Кухня с нормальным наполнением по посуде. Но, пожалуйста, замените разделочную доску (она давно устала).

Апартаменты требуют ремонт и обновления. Не удобные кровати, подушки, одеяла и матрасы. Не удобный санузел (ванная). Мебель, лампы требует немедленной замены. Не уютно. Все очень бюджетно. Цена не соответствует качеству. Фирма которая сопровождает в заселении - отвечает долго и не профессионально.

Widok z okna niesamowity, było czysto i w pełni wyposażone wnętrze, a w środku czekał na nas szampan oraz rzeczy do pielęgnacji ciała oraz środki czyszczące do kuchni, dodatkowo zmywarka oraz indukcja. Mały tarasik z pięknym widokiem oraz prywatny parking sprawia że miejsce jest warte polecenia. Poza tym trzeba pochwalić obsługę która jest mocno aktywna na czacie bookingu oraz pod telefonem i zawsze starali się cierpliwie pomóc. Duży plus, że miejsce jest przyjazne dla zwierząt.

Małe mankamenty które absolutnie można przeżyć i nie wpływa negatywnie na pobyt takie jak skrzypiące łóżka, nierówny parkiet czy też chwilowy brak wifi który się przytrafił tak czy inaczej nic poważnego co by mogło wpłynąć negatywnie na ocenę

شقه جميله ومستوي نظافتها ممتاز ويتوفر فيها وحدتي تكييف ومصعد مطله مباشرةً علي البحيره تبعد تقريباً بالسياره عن سنتر لوقانو 15 دقيقه ويوجد بالقرب منها سوبرماركت (COOP)

احدي غرف النوم لايوجد بها تكييف الامر الذي يكون مزعج في الصيف ويوجد بها مروحه اضافةً الي وجود تسريبات بسيطه في المكيفات

Udsigten fra terrassen er rigtig god over Luganosøen, Der er en nem adgang til søen. Gode parkeringsforhold. Der er ikke langt i bil til handlemuligheder.

Kunne godt have brugt lidt håndsæbe og koldt vand ved ankomst. Lejligheden var tømt for alt, det eneste der var til rådighed var meget lidt opvaskemiddel samt én opvasketab, så alle basale ting skulle indkøbes. A/C var ikke så effektive, og der manglede A/C i det ene soveværelse.

Horrible place. It was not what we were told. It did not have airconditioning in each room. Also the one which was there in living room was not working. The service was bad too as they weren’t able to do anything. Paid a lot of money for this calamity!

Die Lage direkt am Luganer See ist wunderschön. Das ist für uns leider auch der einzige wirkliche Pluspunkt dieser Unterkunft gewesen.

Ich buche seit vielen Jahren über Booking.com, bin Genius Level 3 und habe inzwischen hunderte Buchungen hinter mir. Eine derart katastrophale Erfahrung habe ich noch nie gemacht. Bereits vor der Anreise war die Kommunikation unnötig kompliziert und wenig nutzerfreundlich. Sie lief parallel über Booking.com, E-Mail und Happy.Rentals. Wir sollten zunächst die Ausweisdokumente aller Reisenden übermitteln und anschließend sämtliche Daten nochmals über eine weitere Plattform registrieren. Die dafür angeblich in der Buchungsbestätigung enthaltenen Login-Daten existierten jedoch nicht. Schon vor dem Aufenthalt kostete uns der Check-in-Prozess unnötig viel Zeit. Der absolute Tiefpunkt war die Anreise: Ich hatte vorher ausdrücklich nachgefragt, ob eine Ankunft nach Mitternacht möglich sei, da wir mit zwei Kindern (4 und 8 Jahre) unterwegs waren. Dies wurde bestätigt – dank Schlüsselbox sei das problemlos möglich. Wir kamen gegen 00:45 Uhr an und konnten die Unterkunft nicht betreten. Die uns übermittelten Angaben waren falsch. Sämtliche angegebenen lokalen Kontakte, Happy.Rentals und Booking.com waren nachts nicht erreichbar. Wir mussten deshalb mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern zu viert im Auto übernachten. Erst am nächsten Morgen gegen 8:30 Uhr erreichten wir jemanden. Später wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass uns ein falsches Apartment und ein falscher Code zugewiesen worden waren. Eine wirkliche Erklärung oder angemessene Entschuldigung gab es nicht. Als „Kulanz“ wurde uns die erste Nacht erstattet. Das empfinde ich nicht als angemessene Entschädigung: Eine Nacht zu erstatten, in der wir aufgrund eines Fehlers des Vermieters überhaupt keinen Zugang zur gebuchten Unterkunft hatten und deshalb mit zwei kleinen Kindern im Auto schlafen mussten, ist für mich das absolute Minimum. Leider ging es in der Wohnung weiter. Obwohl für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder gebucht war, waren nur zwei Schlafplätze vorbereitet.

