Im Eingangsbereich die Spinnweben um den Briefkasten des Eigentümer sowie um die Hausnummer. War nicht einladend. Die Glasleiste an der Innentüre war nur einseitig genagelt. Silikon in der Dusche im DG. Silikon über Waschbecken im 1.OG. Rauchmelder im Schlafzimmer links defekt. Parkett im EG Flur wellig wie am Strand die Nordsee
