışmayı gösterdigim halde zorla istediler 15 euro.

Reviewed May 2, 2026Limanın Kalbinde Bir Restorasyon Harikası Otelin lokasyonu tek kelimeyle mükemmel. Limandan çıktığınızda, son araç kiralama şirketinin hemen arkasındaki sokakta yer alıyor. Merkeze bu kadar yakın olup aynı zamanda huzurlu kalabilmesi büyük bir avantaj. Tarihi doku inanılmaz bir titizlikle restore edilmiş. Yüksek tavanlar otele ferah bir hava katarken, en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş(Ütü, prizler, fon makinesi, mutfak ve kahve makinesi vs.) Dekorasyon detayları hayranlık uyandırıyor. Her yer pırıl pırıl ve tertemiz. Biz bahçe katındaki odada konakladık. Genellikle alt katlar basık olur ama burası şaşırtıcı derecede ferah ve aydınlıktı. Duş konforu harikaydı. Avluda kahve iç :) otele bitişik restorenı muhakkak deneyin. Sevgiler.

Özellikle kış için çok çok doğru seçenek. *** Located in the city center, the rooms are spotlessly clean, Eleana is very attentive, and the room has everything you need. I regret only staying one night. But we will definitely come back. It's a very, very good choice, especially for winter.

Eleana’ya çok teşekkür ederiz. Odalar çok temiz ve konforluydu. Soğuk bir mevsimde gitmemize rağmen odalar sürekli sıcaktı. Giriş saatimizden önce ve çıkış zamanında valizlerimizi koyabilmek için bir depo vardı ve bu çok işimize yaradı. İki gece kaldık bu bölgeye tekrar geldiğimde kesinlikle buraya giderim. ❤️

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Konumu tarihi kale içerisinde, çok canlı bir yer. Ayrıca limana çok yakın. Apartman yeni tadilat edilmiş ve oldukça modern. Oda her gün temizlendi. Ayrıca tesis sorumlusu Eleana çok yardımseverdi. Verdiği tavsiyeler tatilimizi zenginleştirdi.
Balkondaki sineklik sıkışmıştı, açılmıyordu. Onun tamir edilmesi gerekiyor.

I will definitely come back and I highly recommend to everyone who wants to stay in a clean, modern, and convenient place. Also thank you to the staff they answered all our requests and questions. They were kind and helpful.

Reviewed Jan 11, 2026We stayed at this hotel between December 30 and January 1 and truly enjoyed our experience. The location was excellent, very close to the port, which made everything easy. Before our arrival, we received a very clear and detailed information email, and every question we asked before the trip was answered within the same day. The communication was professional, warm, and reassuring. Our biggest concern was staying during winter, as we were worried the studio might be cold, but it was perfectly heated and very comfortable. The studio was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and it was clear that every detail had been carefully considered. What really made our stay special were the small but meaningful touches: the locally inspired mastic-scented shower gel, a sweet treat on the table with a note celebrating the New Year, and on New Year’s Eve, they even offered vasilopita, the traditional Greek New Year bread. These gestures made us feel genuinely welcomed. During our stay in winter, the hotel felt very peaceful and quiet, which we truly appreciated. Cleanliness, excellent communication, and great attention to detail made this one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. We would definitely love to come back and would highly recommend it, especially to travelers visiting Chios during the winter season.
