Die Lage war super toll, mitten in der Altstadt, von da aus alles sehr gut erreichbar. Ungewöhnliches stylisches Interieur. Vermieterin antwortete sehr schnell und nett. In der Nähe waren alle Geschäfte , die man benötigt. Die Pizzeria vor dem Haus war sehr lecker. Sehenswürdigkeiten gut fussläufig .

Schlafzimmer für uns nicht nutzbar, es ging die nicht isolierte Heißwasserleitung hindurch, viel zu warm. WLAn sehr schwach , keine Schränke für Kleidung. Das Bad sehr klein, es riecht dort nicht gut. Sehr hellhörig von oben.

Zentrale Lage

Die Unterkunft zu finden ist schwierig. Schlecht markiert. Das Badezimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen und sehr klein. Beim Duschen rinnt das Wasser über den ganzen Boden im Badzimmer. Schlechte Beleuchtung über dem Wohnzimmer Tisch.

Soggiorno molto accogliente con tv funzionante Bagno piccolo (unico difetto della casa, un po maleodorante e piccole zone con muffa) Assolutamente consigliato

Super beliggenhet, midt i gamlebyen og rett på gågaten. Fin leilighet, med stor stue/oppholdsrom. Kan varmt anbefales.

Badet var lite og uten varmekabler i gulvet.

Pent, rent og super sentralt. Koselig interiør, og veldig hyggelig med en liten uteplass foran hvor man kunne nyte sommersolen. Vertinne Pernille var også veldig hyggelig, hjelpsom og svarte raskt om vi lurte på noe.

Magnifique appartement situé en plein coeur du centre et dans un endroit tellement tranquille et paisible. Les propriétaires habitent juste en haut et sont disponibles au besoin. Que du positif à dire! J'y retournerais n'importe quand!

Wat veel prachtige spullen en meubels, super gezellig. Wat leuk zo'n hofje midden in de stad.

Großzügige Wohnung mit außergewöhnlichem Ambiente mit sehr freundlicher Vermieterin mitten in der Altstadt. Das ganze Viertel traumhaft.

Das Navi führte uns mit der angegebenen Adresse zum vorderen Eingangstor mitten in einer Fußgängerzone, das ist schlecht für Autofahrer. Über eine Parallelstraße hätte man durch den rückwärtigen Eingang in den Hof zum Entladen einfahren können, denn die vorgeschlagene Parkmöglichkeit war gut, aber doch 8 Fußminuten entfernt.

Perfekte Lage für einen Kurzbesuch ganz im Zentrum von Aalborg. Die Wohnung hat einen mondänen Stil mit viel Kunst und befindet sich in einem alten Fachwerkhaus. Der Tipp mit dem Parkplatz am Sauer Plads war sehr hilfreich.

Etwas für Detailverliebte und Individualisten, romantisch und sehr wohnlich, in einem sehr alten Gemäuer in wunderschöner Stadtlage. Das etwas Dunkle des Appartements hat sehr viele Vorteile im Sommer und die vielen Lampen, Leuchten und Kerzen ersetzen das Licht und erfreuen das Gemüt.

Neben den vielen vorhandenen Kuschelkissen wären auch Kuscheldecken für die kühleren Abende angebracht, besonders in den Übergangszeiten. Ein Hinweis für die Möglichkeit das Aus- und Einladen des Reisegepäcks aus dem Pkw über den Hinterhof wäre in der Quartierbeschreibung dienlich gewesen. Eine Extraanfrage nach den Parkplätzen und Fahrradunterstellmöglichkeiten könnte man vermeiden. Eine Fernsehbedienanleitung war nicht vorrätig, ist im Allgemeinen auch selbsterklärend. Hier jedoch habe ich nach 10 min. wegen meiner Unfähigkeit das Einstellen beendet ( Buchlesen ist ohnedies besser ). Tipp: Bartträger und dann noch mit Brille sollten sich immer auf Reisen eine kräftige Glühlampe oder gleich eine gute Klemmlampe einstecken, um in den heut üblichen dunklen Bädern mit Stromsparglühlampen zurecht zu kommen…

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die schnell antworten. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Sie hat alles, was man benötigt. Beim Betreten der Wohnung fühlt man sich direkt wohl. Wir würden sie zu 💯 weiterempfehlen.

