Siisti asunto, kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi, parkkipaikka pihalla, hyvä sänky ja puhtaat vuodevaatteet, erittäin hyvä kommnikointi omistajan kanssa

Sijainti on loistava, sänky oli todella hyvä, ja majoituksessa oli oma rauha - ei seinänaapureita, mikä on aina koirallisten kannalta hyvä, ei ylimääräisiä ääniä kadulta vaikka perjantai-ilta olikin vilkas lähikortteleissa. Autolle oli suojaisa paikka, vaikkakin hieman ahdas. Hinta on kohtuullinen sijainnin huomioon ottaen, eikä lemmikkilisää tarvinnut maksaa. Koirat tuntuivat viihtyvän hyvin, sillä tilaa oli riittävästi.

Tämä ei oikeastaan ole luksuskohde, sillä puutteita ja ärsyttäviä yksityiskohtia on liikaa: luvattuja kahvia ja teetä EI OLLUT lainkaan, wifi EI TOIMINUT koska liittymä on maksamatta, viilennys toimi miten huvittaa, vessapaperia oli ⅓ rullaa, talouspaperia ei ollut lainkaan saati sitten servettejä, yksi (1) kuohuviinilasi löytyi, sohva on epämukava, ja kylpyhuoneen lavuaari melko epäkäytännöllinen. Onneksi kahvia ei ollut, koska kahvinkeittimeen ei ole ohjeita - eikä tietenkään ilmalämpöpumppuunkaan. Kuten kuvistakin näkee, olohuone on näyteikkuna kadulle, joten kaihtimia täytyy pitää kiinni jos haluaa yksityisyyttä.

Sijainti erinomainen. Auton sai parkkiin oven viereen. Tilava huoneisto.

Keskeinen sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa . Avarat tilat, siisti valoisa. Rauhallinen.

Missä BIDEE??? Intiimihygienia! Jopa huoltoasemilta löytyy sellainen. Suihkuunko pitää mennä ja riisuutua ensin? Makuuhuoneessa ei ollut rahia tai naulakkoa mihin laittaa vaatteet. Otimme keittiöstä tuolin, mutta ei kovin hyvin suunniteltu tuo huonekalujen siirtely? Lukuvalot???? Vaikka yleisvalaistus toimi, niin kaappi sängyn yläpuolella pimensi näkyvyyden. Toinen nukkuu, toinen lukee, tarvitaan KAKSI lukuvaloa. Kahvikoneeseen olisi pitänyt olla käyttöohje, vain mainosesite? Henkarikaappia ei ollut ollenkaan. Siivouskaapissa oli henkarit ja koukut, mutta KUKA pitää siivouskomerossa vaatteitaan? Erikoinen ratkaisu? Joku torkkuhuopa on löytynyt jokaisesta edellisestä airbnb-asunnosta. Kylmiäkin ilmoja on, meillä ulkona heinäkuussa +13 astetta. Niin pieni asia kuin kenkälusikka, ei maksa paljon, mutta on huomaavaista. Luxus on vielä kaukana, koska yksinkertaiset käytännön asiat ontuvat. Arjen pitää sujua lomallakin.

Erittäin hieno ja siisti asunto Vanhassaraumassa. Puhtaat, uudet pinnat, erinomainen majoittaja. Suosittelen!

Ainoa puute oli wc käsisuihkun puuttuminen.

Es liefen immer Leute an den grossen Fenstern vorbei, sodass die Jalousien zu bleiben mussten. Die Einrichtung war stylisch und hatte Design.

Wir sind keine Freunde von Glasstüren,schon gar nicht am Bad, das WC war sehr eng neben dem Waschtisch und die Rolle hatte keinen Halter. Im Schlafzimmer wäre ein Stuhl schön gewesen um Kleidung abzulegen...

Asunnon sijainti oli erinomainen. Huoneisto toimiva kahdelle hengelle. Pihan parkkipaikka plussaa. 🩷

Huoneisto ei ollut käytettävissä klo 15. Tulimme paikalle klo 15.15 ja avainlokerossa ei ollut avainta. Aikamme hämmästelimme ja kohta kuului kolinaa huoneiston oven takaa ja ovelle tuli mies, jolta pyytämällä saimme avaimen. Hän oli tylyn oloinen. Kohta asuntoon tuli naishenkilö tuomaan pyyhkeet (?). Wc paperia oli niukasti (vajaa rulla, jolla pärjättiin), talouspaperia ei ollenkaan.

