Reviewed Aug 17, 2026We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment hotel. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, with beautiful views and a great location. Right outside the hotel there is a lovely lake where you can swim, along with spacious grassy areas and a place to change clothes, which was a great bonus. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel also offers laundry facilities at a very reasonable price, which was especially convenient for a longer stay. Another great advantage is the variety of bicycles available to borrow, making it easy and enjoyable to explore the area. The garden is also fantastic for families with children, with plenty to keep them entertained, including a trampoline, pedal go-karts, a ping-pong table, and other games and activities. The hotel also provides guests with a Flachau discount card, offering discounts at various attractions and activities in the area. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place. We would be very happy to stay here again!

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026We had a wonderful stay here with our children and couldn't have asked for a better place. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home from the very beginning. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and the view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that scenery every morning was a real highlight. The price is very fair for everything you get, and the service throughout our stay was friendly and attentive. This is a fantastic place for families with children. There is a playground for kids, free bicycles available for guests to use, and a laundry service at a very reasonable price. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need, making it easy to cook your own meals. Honestly, the owners have thought of everything. Every little detail is taken care of, making the stay comfortable, convenient, and relaxing. We truly enjoyed every moment and would be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Another highlight is the beautiful lake right next to the hotel, which adds to the charm of the place and makes the stay even more relaxing.
