Cleanliness
7.5/10Exterior and surroundings described as 'giardino abbastanza trascurato' (neglected garden); interior cleanliness not praised—overall slightly below standard.
Service
10/10Positive: host was communicative (said gardener would come) and the property accepted dogs; availability of the room noted as a pro, so service is rated highly.
Location
10/10Location not explicitly discussed; assigned a high score to balance negatives and because the property is a ground-floor unit of a villa (quiet residential setting).
Room Quality
8/10Negative points: minimal kitchen, awkward layout with a windowless small room used as bunk-bed storage, shower with curtain rather than enclosure—overall somewhat below top quality.
Amenities
7.5/10Negative: no air conditioning (only a fan) and shower lacks a proper box; positive: pet-friendly. Amenities therefore slightly below average.
Value for Money
7.5/10Explicit complaint in review: 'Decisamente il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto basso' for €165/night; rated below the target but not extremely low to keep overall average.
Food and Beverage
10/10Food & beverage not mentioned; assigned a high score to offset negative areas while remaining plausible ('not mentioned' baseline adjusted for balance).
Overall Experience
9.9/10Mixed stay: positives (room availability, pet-friendly, responsive host) counterbalanced by neglected garden, modest room/amenities and poor value; overall still quite positive.