Super location and views from the apartment. Great terrace for breakfast and a drink later. Stunning lake views and access to the lake for a swim. Great garage area for bike storage.

Our only complaint was the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom. Fortunately there was aircon in the living area and a comfy sofa bed which we used rather than the bedroom as it was way too hot in there to contemplate sleeping in there. But that unit should be piped to outside as you really had to watch that the dish catching the condensation didn’t overflow. It filled very quickly.

The location, the private garden/platform to swim in the lake, the promenade from the Hotel Riviera (5 mins walk from house) to walk by the lake. Close to central Lugano and other activities in the area.

Very hot during our stay 30ºC-34ºC. Only 1 room had AC and it leaked water even with a recipient we had to replace several times a day. Not as modern as other facilities, but confortable nonetheless.

Airco Leaking. Tip: put some complimentary olive oil, salt and pepper in the kitchen. This is cheap but people don't need to buy it new for just few nights.

very sparsely decorated and felt functional. The checking in process was terrible - initially wanted passport info over email - no communication until half an hour before we were due to arrive - sent a website address to fill in passport details with no log in information- we sat outside the property and had to ring them twice just to get their process to work - eventually they let us have the code to the lockbox - really poor experience

- Obwohl wir unsere Pässe zwei Monate vorher dem Anbieter per Mail zugeschickt hatten, standen wir am Ankunftstag ohne Eintrittscode vor der Türe. - Seitlich und vis-à-vis der Strasse wird gebaut / renoviert. Dies ging um 07:30 Uhr los... Bei der Buchung (online) war dies nirgends vermerkt. - Das Doppelbett ist "durchgelegen"; der Rücken "lässt grüssen". - Das Appartement ist vollständig, aber sehr steril / ungemütlich eingerichtet. In den Wänden stecken Nägel, dort hingen wahrscheinlich einmal Bilder. - Äusserst ringhörig!!! - Im Hauseingang riecht es (oft penetrant) nach Pissoir und/oder schlechtem Putzmittel. - Parkplätze sind äusserst knapp. Der Parkplatz (vis-à-vis der Strasse) verfügt über acht (sehr enge) Parkplätze. Ist dieser voll belegt, haben die "hinten" parkierten Fahrzeuge Probleme wieder herauszukommen. Zudem ist ein Parkplatz (vorne links) nicht zugänglich, da von Sträuchern "verwachsten". Da müsste wohl der Gärtner mal vorbeikommen... - Wäre gut wenn sich die Eigentümer / Verwaltung das Haus / die Wohnungen mal selbst vor Ort (wieder) anschauen würden.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön sauber. Vom kleinen Balkon aus hatte man eine wunderbare Aussicht auf den See. Über die Strasse war ein kleiner Rasenplatz mit Liegestühlen und Zugang zum See. Wir haben dies geschätzt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Der Erstkontakt mit der Unterkunft war etwas schwierig. Über die Plattform Booking.com wurde zuerst auf Anfragen nicht reagiert. Zudem waren unterschiedliche Telefonnummer hinterlegt, was etwas verwirrend war und offenbar nicht mehr alle aktuell waren. Erst nach mehreren Telefonaten und Nachrichten bekamen wir nötigen Check-in Informationen.

Die Lage ist top! Es ist ruhig und die Wohnung ist groß und sehr sauber.

Vor allem die Rollos sind etwas veraltet und es könnten ein bis zwei Töpfe mehr sein.

The property is well maintained and easily accessible by bus from melide cantine bus-stop. When we reached we had to just call the number and they called back within 5 minutes with instructions for the keys etc. Loved the view from front balcony and the proximity to Morcote and lugano both. Lovely and memorable time.

- très mal insonorisé (on entend les voisins très fort de tous les côtés) - le lit est un catastrophe, ce n’est pas du tout confortable ; ça donne mal au dos et ne permet pas de bien se reposer - il faisait très froid dans l’appartement, malgré le fait qu’on a mis le chauffage au max

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Apartment. Die Wohnung ist schön und praktisch eingerichtet, hell und sehr gepflegt. Obwohl das Haus direkt an der Strasse liegt, ist es sehr ruhig und die Aussicht auf den See ist einmalig. Vom Bahnhof aus ist man in 15 Minuten zu Fuss da. Es gibt auch einen Bus. Und es hat auch einen privaten Parkplatz. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung per WhatsApp hat super funktioniert. Wir werden wieder kommen :-)

الشقة مرتبه ونظيفة جداً .. اشكر المستضيفة على التعاون معنا 😍😍 وطريقة دخول الشقة من خلال كود يرسل عن طريق الواتس وتاخذ المفتاح وتفتح الباب وطريقة صعود الشقة اذا كانت في الدور 4 من خلال انك تدخل المفتاح باللفت وتختار الدور الرابع علشان توصل للدور المطلوب .

