Very quiet! Walking to lake Garda in 10 min

The place was really nice and clean, and there were other families with kids enjoying the swimming pool. I would definitely recommend this place for families with children. The view was also really beautiful! 🌸🏊‍♀️

Sehr schöne Lage zur Stadt, schnell zu Fuß unten am Wasser, gleich um die Ecke Spielplatz und Skaterbahn. Sehr schönes Appartement, Poolanlage als auch Parkplatz. Alles sehr durchdacht und jederzeit Kontakt zur Vermietung möglich, alles sehr unkompliziert. Es war wirklich ein sehr schöner Urlaub dort!

Ein paar mehr Gläser und vor allem Handtuchhaken fehlten.

Children’s beds were on wheels which made it noisy and uncomfortable for them. The pool rules seemed excessive such as certain times you were not to use it in middle of day, not allowed to drink anything near pool (understand if they banned glass drinks), no pool toys, balls and you have to take a sun bed there each time. One family had taken some drinks down which meant we all then got a WhatsApp to remind us of pool rules the following day. It just felt like the fun was being taken out of it all. The pool was lovely though There is no air con in main bedroom it was in hall which meant we had to have door open all night. In addition to that there was four bins which required a daily put out. This would be fine but there was an expectation from the apartment that we must buy all the separate bags for each size. This could have been provided.

Lage ruhig aber trotzdem Central. Man ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten in der Altstadt bzw. am Hafen. Ausreichend Besteck und Geschirr vorhanden.

Die Betten in dem einen Zimmer haben bei jeder Bewegung geknackt. Was leider sehr laut war.

Aantal vierkante meters woonoppervlak. Bij booking staat 70m2, maar dat was maximaal 45m2. Er was geen infinity pool, staat wel vermeld bij booking.

Die Ausstattung war sehr spartanisch, die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht richtig steuern, in Wohnbereich zu kalt egal wie man es gestellt hat und in Schlafzimmer zu warm. Die Waschmaschine war defekt und keine Reaktion auf meine telefonische Meldung.

Sehr schönes und komfortables Appartement mit allem was man benötigt . Privater abgeschlossener Parkplatz vorhanden. Garda ist fußläufig im 15 min. bequem zuerreichen . Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe . Wir kommen gerne wieder !!!

Die Anlage ist einfach TOP. Wie waren zum 2. Mal da. Es war wieder traumhaft schön. Absolut top ausgestattet, super Betten und Bad. Küche hat auch alles da. Balkon ist auch prima. Sehr empfehlenswert, ist jeden Cent wert. Ständige Kommunikation mit der Vermieter Gesellschaft per WhatsApp möglich. Sofort wird geantwortet. Lage in Garda ebenfalls super. Etwas abseits, total ruhig und trotzdem schnell alles erreichbar.

Gibt's nichts

Sehr schönes, neuwertiges und geräumiges Apartment mit sehr schöner Ausstattung. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der überdachte Balkon ist Luxus pur und bei Regentagen ein enormer Zugewinn und zum Essen im Freien bestens geeignet. Am späteren Nachmittag laden 2 Liegen zum Sonnenbaden ein. Der schöne Pool schafft dabei entsprechende Abkühlung. Das Auto steht sicher geparkt auf überdachtem Platz innerhalb der Anlage. Garda, Restaurants und der See sind in 10 Min. bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Supermarkt ist ca. 6 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Betreung durch die Agentur ApartmentsGarda ist ungewöhnlich zuvorkommend und außerordentlich nett. Besser geht eigentlich nicht! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gegenwärtige Baustelle in der Nachbarschaft ist etwas störend. Wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist, jedoch kein Problem. Wird bestimmt bald vorbei sein. Markise auf dem Balkon wäre sehr hilfreich, da an Sonnentagen am Nachmittag im Mai schon sehr heiß. Teilweise bei anderen Wohnungen vorhanden.

Das es keine deutschen Fernsehprogramme gab

Gute Lage, fußläufig zum Ort mit Supermarkt und guter Pizzeria ganz in der Nähe. Trotzdem ruhig. Anlage sehr gepflegt und ruhig, kein Straßenlärm. Sonnig und hell mit zwei Balkonen. Fensterläden gegen die Wärme. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Viele Hand- und Badetücher. Sehr guter Service durch das Vermietungsbüro.

