Спочатку ми переживали, що може бути неприємний запах, але, на наше здивування, жодного неприємного запаху не було. Якщо ви подорожуєте з маленькими дітьми або шукаєте романтичне та спокійне місце для відпочинку — це саме те місце. Кава вранці з видом на гори — просто неймовірно! Від такого краєвиду перехоплює подих. ❤️ We absolutely loved our stay — the accommodation was cozy, beautiful, and had such a lovely atmosphere. It was very comfortable and peaceful. There is a farm and a cowshed nearby. At first, we were worried that there might be an unpleasant smell, but to our surprise, there was absolutely no unpleasant smell at all. If you are traveling with small children or looking for a romantic and peaceful place to stay, this is definitely the place for you. Having coffee in the morning while enjoying the view of the mountains is simply breathtaking! ❤️ Також поруч розташовані два прекрасні містечка, є підйомники в гори, ресторани та спортивні майданчики. Die Lage kurz außerhalb der Ortschaft mit guter Anbindung zu den Lebensmittelngeschäften ist für uns perfekt. Die Ruhe, das Leben auf dem Bauernhof mit Zugang zu den Kühen war wiedereinmal ausschlaggebend.

Mittlerweile sieht man vermehrt Gebrauchsspuren und kleinere Mängel sind seit dem letzten Besuch vor zwei Jahren nicht abgestellt.

Appartamento molto spazioso, pulito e molto ordinato. Posizione ottima a due passi dal centro. Parcheggio coperto. Presente una spa con varie stanze

Die Lage war super. Wir konnten von unserer Ferienwohnung genau auf die Berge schauen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Brötchenservice hat super geklappt.

Der Staubsauger hat seine besten Tage gefühlt vor 2 Jahren gehabt und der Spielplatz mit den Sonnenliegen wird nicht schön gepflegt.

(2 Personen/Labrador) Es war von vorn bis hinten perfekt! Alle Etagen sind per Aufzug zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind großzügig, die Balkone bieten in jede Richtung ein super Panorama der nah umliegenden Berge. Und fünf Sterne alleine für den Wellnessbereich- wer dort keine Ruhe und Entspannung findet…ist nicht im Urlaub…. Ausgangspunkte für Wanderungen in unmittelbarer Nähe- zwei Highlights allein in Sichtweite 👌🏼 es war für uns perfekt Ganz sicher kommen wir wieder

Quiet beautiful area, nice spa facilities

Wenn Sie dem Alltag entfliehen und absolute Ruhe inmitten wunderschöner Berge genießen möchten, dann ist dieses Hotel genau der richtige Ort. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Fuße der Berge – jeden Morgen wacht man mit Vogelgesang und einem traumhaften Blick auf die schneebedeckten Gipfel auf. In der Umgebung gibt es wunderschöne Wasserfälle und Thermalschwinbad wie die Aqua Dome. Die Natur hier ist einfach atemberaubend. Besonders beeindruckend sind die Bergwanderwege und die Hängebrücke, die man in etwa 40 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Der Weg dorthin lohnt sich auf jeden Fall, denn von dort eröffnet sich ein atemberaubender Blick auf das Dorf und die umliegenden Berge. Auch die kleinen alten Gassen verleihen dem Ort einen besonderen Charme. Dazu kommen gemütliche Restaurants mit sehr leckerem Essen und herrlicher Atmosphäre. Ein perfekter Ort für alle, die Natur, Ruhe und romantische Berglandschaften lieben.

The property had a unique Tyrolean style i.e. large, exposed wooden beams and lots of wood in the design, and was a good location for walking to town, a grocery store, and the wellness center, and was also a short drive to the ski resorts. The location was quiet, a little distance from the main road, and offered great views of the valley and mountains. The dining area was comfortable and a nice place to hang out. The kitchen was sufficient and had all the essentials.

The check-in was so-so. Your first stop is at a digital lock box in the middle of town to pick up the keys. I could have used some immediate direction in finding the apartment, which was maybe a kilometer or two from the digital reception. The street address on Google Maps was taking me to the wrong location. A basic map at the digital reception or push notification with directions would have helped. Also, the digital check-in asked me to complete payment. I did so, but this created a duplicate payment. The office was quick to let me know about this, via email, which I appreciated. I used the office phone number once or twice about another matter, but did not reach anyone immediately. Email or Whatsup seem to be the best way to hear back from the office. The bedroom set-up on the 2nd floor would have been better if the larger space had been used for the bedroom rather than the small, lower-ceiling subspace. It wasn't the best setup for a 2nd separte adult. In the kitchen, a few starter coffees or teas would have been nice, since we got in late and the grocery stores were closed on Sundays.

The location was great and it was very comfy inside.

Zero communication from our host during and after a fire emergency. We came home one night to find the whole building full of smoke with some guy working in the basement. We never received an explanation. Another tenet had to call the fire department. And we slept with the windows open because our hosts didnt tell us anything. Ever. Even 2 days later. Note note under the door. All unanswered emails and phone calls. It was rediculous. So.many other problems after that. Still, no communication.