Eine der schönsten und geschmackvollsten Unterkünfte, in denne ich je übernachten durfte! Wenn man in AAlborg übernachtet, dann in jedem Falle nur hier. Wunderschön und perfekte Lage.

The apartment is best suited to a couple

Apartament położony bardzo blisko centrum Aalborga. Jest duży, czysty, z osobną sypialnią, łazienką i kuchnią. Wyposażony jest we wszystko, co potrzebne dla kilku osób. Internet działa bez problemu i przede wszystkim jest cicho, bo okna wychodzą na wewnętrzny dziedziniec. Co prawda apartament jest na parterze i można zaglądnąć do środka, ale wystarczy powiesić jakąś zasłonę na oknie i nie ma problemu. Komunikacja z bardzo sympatyczną właścicielką Pernille nie stanowiła żadnego problemu. Otrzymaliśmy nawet informację, że następnego dnia w godzinach rannych nie będzie wody. W pobliżu bardzo dużo sklepów i knajpek, więc goście na pewno nie umrą z głodu.

Szkoda, że nie było zmywarki w kuchni. Rzeczywiście apartament powinien zostać doświetlony (świece nie zawsze wystarczają), ale tę uwagę zgłaszano już w poprzednich opiniach. Wyposażenie łazienki przypomina jeszcze lata 90. XX w., ale "daje radę".

Everything. The location is perfect for exploration and the beautifully curated apartment has everything you need. The host went out of there was for us.

Lejlighed med meget central placering i rolig baggård til gågaden. Boligen er nem at finde og ligger i gåafstand til alt i indre Aalborg. Kommunikationen med udlejer er nem, og de var ekstremt forstående og hjælpsomme, da vores datter blev syg natten før afrejse, og vi fik lov til at checke senere ud. Det var en stor hjælp for os. Boligen har en virkelig stor stue med sofa og lænestole, tv, stort spisebord og den ene af dobbeltsengene står i forbindelse med stuen. Derudover er der et fint soveværelse, samt badeværelse og et mindre køkken, hvor der kan laves mad. Prisen var også helt fair.

Vi har intet at udsætte på opholdet og satte som sagt meget pris på udlejers hjælpsomhed og forståelse. Eneste detaljer kunne være lidt ift. belysningen i stuen, som kan virke lidt mørk (i januar), ligesom der kom noget lys ind fra en lampe i baggården gennem gardinerne i soveværelset. Det er som sagt små detaljer i det samlede billede.

Lovely and homely, and location can’t be beat. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked Host was very friendly and accommodating.

Curtains are not blackout or even dimming, so bring a sleep mask if you need darker nights. Note that you can’t park or drive a car very close, as it’s on a pedestrian only street. We had no problems parking at a public parking building about a 7 minute walk away.

Sehr gemütliche und individuelle Ausstattung, großartige Lage - sehr zentral aber trotzdem sehr ruhig, sehr freundliche Nachbarschaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank, liebe Pernille, für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt.

Everything great. Top on my list of experiences with booking flats and hotels. Cheaper than / equivalent to hotel price but 10 times more comfortable. No hesitation. In historic building on main commercial street. Very quiet and cosy.

Loved staying in this gorgeous apartment. It had everything we needed for a 2 night stay, and in fact would've loved to stay longer. The bed was comfy and so was the couch and seating area. Nice big dining table. The kitchen was well-equipped and also had an oven. Bathroom was clean and nicely decorated, just like the rest of the apartment. Our hosts were very friendly and had tips about where to visit in Aalborg.