Nur Kleinigkeiten: Wärmere Decken und ein Infomappe sollten da sein, fehlten aber zunächst (wurde aber sofort behoben 🙂). Seife im (leeren) Seifenspender. Ein Handfeger. Check-in war recht kompliziert (zunächst online inkl. Selfie und Ausweisfoto), dann nochmal per WhatsApp mit Personalausweis bzw. im Büro. Ggf. ist das in Italien bei Vermittlungsbüros ohne Personal beim Objekt aber üblich?

Tolle sehr ruhige Anlage!

Keine Garderobe oder Aufhänger für Handtücher oder Jacken !

Huoneisto oli rauhallisella alueella, siisti, nykyaikainen, hyvin varusteltu ja turvallinen. 4 hengen perhe mahtui majoittumaan erinomaisesti. Autolle oli myös oma autokatospaikka. Huoneiston henkilökunta olivat erittäin ystävällisiä, auttavaisia ja vieraanvaraisia.

Jätteiden kierrätys / keräys ei ollut helpoin ratkaisu. Olisin kaivannut jätteiden kierrätyspistettä huoneistojen pihapiiriin tai lähistölle.

for a week's stay, it would have been very helpful to have a couple of tea towels and more washing up liquid and an extra laundry tab or two.

WE didn't have a car but the property has very good parking. It was a short walk from the town centre, and the best rated local supermarket was also just over 5 minutes walk away. We didn't use the pool facility but the property had an excellent balcony with table chairs and sun loungers that we used.

Proximity to Garda town and its amenities. Easy to get the bus and ferry. We didn't have a car and didn't feel we needed one.

Mosquitoes! More baking trays for the oven and more blankets for the beds.

Lage ist ok. Garda ist sehr schön und fussläufig erreichbar. Pool ist schön, aber nicht immer ganz sauber. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten.

Unterkunft hat ein massives Ameisenproblem. 2 mal wurde der Küchentisch und das Wohnzimmer von einer Ameisenkolonie überrannt. Daraufhin wurde mit massivem Gifteeinsatz (Das Pulver lag auch in Küche, Wohnzimmer und Balkon) gearbeitet. Gesamte Anlage ist zwar schön, aber hat den Charm einer Schrebergartensiedlung. Viele Wohnungen sind in Eigentum, Urlauber wirken als seien sie „geduldet“. Müll wird auf Bürgersteig in Tüten entsorgt. Liegt die ganze Woche über vor der Anlage. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht gerechtfertigt.

Excellent apartment - spacious and clean with a nice swimming pool. The complex is mostly residential so is quiet and the pool was never crowded. The location was excellent - we walked do the town centre everyday with 2 kids (8 and 5). Being there in August where everywhere was very busy, we enjoyed the quiet and calm of the apartment complex. There was good secure parking which was allocated. We found Garda to be perfectly placed for visiting all around the lake.

There are rules around the swimming pool, it’s only useable 9am-1pm and 3pm-7pm

Clean, well maintained and equipped apartment and pool in a great location for Garda and the surrounding areas. We only had one request of the hosts and they dealt with it quickly and easily. They communicated well and checked in from time to time to make sure everything was ok. We used an airport transfer to get to the apartment and then used public transport to get around Lake Garda using the buses and ferries. The bus station is only a short walk from the apartment, as are many small supermarkets. One day we took the bus to Verona to catch the high speed train to Venice for the day. On the way back we stayed on the train to Peschiera for a shorter bus ride back to the apartment. Movieland, Aqualand and Gardaland are also a short bus ride away. We hired bikes from a nearby bike rental shop for a day as there are great cycle paths down to Bardolino with many pebble beaches along the way. In the second week we hired a car to travel further afield and the dedicated and secure parking space was ideal, kept in the shade by the solar cover above.

These aren't negatives, more points to note for future residents of the apartment. I'd advise going to the local store on arrival and buying essentials such as additional toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, cooking oil kitchen roll and washing up liquid. We left some behind in case it is kept for future guests but I don't think it is. The pool is only for use between certain times 9-1 and 3-7. If you use it out with these times you may upset the neighbours. These times generally worked out fine for our family and the girls loved the pool. You may sometimes get back to the apartment and find the bins from the balcony in the neighbours garden if the wind picks up. This happened a few times, especially just before a thunderstorm. Best trying to put these under a chair.