Wyjątkowo ładne, klimatyczne wnętrza, świetnie wyposażone, wygodne i czyste. Przepiękny widok z okien na góry ( za wyjątkiem apartamentu dwuosobowego na parterze od strony parkingu. Byliśmy w tym samym miejscu 10 lat temu, a ponieważ bardzo nam się podobało, to wróciliśmy w zwiększonym składzie ( 12 osób). Dojazd na stoki w Solden szybki zarówno autem jak i skibusem. Sauny ułatwiają regenerację po nartach. Brakowało nam trochę bezpośredniego kontaktu z właścicielami. Wszystkie sprawy łatwo i szybko mogliśmy załatwić mailowo albo telefonicznie, ale to nie to samo. Pamiętamy, że 10 lat temu mieliśmy możliwość skorzystania ze śniadań i do dzisiaj wspominamy świeże mleko, jajka i twarogi. Może warto by do tego wrócić?

не сподобалось заселення після 4 години, ключи треба десь забрати незнаю де десь 4 км від готеля. Тут ферма тут не готель Воняє навозом круглосуточно відкрити вікно не можливо воняє провітрити неможливо воняє. Тут ферма. не рекомендую нікому. не ведіться на ціну. Нема дверей між кімнатами спальня без дверей.

De temperatuur in het appartement was wat lastig te regelen. In het begin was het te warm in de slaapkamers, later ging het beter.

Sehr gute und ruhige Lage....Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung..... Wir waren mit unserem Hund da gewesen, viel Natur für ausgiebige Spaziergänge..... Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.... Bis zum nächsten Jahr!!!!

Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Kühlschrank sogar mit Gefrierfach. Ausreichend Geschirr und feine Kaffeemaschine. Nette Sitzgelegenheit. Und: Fliegenklatsche vorhanden 😆( im Sommer wichtig). Vorbildliche Mülltrennung möglich (alle Behälter beim überdachten Autoabstellplatz). Eventuell könnten Sie direkt im Apartment auf die Mülltrennung hinweisen: Es steht nämlich nur „bitte am Ende den Müll entsorgen“. Schöner Wellnessbereich im Keller.

Beautiful place, beautiful nature, comfortable bed, comfortable kitchen, close to town, one kilometer to shops. Many hiking trails, you can vacation without a car.

The barn apartment is located in the inner courtyard of the farm, near the tractor garages, where tractors with full manure tanks are parked every day - the smell is "exotic". Tractors are being repaired right there, there is loud hammering, metal being hit. The rooms are swarming with flies - an interesting form of leisure, to crush flies with a special tool prepared for this. The carpets in the apartment are dirty.

Friendly staff,all info about staying is easy to find. Nice location,close to the city and main shops/restourants and nature sightseeings. Good parking with a roof. Rooms tidy and fresh.

Perfect location, 10 mins driving to Sölden ski resort. We went to the other resorts, Gurgl, Kühtai and Hochötz too. And the location was very convenient. You can also take the ski bus, halt is within walking distance. Very spacious apartment, clean. Sauna and spa area was really good. You can feel like home there during the stay. Kitchen is well equipped, you have everything. The CASA team is nice. They responded to my emails whenever I reached out to them regarding my questions. So communication was not a problem. The key must be collected from their another hotel. Just 2-3 mins driving , not a big deal. There are supermarkets nearby the apartment. Wide long balcony with Mountain View 😍 After a long ski day, this place is perfect to have a relaxing evening. They provided all the necessary information regarding house rules, garbage disposal and etc. so our staying at their place was very easy,enjoyable and stress free even they didn’t have in person reception.

We had to visit their another hotel for paying city tax. Since they do not have reception for this hotel I think it would be nice if they offer online payment option at least only for Rimlhof guests.

We visited in late March for skiing in Sölden and stayed in the Arnika apartment, for the price we paid the accommodation was honestly pretty good. Clean, quiet, nicely decorated, spacious, kitchen was adequately equipped. We didn't like the lighting much to be honest but that's purely personal taste. Each apartment had its own ski locker (not in the apartment) with its own ski dryer and quite some space. The wellness/sauna area was just beautiful and obviously carefully designed and cared for. Towels were provided, water, lockers, changing rooms, everything. Self check-in (but keys 25min away..). Bus station was 5 minutes away, Sölden was about a 10-20 minutes ride depending on which bus you caught, first bus was on 07:23, buses ran every 20mins or so, in general it was pretty well connected. The reception in Sölden was happy to let us leave our luggage there on the last day so we could ski a bit before departing, really kind of them. In general we can easily recommend it.

