I had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment in Agadir. The location is perfect, close to everything yet peaceful enough to relax. The apartment was spotless and very well maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. Mourad was an excellent host attentive, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Agadir. I will definitely return on my next trip InchAllah!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est très agréable et spacieux, parfaitement isolé phoniquement et équipé de la climatisation ainsi que de matériels de qualité. Situé dans une résidence gardée, il offre une vraie tranquillité d'esprit, renforcée par un parking sécurisé et surveillé. Enfin, son emplacement est idéal : à deux pas de la plage et des restaurants.

Presque rien à signaler, sauf quelques petits points d'amélioration pour un séjour parfait : l'accent devrait être mis sur une propreté irréprochable du linge de lit et des serviettes de bain. De plus, la mise à disposition de couettes ou de couvertures chaudes serait un vrai plus pour des nuits confortables. Enfin, concernant la cuisine, un grille-pain est disponible mais équipé d'une prise américaine sans adaptateur, ce qui empêche de s'en servir.

Location was very central and safe, easy access to everything you need. A very well maintained apartment. Fully equipped. The host was very helpful, easy to contact through WhatsApp, great and easy communication.

​Cultural Experience: It was a beautiful and unique experience to be there during Ramadan. Witnessing the collective fasting and the spiritual atmosphere was a highlight I’ve never experienced before. ​Thoughtful Amenities: The apartment attempted a modern aesthetic and was well-equipped for a self-sustained stay. Having a prayer rug provided was a wonderful and much-appreciated touch. ​Kitchen Facilities: The kitchen was fully stocked, and the refrigerator and freezer were very spacious, which is perfect for anyone planning to cook their own meals. ​A Note on the Host's Conduct: I want to be fair and mention that I initially made a mistake with my cash deposit and thought I had provided the full 1500 MAD when I hadn't. I appreciated that the host remained calm when we cleared that up after I retraced my finances. ​However, after I stood my ground on not sharing my passport via WhatsApp and asked for a formal receipt for the cash, I felt a shift into passive-aggression. I was essentially ignored for the rest of my stay. While he didn't try to change the amount of the deposit, the lack of a paper trail for such a large cash sum is a massive red flag. If he had chosen to be dishonest, there would have been no way for me to prove what I had paid.

Safety & Building Conditions: The building is new and secluded, but the infrastructure is lacking. The hallway sensors and stairwell lights frequently failed, leaving me to fumble for keys in total darkness. As a traveler carrying cash (which is required locally), this felt extremely unsafe and made me a vulnerable target. ​The Cash Deposit Trap: The host requires a 150 EUR (1,500 MAD) cash deposit. Returning this much local currency at the very end of a trip feels like a setup; since MAD can not be exported, travelers are often forced to leave it behind or give it away. Furthermore, there is no paper trail for cash, leading to disputes over how much was actually handed over. ​Security & Privacy Concerns: The host insisted on a passport photo and, to "reassure" me, showed me a WhatsApp thread of other guests' passports. He also claimed the official Booking.com email goes to his brother. This is a massive red flag regarding identity theft and data privacy. ​Lack of Service: Despite the high price tag, the apartment was never serviced. When I reached out for help with issues, the host simply insisted everything "worked" rather than providing actual assistance. ​Overall Atmosphere: The level of aggression and the constant "milking" of tourists for extra money felt predatory. I felt hyper-vigilant the entire time rather than relaxed. ​Summary / Advice to Others ​I would strongly advise avoiding private apartment rentals here. The lack of transparency regarding deposits and the unsafe handling of personal documents (passports) made for a horrible experience. If you are visiting, stick to major established hotels like Iberostar. While Agadir's streets felt slightly safer than Essaouira's, the private hosting scene feels designed to scam you out of your money and peace of mind.

Communication with the staff was fantastic.

