Die Küche ist sehr klein mit zwei alten, schmutzigen Herdplatten; nicht geeignet um wirklich zu kochen. Bratpfanne ist zerkratzt, schmutzig und unbrauchbar. Küche etwas "schmuddelig".

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026El anfitrion nos ha dado un servicio excepcional. Nos llevó al ferry en su coche (dos veces! Por que la primera mi hijo se olvidó el movil en su coche). Las camas son muy cómodas y el piso es muy grande.

Des rideaux occultants seraient un plus.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Bardzo klimatyczny apartament, ładnie urządzony, czuliśmy się w nim jak w domu😊 dobrze wypoczeliśmy przed dalszą podróżą. Miejsce parkingowe tuż pod domem. Właścicielem jest starszy miły pan. Aż szkoda że tylko jedną noc tam spędziliśmy.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Le logement était propre et spacieux. Très bien placé proche du safari des baleines et du ferry pour Senja. Un espace dehors à l abri pour se reposer. C était très calme. L hôte était très accueillant il nous a même emmené au ferry le matin car il nous a conseillé de laisser notre voiture vers le ferry. Je recommande ce logement merci

Friendly host (very proactive with communication), received us in-person on arrival and showed us around, flexible check-in Centrally located, also a short walk to the whale safari offices

Unfortunately, the apartment was highly overpriced considering the lack of cleanliness in all rooms. The bedroom was particularly concerning – we weren’t even sure if the bedsheets had been changed at all. Overall, it was quite disgusting and deeply disappointing.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2025The apartment is large and homely. Good location for restaurants, supermarkets or the seafront from where the tours depart (all within 10 minutes walk). The beds were comfortable.The kitchen is basic but adequate for our needs. The owner is very nice and helpful, and kindly allowed us to check in early.
The duvet was slightly too short for me. I'm 1.88m tall, and when it covered my shoulders it only just reached the bottom of my feet.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2024It’s such a charming home. Really spacious, full of old knick knacks, lamps, large windows, comfy seating and a really comfy bed. It’s just a 15 min walk from the airport, the supermarket is 2 mins away and some fabulous cafés and restaurants a 5 mins walk. The host, Age Mathisen is really sweet, warm and welcoming. And Andenes itself is lovely. We had an absolutely lovely, restful stay there.
