Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Останавливалась в этой квартире во второй раз. Прекрасное расположение, рядом все магазины, банк, остановки транспорта, бульвар и, конечно, пляж. Чисто, стильно, уютно, отлично работает кондиционер, есть вся необходимая посуда, полотенца и пр. Идеально для оного-двух человек для короткого пребывания, отдыха на море и культурного погружения в жизнь города.
Я бы предпочла бесконтактное заселение. Также не хватает торшера в гостиной, чтобы был мягкий свет по вечерам, и ночника в спальне.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Прекрасное расположение, тихое место, недалеко пляж, магазины, кафе. Квартира простенькая, но уютная. Кондиционер, холодильник в хорошем состоянии, работали почти бесшумно. За окном деревья с попугаями.) Очень приветливый и внимательный хозяин.
Хотелось бы, чтобы были хорошие подушки, на имеющихся спать было не удобно - жестковаты.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Maxim the owner was great. Met us at the property and showed us around. The building is a bit run down and the apartment is on the 4th floor (no elavator so prepare to work out :) Overall great little place was perfect for the 3 of us.

Квартира превзошла все ожидания , оказалась просто супер во всех отношениях!!!! 1- расположение -отличное: транспорт любой включая метро , море рядом, магазины и кафешки . 2- Хозяин очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый, всегда был на связи и помогал во всех вопросах. 3- Квартира -просторная, чистая и уютная. Есть все необходимое для проживания, все продумано до мелочей. Особенно понравилась большая ванная комната

Кровать и диван на кухне вполне удобные, мне даже, как ни странно, понравились эти твердые подушки, про которые уже писали в отзывах))) Расположение отличное: близко до пляжа, также рядом ходит трамвай в Тель-Авив. Хозяину Максиму отдельная благодарность, что дождался нашего ооочень позднего прибытия и шел навстречу по всем остальным вопросам!
Старый дом. Высокий этаж без лифта, хотя после огромного количества сьеденной вкуснейшей выпечки и мороженого - это скорее большой плюс!

Reviewed Mar 26, 2025Fantastic location! The place is conveniently near numerous bus stops, making it easy to get around. We took one train and one bus to the airport with no hassle, and the trolley is also close by. The sea is just a 10-minute walk away, and there are plenty of grocery stores and amazing restaurants nearby. Plus, you can reach Jerusalem in 1.5 hours or less by bus. The amenities provided were exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!
However, the futon was very uncomfortable—there’s a huge pipe in the middle that hurts your back, so you have to sleep on a small section of it. The pillows were also extremely hard. Another small downside was that we stayed for 8 days and only received one roll of toilet paper. Maybe that’s because it’s not an Airbnb, but we’re used to getting more. Other than that, the place was great for the price!

Maxim is a wonderful host, he keeps his apartment crystal-clear and well-organized. It was a pleasure to see such cleanliness in Israel. Also, the place is just 5-7 minutes walk from the sea beach - you can just take on your flip-flops and go swimming.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2023I loved how modern and clean it was, on a Main street so many shops and bus stops outside, washing machine was a lot of help and it a 10 min walk to the beach which is really nice
the only thing is the amount of stairs to get up but besides that it was amazing
