Very expensive for what they offer. Same towels for 3 nights, no cleaning. No dish washer, tiny kitchen. We paid the same amount for a 5 star luxury resort in Peloponnese. Noisy! Small appartement. A few years ago we had a one bedroom apartment was much better.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Ferah, geniş ve güzel döşenmiş bir daire. Mutfağı kullanmadık ama gerekli her şey temin edilmişti. Dolapta içecekler mevcuttu. Özellikle balkonu çok keyifliydi, estetik olarak tatmin edici bir bina. Konumu da gayet iyiydi.
Apart otel konseptinde olsa bile, insanın gözü görevli birisini arıyor. Check in ve check out sırasında muhatap alınabilecek bir görevli olsa iyi olabilirdi. Kasa bir önceki misafirden kilitli kalmıştı, kullanamadık. Ev sahibinin elinde olan bir şey değil ama cadde gece epey gürültülü ve hareketliydi.

Μόνο που δεν είχατε μπουρνουζια διαθέσιμα για Τσάκουζι.

There were several extra charges I had to pay for. The parking wasn’t included and because there is an office in the ground floor, if you leave during the day it’s impossible to park back in until everyone who works there has finished. Parking in the street is also almost impossible during the day. I had also marked that I was staying with a dog Ans someone the host was surprised about it and also had to pay extra in cash. The appartment itself is amazing but the final price I had to pay was significantly higher than marked on booking so it’s important to check with the host first

Reviewed Jun 16, 2025The property was amazing, clean and the location was near everything we wanted to visit. The space of the property was more than enough, everything we wanted was available including beach towels.
The House keeping service was on demand and this wasn’t written before we confirm the book, as well as you should pay 50 euros each time you ask for the service plus yoh should be present when the HK comes so you can pay them in cash which was hard with the full schedule of the trip.

If you have a car, parking around the property is next to impossible as it’s situated in the heart of bustling Glyfada. However, they do have underground parking which is at an extra cost but it’s very difficult getting in and out of it.

Room servicing of the apartments should be included in the price for basic necessities- clean towels, extra toiletries for families (soap) and even taking out of the rubbish. The fact that some of these are an additional cost is a bit pitiful. It’s a shame this isn’t explicitly stated in the booking information and only explained before check in.

There was no housekeeping! We must request housekeeping and pay for it, for cleaning and changing the towels.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2024The room was ready before the check in time. The size of the room and balcony is excellent. The location is very central and within an easy walk to pretty much everything.
A dedicated iron/ironing board would be great (instead of having to take them from the laundry room in the basement). The company should rethink using a different cleaning company as our room wasn’t very clean upon check in.

Our only problem was the comfort of the living area. After being outside for some time, you would like to come back and rest. The sofa is medium hard, not suitable for a long sit but far better than the metal mesh seats that have no cushions. Totally uncomfortable chairs that after less than 20 min the lower, upper back start to hurt. The chairs in the balcony are the same but a bit more comfortable.

The jacuzzi / pool in the balcony was a huge plus too! The host sent us lots of info beforehand and made our check in and stay at the property really smooth! We will definitely recommend O-Garden to others visiting Athens!

Reviewed Oct 27, 2023I took deluxe and superior apartments, both were absolutely awesome. Super modern and minimalistic design. kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. The balcony is a whole different story, we spent most of our evenings chilling at the balcony, and the fact that there is a huge jacuzzi (temperature controlled) in the balcony makes the experience a lot better. The location is literally 100 meters from Glyfada's main street and 50 meters from the beach. This would be my one and only place to stay in Athens.
Would be great if they offered room cleaning service as part of the package.
