It wasn't too bad.

I traveled for business. The location I was going to changed on the last day. Although I asked the owner a lot, he did not cancel my reservation. I had to travel 400 km to another city every day. Bad owner.

My stay at Amazing Suite on the Sea was nothing short of a nightmare. I booked a **non-smoking unit**, but upon arrival, the apartment was filled with **strong tobacco odors**, making it impossible to breathe. Even worse, the apartment had **two ashtrays** in plain sight, clearly indicating this was a smoking unit despite the listing's claim. I have severe allergies to tobacco smoke, and being in that environment caused serious health issues for me. I experienced severe headaches, and to this day, my husband and I are still suffering from severe coughs. The apartment had a tiny window, which made ventilation impossible and only made the conditions worse. To make matters worse, when I raised the issue, the **property owner falsely claimed** that we had brought and implanted the ashtrays in the unit, which is absurd since they were already there when we arrived. Despite this blatant misrepresentation, I had no choice but to **leave the next day** due to the unlivable conditions. This property is **dangerously misrepresented** on Booking.com, and the lack of accountability from both the owner and the platform is alarming. Guests should be warned about the **health risks** and dishonesty associated with this property. I would never recommend staying here to anyone, especially if you value your health.

The apartment is cozy and fully equipped. I much appreciate the cleanness. For sure would I rent it next time again.

Be very careful! Additional payments that are not shown on the main booking screen on iphone cost more than the room itself if you taking it for a several days! Booking allows to make a booking without viewing of this additions. I noticed it only when unexpectedly more money was charged from me - more than two times expensive. I called Booking and they contacted the host in 5 minutes after the booking was made and the host declined to cancel the reservation. Booking just promised to help but unfortunately hasn't helped at all( So the apartments itself are rather good, but it's very disappointed when it costs two times more than the site declared and the host does not want to help with it.
