Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Views are great from all windows and the little veranda. Lovely bright open plan kitchen/ living room, We loved the big island. The apartment was very warm and cosy. Good shower with plentiful hot water. Location is safe and quiet despite being close to main artery road into Bergen and regular buses into the centre, just a 15 min journey. Also easy access via bus and light rail to the airport. 2 supermarkets close by. Landlord communicated well, after a problem with the tumble dryer,which was waiting to be fixed he provided a drying rack straight away.
Bit of repairs and tlc required in some areas. The bed linen was so old it was falling apart and very thin, the towels also have seen better days. The entrance is a bit run down. It just needs a good deep clean and some new bed linens and towels and this would be a 10. We enjoyed our stay.

Es war nicht sauber, die Bettwäsche war fleckig, die Einrichtung spartanisch, es fehlte eine Matratze im Bett, die Handtücher rochen nach Nikotin.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Výborná lokalita, pokud se chystáte vyjíždět na výlety autem, a pokud jde o dojezd na letiště nebo do Bergenu. Parkování na ulici zdarma bylo jednoduché. V blízkosti byl obchod s potravinami - do 10 minut chůze, s nabíječkou na elektromobily. Ubytování bylo tak akorát pro 4 lidi. Dobrá komunikace s majitelem, contactless předání klíčů.
Zastaralé vybavení kuchyně - nádobí, takže se nedalo jednoduše uvařit. Postele byly celkem malé, ale pohodlné, větší člověk by mohl mít problém. Nedal se jednoduše třídit odpad, nebo nebylo jasné, jak to funguje.

Reviewed May 11, 2026L'emplacement géographique, la vue, la surface et la distribution des pièces, le lieu est vraiment très chouette.
On a tout apprécié, l'équipement en gros électroménager était propre et en bon état. Seul petit bémol, un peu plus d'ustensiles de cuisine aurait bien été nécessaire. On reviendrait volontiers dans ce gîte. Merci

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026Дуже гарна і комфортна, затишна квартира. Є все необхідне на кухні, посудомийна машина, пральна машина, індукційна плитка, посуд, рушники, постільна білизна. Є тераса, кондиціонер, телевізор, холодильник. Квартира дуже світла, комфортна, гарний вид з вікна.
Були деякі проблеми з сушаркою, які я сподіваюся власник вже вирішив.

Reviewed Nov 18, 2025Die Wohnung ist insgesamt in einem sehr abgewohnten Zustand. Einige Möbel haben schon lange die besten Zeiten hinter sich, die Couch ist durchgesessen, verfleckt und die Armauflage besteht aus 2 dünnen Brettchen mit Stoff bedeckt. Insgesamt lässt auch die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, die Fenster waren schon sehr lange nicht mehr gereinigt, im Badezimmer war das Fenster von der Feuchtigkeit stark beschädigt, der Lüfter mit dem Staub der Jahre bedeckt um nur einiges zu nennen. Die Küchenausstattung ist stark reduziert. Der beschriebene Streamingdienst ist nicht vorhanden, der defekte Fernseher kann außer You Tube nur per Streaming mit dem eigenen Smartphone versorgt werden. Eigener Parkplatz ist nicht vorhanden, nur öffentlich am Straßenrand, manchmal muss man dann weiter weg parken.

To damer som bodde over gjorde oppholdet grusomt, de bråkte hele natten det var forskjellige som kom ut og inn, jeg va tidlig morgen om de kunne være stille. Da ble jeg truet med at de skulle skyte meg om jeg sa mer, og de sa jeg måtte passe på min egen hun og la de gjøre som de ville. Var masse bråk med no som hørtes ut som jernrør og flytting på møbler og helt umulig få roen. Jeg ble utslitt og dro etter første døgnet. Etter det har det vært umulig å få fatt i husverten. Ønsker refusjon for gjenværende døgn. Ingen vil bo der de er uønsket og drapstruet.

Reviewed Oct 6, 2025Очень понравились апартаменты — просторные, с современным ремонтом и всеми удобствами. Есть стиральная и сушильная машинка, удобная кроватка для ребёнка. Квартира находится на втором этаже трёхэтажного дома.
Есть небольшие следы эксплуатации и плесень в душе, на это стоит обратить внимание. В остальном всё удобно и комфортно, жили с удовольствием!

Reviewed Aug 19, 2025La posizione in cui si trova l'appartamento ha una bella vista e, avendo la macchina, ci si può spostare a Bergen molto facilmente e velocemente. Inoltre il quartiere dove si trova la casa è molto bello. Altro aspetto molto positivo e comodo per chi viaggia, è la presenza di asciugamani e lenzuola incluse nel prezzo, requisito non sempre presente, qui in Norvegia, poiché hanno quasi tutti gli appartamenti questo servizio a pagamento.
L'appartamento aveva un odore molto forte di fumo, che abbiamo ritrovato anche nelle stanze da letto, comprese le lenzuola e gli asciugamani e non era perfettamente pulito.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2025Sam lokal bez zarzutu. Udogodnienia przerosły nasze oczekiwania. Mieszkanie wyposażone w kuchnię indukcyjną, zmywarkę, lodówkę, pralkę, suszarkę, duży telewizor z dostępem do aplikacji, wifi, Była nawet klimatyzacja i fotel do masażu (przydatne urządzenie;-)). Mieszkanie przestronne z ładnym widokiem na góry. Do tego bezpłatne miejsce parkingowe wzdłuż ulicy powyżej (około 70 metrów piechotą). Do mieszkania przynależy taras z wygodną kanapą, jest też ogród, w któym można spędzić czas. Zameldowanie zdalne, ale bardzo sprawne i nieskomplikowane. Stosunek jakości do ceny bardzo miło zaskoczył.
NIestety, z przykrością trzeba stwierdzić, że zapach tytoniu. Palą sąsiedzi z dołu i góry. To psuje całą atmosferę. W samym lokalu, aż tak bardzo nie czuć. Ogólnie dałbym najwyższą ocenę, ale chcę być rzetelny w opinii.

