Quiet despite close to the main road, good beds, everything you need in the kitchen. Thank you for the fresh figs for breakfast!

Very nice house, and the area around it is also very good. There is also a bus stop nearby, which is a great convenience. The property its a 11/10 ⭐️ 100% worth it in all aspects! I will definitely go there in the future!

The host is super nice and friendly. They were always there to help us and I can just say positive about them. Also the facility is well equipped we had everything we needed. :))

uitzicht op de oprit, niet de tuin. Was wel een super fijne locatie! Dicht bij eetgelegenheid/shops/tram/bus. Dicht bij Akopolis waar we met de huurauto naar tie zijn gegaan.

La proprietaria ha lasciato a disposizione anche saponi per il bagno, per lavare la biancheria, acqua e succhi di frutta in frigo. Monolocale ampio con aria condizionata

Sunny Garden Studio is a wonderful accommodation, cozy and clean, very well located. I was greeted by Sofia upon arrival who handed me the keys and provided me with an overview of the place and everything I need to know, she also gave recommendations on restaurants and supermarkets. Sofia's husband was lovely to give me fresh cucumbers from the garden. The studio is great for 1 or 2 people, comfortable beds, clean, and has everything you need for a short stay. I found it to be nicer and better than in the pictures :) Kitchen is well equipped and there is a cute outside patio to hang out. The location is great, 5 min walk to a mini market, 15 min walk to central Glyfada with stores, restaurants, and shops, and 25 min walk to Paralia Asteria beach (public / free access, clean). Overall I recommend this place!

The studio flat, was very well organized, practical and clean. You do have everything you need if you want to use the kitchen and prepare some basics food. Toilette and shower are well functioning, hot water available so the Wi Fi very effective . I have really enjoyed my stayed here and I do recommend this place, beside the owners are very attentive and communication with there before and during my stay as always been great.

Sofia is very helpful

I like that the apartment was further away from the centre, I liked the quiet streets of the neighbourhood, it was very peaceful. If you are not a walker like me, I would suggest something closer to the centre/beach. The studio is clean and the kitchen is well equipped, I had a really nice solo stay!

My second stay and the studio is ideal. Lovely host, lots of room and great amenities.

There honestly isnt anything to dislike. Some might ask for a double bed but having two single beds works for us.

-Sophia is a great host that cares about the guest's comfort -The room was spacious and fully equipped with everything you might need -Coffee, milk, juice biscuits and cereal were provided -The room has aircon but even without it, the room kept cool -Late check out

-There was a moldy smell coming out from under the kitchen sink. It was noticable when entering the room. My guess is that it's just old piping

Clean well equipped room with juice, milk, cookies, marmalade, water, coffee etc. Modern shower and good ac. Nice staff. Location was very good because it was close enough to Glyfada restaurants and shopping (9-10 block walk), close to a main road which goes to beaches or Elliniko metro if looking to go downtown. Easy drop off of luggage to parking.

Sophia is an absolute Angel. She was so helpful, from the check-in, till the moment I checked out. I highly recommend this cosy home from home and felt safe and so central to Glyfada.

It was a lovely little studio apartment, with all the basic equipment for self-catering. The beds were so comfortable. There was a well-equipped kitchen and a mini supermarket a 5 minute walk away, and it was close to the sea and the local town. The owners were so friendly and helpful, and we were even given some delicious pomegranates from their garden! There was a balcony outside, and free parking.

I love the host and her daughter, they were very kind, responsive, happy to help..even borrowing me threat and needle. I recommend the accommodation as it is only 10min to the center of Glyfada and from the airport you can get there with 1 bus X97 and 10 min walk. You have your own little house with small yard.

There is a need for more hangers in the wardrobe and i would change the bed for double instead of 2 singles. But the matrace was nice, good to sleep on.