Not enough mirrors! No mirrors in the bedrooms and only one in the bathroom. Not great when you have teenage daughters trying to get ready.

A beautiful place to stay it was perfect for our family, a 10 minute walk to the waterfront. A shop close by for essentials.

When we arrived the apartment smelled so clean. Everything is very new and looks great. You are provided with 2 toilet rolls, a few packets of shampoo/toiletries, and a kitchen set which included washing up liquid sachet, dishwashing tablet and tea towel. We had an issue with the AC, and within a few hours someone came out to check it for us, and then it was fine. Pool had some rules - no inflatables or balls. People ignored the ball rule, but there were no inflatables at all. Also the pool closed between 1-3. We noticed that some people still went in during this time. So we followed suit; no one was there to check. You also had to carry the sun loungers down to the pool and you couldn’t leave them. It was a bit of a pain but wouldn’t let that put me off the place. The apartments were so peaceful and the kids enjoyed having the pool to themselves at times, although it was busier the weekend before we left. We were 0.5 mile walk down into Garda, this was an easy walk for an 8 and 10 year old. Lots of restaurants on the lakeside. We love pizza jolly which is on the walk down to Garda we went 3 times. La famila supermarket is the best one near, it’s a 6 minute drive. We wish we’d found this sooner than our second last day! The ferry was expensive in my opinion and as we had the car we mostly drove. Roads were find and parking was fine. However we are early risers so usually got to places around 9/30 am.

The pool rules.

Upon arrival at the apartment, we could find that the children's room was dirty with dust on the floor. There was also hair from a former resident in the toilet. It was a minor detail that we could live with. But when the air conditioning didn't work on the 4th day and the permanent residents started complaining that there was too much noise from the pool area and took pictures of the children playing and having fun there, I think there is some reconciliation missing. The landlord tried to repair the air conditioning, and it succeeded for a few hours. We couldn't manage to complain about it again. So in the apartment it was between 28 and 30 degrees day and night. No one can be satisfied with that. The resort is not friendly to young people and there are too many rules in the pool area, which is the only asset of this resort. You will need to inform that the resort is for families who want a quiet holiday. Apartment31 has promised us a compensation for the shortcomings. So we are awaiting further information about that. Location was excellent, and response time to queries was very fast. The development was very peaceful, and really well managed.

The air conditioning temperature display flashed constantly in both bedrooms during the night which sometimes interrupted sleep.

Beautiful, clean well appointed property in a great location. Wonderful pool, never busy. Great parking under cover.

Not much !! Minor niggle was no mugs for British tea. :-)

Great detailed instructions (with pictures) made arrival a breeze. Clean, modern, comfortable apartment for a family stay. Hosts super responsive and brought extra blankets for sofa bed when requested. Free, secure parking was a bonus. Minutes from Garda city center and close to many other beautiful towns along the east shore of lake. Wonderful stay, would return!

Pool was nice, the room was comfortable and the location was great — an easy walk into town.

The pool was only open certain hours and the ac is weird — after taking a shower it heats up the apartment while the hot water recharges.

Superb apartment with access to a lovely pool. Really clean, comfortable and well appointed apartment. Nice outdoor space, both by the pool and large balcony. Quiet location but short walk to restaurants, town and the lake. Eva and Francesca were exceptionally helpful and communicated quickly and regularly. Loved our stay.

Absolutely magnificent apartment - quiet, beautiful view, 5-8 min walk to the town centre, safe comfy parking. Everything was perfect in every bit.

Seamless check-in without any hassle. The property looked the same as on pictures, was very close to the city centre (around 15 mins walking distance).

I'd only add paper towels for the kitchen since there was nothing to wipe the table, countertops, etc.

We were on a family vacation. The apartment is large and the complex has parking. The place is quiet, very clean and close to all the attraction parks. There is a large and clean pool. The apartment has all the facilities such as a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher and dishes. It is highly recommended!

New (2021) development of mixed owner occupied/rental apartments. Well maintained and secure with allocated parking space and good pool. Apartment had two good sized bedrooms, one with twin beds, one with a double bed (not clear from the booking website description). It had a common bathroom, a kitchen/lounge area, and a shaded balcony with tables + chairs. Quiet location about 10-15 min walk from Garda lake side and 3-400M walk to supermarket. Booking agents regularly on-site and helpful, providing a second set of keys when requested.