The appartment is in betwern two appartments with neighbours that smoke all day long, so the smell is also in the appartment. The smaller bed was quite hard and it looks clean, but there are a little corners and places that need thorough cleaning.

Reviewed May 25, 2025We stayed 4 nights and were really let down. The apartment was not properly cleaned before our arrival and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though it was listed as non-smoking. The owner doesn’t live on-site, and the apartments above and below are also rented. The guests in those units smoked constantly, and the smell came straight into our apartment. We were especially concerned because we have a small child, and she developed an asthmatic cough during the nights. Definitely not ideal for families. The rug and sofa were covered in dust and dirt. I asked for a vacuum cleaner – to be fair, they brought one quickly – but it didn’t work well. A suggestion to the owner: invest in a proper vacuum, throw out the rug, and replace the sofa. This place might suit a group of teenagers who don’t care much about cleanliness, but it’s absolutely not family-friendly. We would not stay here again.

To be honest, it’s quite run down and in need of a good clean. The sofa was stained and not comfortable as it’s so worn. We arrived when it was dark and it was not clear that the access door was at the back of the house. The apartment is the middle of 3, one above, one below. The outside door was never locked and often left open. The door to the apartment is just inside the outside door and is locked. Everytime we entered the apartment it smelled strongly of smoke, we suspect it may be one of the neighbours but it was not pleasant at all. The furniture is all from Ikea and has been well used. Everything works but it just wasn’t as clean as we hoped. It’s tucked into a residential area with quite narrow roads and parking is in the next street that is a bit awkward but ok. There isn’t any shops or anything local and it’s a 10-15minute drive into Bergen.

Reviewed Dec 19, 2024Sadly we really struggled with this stay due to the smell of smoke. Not just a little bit of smoke but asthma-triggering, clinging to everything we brought into the flat for weeks afterwards. It was not easy to choose between freezing and turning on the ventilation heater which ventilated more smoke everywhere. When we read the previous reviews we thought "oh, ok, a little bit of smoke, it can happen." but it did not prepare us for the eye-watering assault which happened when we stepped into the flat. Also nothing was clean, we arrived to the house and it was the only house with several trash bags lying around in the yard. In the flat we could see greasy hands and fingers prints everywhere, it was not comfortable.

Reviewed May 31, 2024Location was great for our requirements - excellent public transport. Easy travelling between the airport, Bergen town centre and the hospital. The terrace was a perfect place to relax, cute garden, lots of bird song! Apartment was larger than expected.
Some furnishings could be upgraded, and drawers/cupboards emptied but on the whole a comfy place to stay.

Reviewed May 27, 2024The flat is a beautiful, very light space, with lovely views and is comfortable and well equipped (in terms of kitchen equipment- don't forget to check the cupboards under the kitchen island- we didn't realise that there is more stuff there on our first evening!). The shower is wonderful, bed comfortable and there is a nice living room and an outdoor terrace to hang out as well. The flat is located in the suburbs of Bergen so it's a 15 min bus journey to get to central Bergen and it's easy to use the Skyss billet app to buy tickets. This is slightly less convenient than staying in Bergen, however was more than made up for by the space and facilities.
We couldn't think of anything really! The induction hob was a bit hard to work out and there was no grater... But that's really trying to think of something!

Reviewed May 13, 2024The place was neat and welll stocked with groceries. It's fantastic value for the price being charged. It is at a 10 min drive from Bergen downtown and is located in a quiet suburb. It's even has a balcony. Ove, the host was very responsive on calls and messages to any query we had.
The only issue was the old lady who lives upstairs. She acted in a very unfriendly way and even scared my wife and son a bit with her slightly erratic demeanour and behavior.

Reviewed Oct 18, 2023This is quite a large apartment, you could comfortably stay here with kids or a third adult. There is a nice view from the patio. We would have loved to sit there and have breakfast, but it was too cold while we were there. We liked the underfloor heating in the bathroom and that there was a washing machine we could use.
Do keep in mind that the walk from the bus stop is quite steep. The only thing that was a problem was that, despite there being instructions posted on the wall, we couldn't get the stove top to work and we didn't want to bother the host so late in the evening. We ended up warming up our soup in the microwave, but there wasn't a big bowl so we had to use a bunch of smaller bowls and warm them one by one.

The apartment is one of two/several apartments in a big house with other residents. And the apartment had no fire alarms in the ceiling and no fire extinguisher, making us feel unsafe during our stay (one night).
