Emme päässeet tähän majapaikkaan vaan se vaihtui saman päivän aamuna toiseen huoneistoon. Vuosi sitten kävi samoin, silloinkin oli saman omistajan asunnosta kyse. Luulimme että saisimme paremman tilalle mutta toisin kävi. Makuuhuoneen sänky oli hyvä mutta olkkarissa oli levitettävä sohva joka oli kova ja epämukava jonka yksi puolikas oli korkeintaan 60 cm leveä ja tämä olis siis kahdelle tarkoitettu. J’avais réserver un belle appartement avec un sauna et beau salon une belle cuisine j’ai eu un appartement des année 70 sans rien les mure salle les canapés tacher j’avais besoin d’une belle télévision pour regarder des fille avec ma petite copine j’ai une télé des année 90 bon ne réserver pas ici je ne suis pas compliqué mais payer 140 € pour avoir une misère c’est asser fou la propriétaire a gâcher ma nuit de relaxation avec ma petite amie nous sommes très triste de cette appartement

Good, but I've been on my way to Tornia since morning. I have my plans. Reservation booked a month in advance. After more than two hours of conversation, the whole time in the same spirit that I do not agree, and after a lot of persuasion, they found me an apartment that should correspond to the same quality. When I arrived at the apartment where I didn't even get instructions for accommodation, I contacted the agent again to send me the address and information about the keybox. I was promised that the instructions would be sent. She just forgot. It was around 7pm in the evening. The apartment was small, very ugly, there were nails and various other holders on the walls instead of pictures. The slats detach from the door. Old neglected apartment. But the absolute worst was the dirt. This apartment has not been deep cleaned in years. Absolutely everything was dirty. I went to buy cleaning products at my own expense and I had to clean for a long time to at least partially feel good. I contacted the agent with a complaint. I got opportunities. Leave within one hour, or offer a cleaning service. I don't think an hour-long visit from the cleaning lady would help. Deep cleaning takes longer and I have already partially cleaned. It should be clean before arrival, not to be solved during it. Option 3 was a refund of €50. I asked for €100 and the agent literally laughed at me. I cleaned the apartment myself, washed all the walls, doors, there were a lot, but it still needs to be cleaned. Especially the floor in the bathroom.

Really fast and flexible host. Everything worked out perfectly.

Apartment clean and well appointed. Bed comfortable. Washing machine and dryer worked well.

Some kid driving his car round with volume up to deafen him and keep me awake..some wheelies for good measure.

Apartment is comfortable, modern, large size, just few steps from big shopping center.

That bed linen is paid separately 20 euro, cleaning is paid separately 20 euro. Keybox for pick up the key is 1,5 km from the apartment. It was not very happy situation with my heavy suitcase. So, owner was so kind, to bring me key to the adress. But later I found out that this also adds up to an extra ten euros.

Ok location

We get another Apartment than we booked, We had to walk 2 kilometer one way and back to pic up the key and the same to return next day. Hard to connect the owner. Very small bed, not for 2 persons. Extra fee for cleaning and bedlinen. The owner want us to pay bank transfer instead of payment with Booking.com

The host didn't use Booking for comunication. The key had to be collected in another part of the city. They will charge you with 10 Euro per person for linen and towels, and another 20 euros for cleaning. The place was dirty, there was dust and spots in many places.