- Room is on the ground floor and directly on the (quiet admittedly) street and has little view to the surrounding mountains due to a nearby building blocking most of it, which was a shame but it is what it is. - Matress was quite soft. Some lights were not working. Internet was slow, almost unusable at times. - Ski lockers could not be locked, even though a system with a PIN etc was in place. - Steam bath, although quite nice, smelled a bit of mold. - Many plates and cups etc were dirty and still with food leftovers on them, this was quite bad, really ruined the cleanliness feeling and made us skeptical about the cleanliness overall. - Dishwasher was apparently not working which was a serious bummer. - Even though we were charged a cleaning fee we were still required to take the trash out ourselves, clean anything we used, had to pay extra if you wanted a new towel etc (10 Euros) even though we stayed almost a week, some kitchenware was already dirty, not sure what exactly the fee was for then other than a vacuum and a cleaning of the bathroom etc. Felt a bit cheap on their side. - Key handover was quite inconvenient - even though check-in was completely automated and you get the key from a key box with a code, for some reason the key box was not located at the house but rather at a different location 25 minutes away on foot. This was really inconvenient if you arrive by public transport like we did - either you'd have to walk 25+25 minutes with all your luggage on, or take a bus to and from the location, which costed 4.30+4.30 Euros and might still take about the same time since after 17:30-18:00 buses don't run as often, there were maybe 1 or 2 per hour. Still not sure why they wouldn't just put the key box where the house is like everybody else does. - Even to pay the local tax etc nobody would come to collect it, you had to personally take the trouble and travel to their locations, either where the key box was or to Sölden town.

The fact that they gave me soap and shampoo for one day when I stayed a week. They tried to charge me for 2 people for city tax, adn I paid extra even though i informed them I'm leaving earlier. Spammed me with 30 emails

Close to Sölden, great sauna, covered parking, spacious comfortable apartment.

Local tax had to be paid at a different location in Längenfeld and it is not possible to leave the luggage in the house at the day of the departure as there is no reception there.

Boot drier wasn't working is an issue. WiFi worked but was different than communicated. Prior to arrival, I received simply too many emails, the collection place for the keys was at the other side of the village. When we asked where we should pick up and pay the orttax, we were asked which apartment we have by name of apartment, how would we know? Despite wanting to pay the tax right away and being there before reception closes, nobody was available, causing us to drive to the location yet again, suboptimal as we wanted to be simply done with it upon arrival. Communication was complicated as booking messages and emails initially didn't include links, then once I got links, still some items couldn't be paid by card online. It seems overly complicated and felt too stressful.

This is our favorite place we have stayed in Europe. The location is great if you have a car. The room is always clean and just perfect! This is the second time we have stayed here and will stay here again.

The apartment is stunning, everything clean and comfortable, smells very nicely. Great kitchen for cooking which is very well equipped and the location is really nice. At the end of the village and in the middle of nature very close to thermal spa. Dogs are welcome as well. The internet connection is very good, as I was working on remote. Highly recommended.

We came by car from Munich so getting the key in town from a lockbox was no problem. The apartment was so comfortable and had everything we could have needed. The kitchen had everything we needed, just make sure to bring oil, salt and pepper. The view from the terrace was beautiful and had great trails right from the hotel which was great since we were travelling with our dog. We hiked, climbed and did via ferrata during the day so having the sauana in the evening was the best way to relax. Highly recommend!

Have to pay tourist tax and bread service in town during specific days and times, we did not realize this so we were invoiced which worked out fine. It is on a farm so it smells like... a farm. This is fine for me as I'm from the country but the flies bothered my partner.

The pick up of keys when arriving is not done easy as one is supposed to collect them from different location (Casa Elegance). If you don't have car, it's quite hard, you have to take a bus/taxi/walk.

I like the bread they offer everyday, its very delicious at reasonable price

We loved everything about this property. It was cosy and had everything you needed plus more. You have access to a wellness spa with saunas which was perfect after a day out exploring. The views are breathtaking and it’s peaceful. The rooms were spacious, comfortable bed and pillows and was super clean. The tiny details they put into everything made it the stay perfect. The staff that worked there were so polite and welcoming. Definitely book your stay here! Would book here again

The only thing it didn’t have was a fan or air conditioning. Inside the room got quite warm, to keep the room cool you had to keep the windows open which let in flies but wasn’t the worst thing in the world

Wi-fi was very poor. hardly ever worked. Spent £100 on data! Loud bang from the metal cover on the drive way outside my room each time a farm vehicle drove over it.

The property had everything I needed and more! the whole apartment was lovely and clean and even smelled amazing! great value for money!

I cannot tell you how amazing the location and facility was. It was 15 minutes from the lifts in Solden. Great proximity to bakeries etc. (you could even have baked goods delivered to the door), parking was wonderful, facility was clean and absolutely breathtaking.

Great small hotel, with a great location to the bus stop. Only 20 minutes to the ski lifts in Soelden. Rooms are super clean, kitchen is equipped with everything required.

there were no kits like shower gel or shampoo, there was only soap. also the Wi+Fi speed is dramatically low. We've also seen issues with Sauna, which turned off automatically at 20:30, instead of declared 22:00.

die Therme aquadome ist fussläufig in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Eine Pizzeria, al Castello (sehr lecker, am besten mit Reservierung) ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in 10 Minuten fussläufig erreichbar. Das Hotel war sauber, großes Bad, kleine Küche im Appartement Arnika. Frühstück war ebenfalls lecker.