I liked the location but apart from that nothing else TBH

Firstly the hygiene in the apartment ain’t great it seems like it’s never had a deep clean or Infact the duvet inside the cover was so dirty and filthy I woke up feeling very itchy all over my body and I thought maybe I caught something from eating but also my partner had exactly the same so it wasn’t a coincidence also I then reported the issue with the duvet not been the correct size anyways once the cleaner come to put the correct size cover on the duvet cover it was to big and kept getting tangled up internally then once I took the duvet cover of to put it back inside and the state of the duvet was disgusting lipstick and marks of foundation and all sorts all over it also had a smell anyways she still didn’t put the correct size on then she reported what Personal belongings I had in my apartment anyways she saw a female suitcase and went and told the guy in charge of the booking and he started sending me threatening messages about reporting me to the police for having a female in my apartment as the neighbour was complaining why their is a girl in their and Morrocan citizens are not allowed in their building without any proof he caused a issue and I am getting married to a Morrocan basically it’s a sign of disrespect as his assuming she is a paid for service girl as his country is known for that and then he send security to my room in the middle of the night the bang down my doors like I’ve committed a big crime at first I was feeling scared thinking who’s this as it should be a safe place for me as I’ll be residing their for several days I did not feel comfortable after he sent a stranger to bang down my door in the middle of the night also balcony door don’t open or close the guy hasn’t spent any money on maintaining his place and it’s 🤮 as it’s not even deep cleaned after every booking

Ich kann dieses luxuriöse Apartment in Agadir uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Mein Aufenthalt vor zwei Wochen war fantastisch, und das verdanke ich vor allem dem außergewöhnlichen Service des Gastgebers. Der Anbieter war unglaublich nett, lieb und zuvorkommend. Jede Frage, die ich hatte, wurde sehr schnell und ausführlich beantwortet. Er war immer erreichbar und hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, dass wir bestens betreut sind. Ein großes Lob und Dankeschön an dieser Stelle für die Herzlichkeit und Professionalität! Die Wohnung war makellos sauber und sehr gut möbliert. Es fehlte uns an nichts, da alle wichtigen Annehmlichkeiten vorhanden waren. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf Komfort gelegt wird. Als wirklich kleine Anmerkung möchte ich erwähnen, dass die nationalen Fernsehkanäle leider nicht empfangbar waren. Das hat den Aufenthalt aber in keiner Weise negativ beeinflusst. Ich war rundum zufrieden mit meiner Wahl und hatte eine wunderbare Zeit. Dieses Apartment bietet eine perfekte Kombination aus Komfort, Sauberkeit und einem erstklassigen, freundlichen Service. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen!"

​Das Sofa: Das moderne, elegante Sofa war zwar schön, eignete sich aber nicht für traditionelle marokkanische Sitzgewohnheiten der ganzen Familie (z.B. zum gemeinsamen Fernsehen). Sie empfanden dies als das einzige mögliche Manko der Wohnung. ​Der Fernseher: Es war Ihnen nicht möglich, nationale Kanäle (Marokkos) zu finden oder zu empfangen, obwohl Sie alles versucht haben. Sie sind sich nicht sicher, ob das Problem beim Empfang oder bei der Bedienung lag.

If you're planning a stay in Agadir Bay and want to relax in a splendid apartment then look no further. Mourad has an amazing place. There is parking below the complex if you drive like we did. Spacious. Comfortable lounge for when you just want to chill out from the sun. All the mod cons you'd expect. Definately will book again.

Many things. In this property we didn’t get enough towel. Bed and pillows are smelly. Car park was ok. Swimming pool was soo dirty.

Nice apartment

Very big apartment, well equipped, kitchen had everything, and there was even a washing machine. Extremely comfortable and very large bed, have to say exceptionally comfortable, I'm not sure I've ever slept in one more comfortable. Decent shower. Host drove down to meet us even after booking at short notice.

The lamp in the corner of the sitting room was broken and only standing up as it was leaving against the wall. The television did not work, you couldn't receive any stations, you would need your own log ins to apps like netflix to watch anything. The balcony only has a courtyard view, which really isn't anything. Still nice to have one though.

Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance when we booked and as we had kids who really wanted to go swimming we had to leave otherwise we would have been very happy there

The property was very clean and all the facilities provided worked well. The host was extremely responsive and very helpful.

Although the location is very good, it does take about 30 mins to walk to the beach. The kitchen would have also benefitted from a microwave to make meal preparation quicker.

Very clean and up to date apartment it was comfortable and cosy just like at home

Wifi was good, there was safe carpark and the building was monitored 24/7. The apartment was big and spacious and comfortable.

The instruction were not complete and the key collection was stressful. If it was not for a little girl who took us to the security who also was unaware of the whole thing but recognised the name we could have ended up sleeping in our car over night. This host needs to improve this aspect. He also forgot to turn on the hot water and this required another phone call after a cold shower before it was sorted out.

Great location, nice and quiet. Nice and clean property with security guards 24/7. There’s a small supermarket within a 2 minute walk, and some restaurants/coffee shops.
