Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Only the location. The accommodation service was materially not as described and was not provided at an acceptable hygienic standard.
When my wife and I arrived at the property, we found that the accommodation was extremely dirty and had a strong, repulsive smell. Its actual condition was substantially different from what was presented on Booking.com and it was not reasonably suitable for accommodation. Due to these unacceptable conditions, we could not stay at the property and had to seek alternative accommodation after we announced Booking and talked to the landlord. Even if we immediately contacted both the property owner and Booking.com, reported the problems and requested a penalty-free cancellation and a full refund, we didn't receive anything, except a bonus from Booking we didn't accept it. The apartment owner and Booking refused to refund our money.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Sopiva etäisyys VaasaCupin tapahtumista. Ainakin paras, mitä oli markkinoilla. Tilat olivat siistit, sauna pieni mutta kirpakka. Talon puolesta oli monenlaista tarviketta kuten hiustenkuivaajaa ja kännykkälaturia. Lasitettu terassi oli suuri, naapurien ikkunoita sata ihan vieressä, joten pyyhe päälle vilvoitellessa!
Ilmastointia ei ollut. GoogleMaps johti firman nimellä naapurikortteliin.

Reviewed May 9, 2026Magnífica situación junto al centro de la ciudad. Apartamento muy nuevoby tranquilo con todo lo necesario para cocinar, poner lavadora, sala de estar y trabajar, sauna y aseo. El servicio ha sido excepcional, al faltarme un secador de pelo al día siguiente lo tenia en la puerta. He pasado una semana muy cómoda.
Quizás no estoy acostumbrada a los sistemas nórdicis de renovación de aire en las casas de estos países y noté un ligero ruido blanco el primer dia al que luego me acostumbré enseguida.

Reviewed Mar 11, 2026Prisvärt boende och bra läge. Nära till butik och till centrum. Stort badrum som var välstädat. Hela lägenheten var fräsch och fin. Fanns allt man behöver för att kocka mat.
Sängen var obekväm och särade på sig. Föll ner i mitten av sängen hela tiden. Soffan var inte heller den bekvämaste. Fanns endast en handduk och en hand handduk. Skulle viljat ha fler.

Pyyhkeet oli reikäiset/risaiset sekä haisi tunkkaiselle. Missään ei oltu kerrottu, että saunaan ei ole peflettejä talon puolesta. Olohuoneen pöytäkansi keikkui.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2025Parkkeeraus (Teatteriparkki) erittäin lähellä, hyvä sijainti (keskustassa), helpot ohjeet saapumiselle, nopea vastaus viesteihin. Asunnon sohva siisti ja mukava, parveke tarpeellinen kesäkuumalla. Pöytätuuletin auttoi jonkin verran yön ja päivän kuumuuteen.
Asunnossa jo ajan kulumaa (mm.ruokapöydässä ja kylppärin altaassa pinttymiä, suihkun nurkassa tummia pisteitä, sängyn patja painunut sekä keittiövälineistö jopa huonoa). Astiat teki mieli pestä ennen käyttöä, mutta ne olivatkin vain niin kuluneita että näyttivät likaisilta. Astiapyyhe likaisen näköinen. Pölyä pinnoilla ja nurkissa. Vain yhdessä ikkunassa pimennysverho (sälekaihtimet ja ohuemmat verhot muissa). Lokkien kirkunan takia parvekkeen ovea ei voinut yöllä pitää auki ja asunto kuumeni todella paljon. Kylpypyyhkeet rispaantuneet ja selvästi vanhat. Käsipyyhkeet likaiset (pinttynyttä likaa?).

Cleaning could be better. E.g. we found rests of foods in the cutlery drawer, and the oven tray was covered in black. Not enough kitchen utensils. No napkins or kitchen paper

Reviewed Jan 5, 2025Quiet location, in the city center. Cheap underground parking with plenty of space, less than 6€ per 24h with parking app, come and go as you choose. Sauna in the apartment bathroom and huge balcony big plus. On the first floor but not on ground level.
Wife would have liked a hair dryer. I don't need one. No big deal.

Reviewed Dec 17, 2023Amazing apartment with great location - close to everything. Easy to find, easy instructions for check in and check out. Nice surprise was own sauna in the bathroom which I appreciated a lot after ariving freezing on the Thursday evening. I can only recommend this place and will gladly come back myself too. Thank you! :)

Reviewed Nov 14, 2022Nice place with big balcony and sauna. Located in walk distance to everything important in Vaasa. Very pleasant stay for us. Sauna included and Teatteri parking place just below the appartment (literally, because the access is like 10 meters from the appartment entrance).