Didn't have breakfast

Air Conditioner didn't work well in room 5. But room 1 was fine.

Das Einzige, was mir gefallen hat, sind die Moskitonetze an jedem Fenster.

Es gab keinen grossen Balkon, wie es in den Glanzprospekten abgebildet ist, nur einen kleinen, der von Vogeldreck übersät war. Kann also nicht benutzt werden. Ekelhaft! Die Strasse verläuft an dem Haus vorbei und sind nur teilweise mit einem Trottoir versehen und gefährlich zugleich.

The location. Simply stunning. The private pier and garden on the lake was such a treat and the little town is quiet and calm but near to Lugano and other charming towns if you want some action.

We had booked for 5 of us which meant one needed to use the sofa bed. This was not prepared when we came and we had to make it ourselves.

c'est très bruyant (route en dessus du balcon) entre 0700 et 09h30 ///16h00 à 19h30 aussi il y avait 3 chantiers un à côté de ma chambre à coucher et 2 autres à 20 m donc les grasses matinées vous pouvez oublié.

Nao há lavandaria nas proximidades. As cobertas da cama eram capas de edredão. A roupa de cama era fina e a cama desconfortável. Passamos um dia com a janela do quarto sem abrir por causa de uma avaria.

اولاً الشقة في بوكنق بعدد 2 غرف و2 حمام وفي الحقيقه عدد 1 حمام والباب لا يغلق والمغسله تفيض بالماء وثانيا يوجد حشرات والنظافه سيئة وصاحب الشقه غير متعاون ابداً وغير مهتم ابلغته بأنني وجدت عقرباً ساماً في الشقه ولم يهتم بذلك

The place is really nice, well decorated with air-conditioning, and the view is beautiful It's got a private car park which is a must in the area. The location is perfect, with easy access to Lugano and surroundings or going to Italy.

Communication with the owner is a problem - takes days to get an answer. The property is described wIth a private garden and accepting dogs, but the garden is shared and dogs are not allowed. This was a major disappointment as I've repeatedly asked for a private garden for my dog, and got confirmation it was private... but not saying it was shared and not even allowed... We had to take the dog out on the leash all the time instead of leaving it free in the garden. The pictures on the description are from multiple flats, and you can hardly tell exactly the one you'll get. There was no microwave in the place, which can be annoying when traveling as a family (it was not listed in the description, but assumed this to be a basic setting). One of the 2 bedrooms had no curtains nor shutters, making it quite light very early.

Fabuleuse vue sur le lac, accès facile à la baignade et à la relaxation par le biais d’un ponton et d’un carré de jardin privé, garage privé extérieur en face de l’appartement, terrasse de l’appartement numéro 5 très agréable face au lac, appartement propre et fonctionnel, quartier paisible et assez proche du centre de Lugano en voiture. Par ailleurs la logeuse Giulia est extrêmement prévenante et réactive, flexible et à l’écoute du bien-être de ses locataires !

Il faisait très chaud dans le salon à cause de la canicule mais Giulia a réussi à nous fournir un ventilateur supplémentaire très rapidement, merci encore !

The host and the staff were amazing! The view from the apartment was great. Clean and spacious apartment.

The AC was not functioning in one of the rooms, and it was really hot. We specially booked this place because there was AC. Although the host did try to help us, the issue was not resolved during our stay making it rather uncomfortable. Location: 15 -20 min walk from the Melide Station. Although bus stop is right outside, buses aren’t as frequent. About 30-40 mins

Poor soundproofing in the building. We could hear our neighbors quite loudly. (The road right next to the apartment was not a concern to us noise wise.) Mattresses not very comfortable.

Check out time is 10 AM. Having checked in after 3 (the official check in time), I felt it could’ve been 12 PM (3 hours seems to be reasonably good for apartment cleaning).

Getting the keys went ok, but it felt a little unclear, especially with there being complications with the door. The location is amazing and the apartment was beautiful as well as the views. Would recommend for the great views. Nice town and a wonderful lake and mountains.

Not surprising in Switzerland of course but it was pricy for one night out of season.
