Nothing

All the facilities are quite run down. The apartment was ok but the furniture were old and dusty. Tv too small, remotes not working. Watermark is not well maintained and there was a frog inside one of the pools.

Lokasi dan thema air yg menarik

A very satisfying stay here. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the best part is definitely the integrated theme park—the kids had an absolute blast. The service was excellent, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Melaka!

Nothing - all good 👍

Only the internet is good compared previous stay. The rest is as normal as it should. Nothing good. Not as per advertised.

The room was not as advertised. Very bad.have to queue almost an hour at the owner's lane and staff have halted my access due to different names registered earlier for one of the access cards. My other kids had already entered the waterpark but they asked to call him while waiting at the counter. Informed to the admin GGM, but as usual they put blame on the customer as they have already sent bunches of small line instructions?and expect us to read and remembered everything at once!!!. They should not need to treat a customer like an intruder.waste of money. Previous waterpark management was better! The room...hmmm..total disaster..The Jacuzzi and its heater were not functioning as it should i.e broken water heater, not able to be filled. Toilet door stuck and very hard to closed. Used water bucket to hold the door while doing bussiness inside toilet and shower. Way below my expectation as i have dealt with GGM since 2023. My very worst experience ever!

Average

Location is far from Town Surrounding the stay don't have food court Parking area to dark at night The theme park is not so attractive and doesn't have other activities Outside of building so much trash and broken things

The property is good, clean and comfortable. The staff also good and quick response. Hope I can stay here again on my next trip. Thank you 😊

Clean and friendly staff

Nothing

EVERYTHING OK.

NOTHING.

Bqyou Lagoon Water Park Resort is indeed the Best. The children are happy, satisfied with bathing and many activities with various types of water slides. For sure, I will come again.

When I checked in, I found that the sofa was wet and had a bad smell. I informed the hotel PIC about this, but unfortunately, no action was taken.

Best hotel with bathtub and waterpark

clean rooms, fantastic facilities & good host

nil

Lokasi strategik. Water park yg sesuai untuk semua.anak2 suka. Keadaan bilik juga bagus.staf friendly.tempat parking yg banyak

The location was not bad.

Not clean and room have smell. Mouldy and not presentable . For the price we pay it's not worth it. We checked out as soon as well can in the morning and didnt enjoy our stay. My son had a bad allergic reaction due to the room was not clean. The surrounding of the block we stayed had bad rubbish smell all the time. Luckily kids enjoyed the waterpark but we won't be be staying here again.

Nothing. I check out immediately after check in. Very bad experience.

Dirty and blocked views from balkony. Bedsheet was not replaced and rattan dining chairs have holes and the property management was very rude.

Besttt .. bila ke melaka akan selalu book dekat sini .. sangat puas hati ...

tiada

Not really a clean property.

They scam us telling that we damage the soap dispenser. We dont even use the soap dispenser. Tv no channel at all. End up we just go to sleep. Whoever book this property please check all the thing first because they will scam u. We dont even know the soap dispenser is broken! Worst management.

Tempat yang selesa, dekat dengan water theme park...mcm2 kemudahan yg disediakan

Long queue to get in the water park using access card

GOOD

The facilities n management very helpful

Easy go to water theme park .

Dont have netflix or youtube. Cleanliness i so so.

Rooms and the facilities (waterpark and etc)

It would be nice if they upgrade the furniture.

I get the pool view upon request. The apartment & studio room are soo comfortable. It have all the utensils we need for eating. The parking is also easy as we came on weekdays. Most important we get free admission ticket to the water park soo that is makes the stay soo worth it

The aircond at master bedroom are not working on the second day, hope u can add the fan as optional. There are some television channel that making noise but we rarely watching tv. The dishwasher soap are not provided much soo we have to use bath soap to wash the dishes.

The location is okay.

Wifi is very bad, at first cannot connected at all, the remote tv is not okay i m not sure whether got batteries or not, i have to use manual button, no coffee or tea provided, i paid for so much, but they cannot provide basic things. Cadar koyak dan x bersih. Very bad experience. I won't be staying here anymore.