Mooi gestyled appartement, gelegen middenin het centrum. Het adres ligt in de winkelstraat waar je met de auto niet in mag rijden.

Je kan helaas niet parkeren bij het appartement. We moesten nu kleine 10 minuten lopen met de bagage vanaf een parkeergarage verderop. De gordijnen zijn heel erg licht. Wij houden van goede verduistering. Verder hebben wij het prima naar de zin gehad.

Located in a quiet but convenient location

Eine außergewöhnliches großes Appartement was der Inbegriffe der dänischen gemütlichkeit & einen geschmackvollen Style reflektiert. Das Appartement liegt in einem Historischem Gebäude von 1662 direkt im Stadtzentrum (in der Fußgängerzone) und dennoch sehr ruhig. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und extrem freundlich. Da man am Objekt nicht direkt parken kann, war die Parkempfehlung von den Gastgebern sehr praktisch und ist fussläufig in 7 Min. erreichbar. Man kann das Gepäck vim Auto direkt vor der Tür ab- und beladen. Dafür muss man „von Hinten“ in den „Hof“ einfahren - Zugang über Sondergade 11-15. Man sollte dort nur be- und entladen da der Platz vollständig mit Fahrzeuge der Anwohnern belegt ist. Für das Parkhaus empfiehlt sich die App EasyPark (die in Deutschland auch nutzbar ist) zu benutzen (macht das Parken kinderleicht). Wir waren von unserem Aufenthalt sehr angetan.

Leider kommt jetzt etwas Wasser im den Wein. Das innenliegende Bad ist ziemlich veraltet und müsste runderneuert werden. Die Belüftung der voll ausgestattet Küche Ist sub-optimal.

Lejligheden er meget stor og rummelig, beliggende i et roligt og centralt kvarter. Alt fungerede upåklageligt, og værten tog imod med åbne arme.

Eneste minus er de vanskelige parkeringsforhold, som dog kan overkommes.

The apartament is beautiful and it is in a good location

The communication with the host can be described as both good and bad. Overall, they are quite responsive, but you can probably not bother them during night time. I got to the room quite late and the WiFi network was not available so I couldn’t really use internet during my stay. They are not communicating on booking that you need to pay extra for the use of the second bed. I booked the apartment with a friend and we were expecting that what we paid on Booking was enough, but when we got to the apartment there was a sign on the door saying that we need to pay extra for the second bed. When I mentioned this in one of the messages I sent to the host, this topic was completely ignored. The apartment is advertised as a two bedroom but one of the double beds is actually in the living room. There was also no soap and shower gel in the bathroom. We texted the host about this and we were told to look in a drawer. We found only soap and we gave up texting again. We ended up using some shower gel that seemed to be left by a previous guest. Overall, the apartment is beautiful and well placed, but the additional tax for the bed seemed like a dishonest way of making an extra buck and all these other little things made our stay less enjoyable.

A spacious, airy, well-appointed apartment with style and character, very well located in the city, central yet quiet! Couldn't ask for more :)

The apartment is perfect, spacious and so well furnished. It had everything we needed for our stay, from towels, hairdryer to plates, glasses and cooking pans. There's two kingsize beds, one in a bedroom and one in the dining/sitting room area. The beds were very comfortable and cosy. There's a walk in shower in the bathroom. The location of the apartment is perfect. It's situated in a quiet courtyard right in the centre of the city. There's a fabulous bakery just outside the gates of the courtyard and you are surrounded by shops, cafes and restaurants. Everything is walking distance. We went to see the harbour and it's only 5/8 mins walk. This apartment is perfect for anyone wanting a lovely getaway to just relax and have a lovely breakaway. We will be back for definite.

The only thing I would have liked is a toaster. There is a grill in the microwave oven and the oven but we weren't certain how to use it so we just had croissants. It's not a deal breaker, we really loved this place and are looking to come back in December this year.