Great apartment, excellent location in Old Rauma

A few of the items in the apartment were empty/not replenished: the face/body wash in the shower was empty, laundry soap box was empty so unable to do a wash that’d we’d hoped for, plus no tea & coffee tin was empty as well.

Netti ei toiminut kun käytin tietokonetta. Mutta ei se haitannut, kun käytin puhelinta mobiilitukiasemana.

Sijainti oli todella hyvä ja asunto kaikin puolin mukava. Vietimme kaksi yötä täällä pojan jalkapalloturnauksessa.

Sijainti loistava, sisustus persoonallinen ja tyylikäs. Erittäin toimiva kokonaisuus

Kahvikonetta ei saatu toimimaan, vaikka netistä ohjeet katsottiin. Toki tämä nyt ei kokonaisuudessa suuri miinus ollut.

Le fait que les baies vitrées donnent directement sur la rue, mais il n’y avait pas de grand passage heureusement. Peut être indiquer le fonctionnement des robinets pour le lave vaisselle, nous n’avons pas le même système et nous avons du faire la vaisselle en partant alors que nous avions mis le lave-vaisselle à tourner la nuit

The location is amazing! The home was very beautiful and relaxing. Big plus for the airconditioning. Place was really clean and it was nice that you could park your car next to the home. Kitchen had everything we needed. Check-in and out times are great as well.

There wasn't any kitchen towel/paper in the kitchen, which would've been helpful for cleaning. There was also just a tiny bit of toiler paper left when we arrived so we had to go buy some. We only received check-in information 8 minutes before the check-in time even though it was said that they would be sent the day before. Very small things but easy to improve and I still highly recommend the place and would definitely stay again! :)

We accidentally locked the key inside since the inner door stays open, but the outer door autocloses. Beware.

We had a pleasant stay at this beautifully renovated wooden house in the heart of Old Rauma. The location is fantastic, right next to the central square, yet very quiet.Pros:Excellent Location: Situated in the center of Old Rauma, it's conveniently close to the central square but still very peaceful.Well-Equipped: The apartment comes with all necessary facilities, including a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and dishwasher. The host provided basic condiments, coffee beans, and pasta, making it convenient to cook meals.Free Parking: There is a free parking spot right next to the apartment entrance.

Cons: There are a few minor issues that can be improved for a better experience:Entrance Location: The entrance is actually in the backyard and not easily visible from the street. There should be a clearer description or photos on Booking.com to indicate the entrance location.Key Box: The key box should be shown in a photo. I initially thought it was an electronic keypad lock, but it turned out to be a small combination lock.Lighting: The lighting design is beautiful, but some wall switches do not seem to control any lights. It would be helpful to label these switches.Bedside Outlets: The power outlets next to the beds were not working, making it inconvenient to charge phones or tablets by the bedside.Water Supply for Appliances: The water supply for the washing machine and dishwasher is controlled by a discreet button that looks like a brand label on the bathroom and kitchen countertops. This was hard to find without thorough exploration. Clear signage or a comprehensive user manual for all appliances would be very helpful.Overall, this was a great stay with just a few details that could be improved to enhance the experience.

Very nice and well equipped appartement in the middle of beautiful old Rauma, perfect for an overnight stay before heading further North or South. Easy communication with the host, keys were in a locker. Free car parking in court yard. Shops and restaurants nearby. Pet friendly (no extra costs)!

Windows do not open at all, but there is air conditioning.

Great location right in the middle of old Rauma and parking is included. Pet-friendly. Beautiful modern renovation of a historic building. Very pleasant extra details, such as coffee, tee, candles. Friendly host who provided advice on best places to get food. Comfortable bed.

The hot water in the shower is limited. Unlocking and locking the door is not as easy as I would have liked.

Apartment really perfect. Owner alwell. Everything on very high level and everything prepared for comfort stay. Checkin is automatic

Great instructions via email to access apartment upon arrival. Apartment is beautiful. Old town location + parking made it a great location. Clean, tidy, and historical exterior with modern interior.
