Reviewed May 28, 2026Het ruime appartementen was top van alle gemakken voorzien. Schone kamers, ruime badkamer met twee wastafels heel goed bed.
Op de een of andere manier maakten de deur(en) in het appartement een geluid. Dit was een hele harde knal, meestal midden in de nacht rond twee uur. Dacht eerst dat het met de warmte te maken had maar het bleek toch in de deur zelf te zitten.( iets met een veer in de deur? ) We hebben het aan de zoon van de eigenaar doorgegeven en er zal naar gekeken gaan worden

Se puede aparcar dentro del mismo alojamiento y la temperatura agradable con la calefacción, súper limpio y cama amplia y cómoda.

Reviewed May 4, 2026You get a small apartment, it's quite, it's clean, it's new build, bed is comfortable, you get a nice backyard that you can sunbathe or relax or BBQ.
The grocery shops are 15 minutes by car. The hiking areas are also 10 minutes the closest areas and 35 minutes those near Germany/Luxembourg. The cold water was giving us warm water for about 1 minute before gets cold. This means it's not drinkable since it goes through the tank.

Le domaine naturel des Hautes Fagnes est le chateau Reinhardstein sont à côté. Il y a uné épicerie et une boulangerie à moins de 5 minutes en voiture. A recommander chaleureusement!

Кухня гарно облаштована, є будь-який посуд, каво машина, чайник, посудомийка, тостер… Затишні спальні кімнати. Постіль, рушники, халати та тапочки все надають. Дуже чисто, тихо та тепло! Господарі добрі, привітні люди. Розмовляють англійською, французькою та українською мовами. Ми чудово провели час взимку, було багато снігу, в 7 хв на авто є облаштовані горки для катання на лижах та санках (прокат). Також поряд декілька мальовничих піших маршрутів.

Reviewed Oct 18, 2025We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in deze rustige en prachtige omgeving. Je kunt hier urenlang fietsen of wandelen door de bossen – perfect voor natuurliefhebbers die op zoek zijn naar ontspanning. De eigenaar was erg vriendelijk en sprak meerdere talen, wat het contact gemakkelijk en aangenaam maakte. Wij verbleven in het appartement Superior “Bourgondi”, dat goed uitgerust was met kwalitatief keukengerei en pannen. De boxspring lag heerlijk comfortabel met schone wit dekbedovertrek. Grote kast voor de kleiding. Er was geen douche, maar het ruime bad maakte dat ruimschoots goed. De woonkamer was compact, maar precies groot genoeg voor twee personen, terwijl de slaapkamer ruimer was en uitkeek op de prachtige, enorme tuin. Bovendien het appartement was superschoon! Ook fijn: we konden onze fietsen veilig opbergen binnen het terrein. Kortom, een ideale plek voor rust, natuur en comfort!
Klein minpuntje: het koud water in de keuken was namelijk niet koud.

The house and its territory are beautiful and equipped with all things to get a good rest - a nice balcony with grill, fully stuffed kitchen and even a fitness room. The house is located in the middle of many locations for hiking and drinking beer.

Reviewed May 29, 2023Spacious appartement for 2 persons with very well equiped kitchen. It was very clean and had a very good bed. One could also use the seats in the garden. Nearest shop or restaurant is at a roughly 10 mins drive. The guesthouse is close to nature areas.
The 3rd night there were other guests. Given there are tiles and no carpets, it became a bit more noisy in the appartement.

Reviewed Sep 30, 2022Staying at Résidence Dolce Vita was probably one of our most surprising and pleasant travel experiences from the past few years. Vincent is a very welcoming and friendly host. Our apartment exceeded our expectations in size, amenities, and comfort levels. Aside from that, it is located close to a bakery, several excellent restaurants, and wonderful hiking routes. We will definitely come back!
There was nothing that we did not like. One small note: please be aware that the location is a bit far away from supermarkets (unless you have a car, then everything can be reached easily).
