No power in the kitchen tap and bathroom taps. Hot water wasn’t explained how to warm it up but figured it out in the end. The toilet was dirty upon arrival was not flushed from the previous person or cleaner.

Reviewed Oct 12, 2025La ubicación y estado del apartamento, limpio y reformado. Las vistas. Tiene dos aparatos de aire acondicionado lo que permite regularlo según áreas.
No tiene lavavajillas ni tostador, en un apartamento de ese precio y número de habitaciones, pienso que se tendría que poner un lavavajillas pues a menudo se ocupará por familias. Edificio muy muy mal mantenido. El portal de las fotos engaña, es lo único que está bien. El balcón del apartamento casi no se puede usar porque un aparato del aire acondicionado está ahí, echando un molesto aire caliente mientras funciona. Además en el balcón olía casi siempre a humo de tabaco de mariguana, un olor muy fuerte, pues las salidas de aire acondicionado de los vecinos están muy cerca también del balcón del apartamento. Aunque está frente a la playa, hay que andar bastante para ir a la playa, pues en Netanya la playa está muy por debajo y hay que bajar muchas escaleras. La bajada a la playa más próxima con servicio de hamacas está lejos del apartamento (15 min andando). Hay otra bajada a 5-10 min pero no está habilitada con servicios de playa y parece un poco abandonada esa zona.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2023Very nice roomy apt, slept 6 comfortably, 4 adults and two late teens. It is an apt with kitchen facilities, not a hotel, you have to provide your own food. Large parking area free, pool but across the road from beautiful beach, near many synagogues, modest shopping close by. Ideal for short stay for large family. One issue needed fixing that we saw as soon as we arrived, a loose toilet seat.
