سياسة خدمة الغرف ولا يوجد شطاف ماء ولا يوجد وقت دخولنا غلاية ماء حار والدخول للموقع صعب والخروج منه اصعب ولايوجد توضيح للغرف في الموقع انها غرفة تحت ولا فوق فقط اطلالة من دون ما اعرف موقعها واتفاجأة لايوجد خصوصية للإطلالة بسبب وجودها مقابل طاولات المطعم في الاسفل ؟؟؟؟

We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to book an extra night. The room with lake view offers an amazing view of the lake and the city, a good breakfast, comfortable beds, and helpful staff.

Some aspects of the place could be improved, particularly the maintenance and overall condition of certain facilities. Nevertheless, these issues did not significantly affect our stay.

The location is Amzing with amzing view

​Major Safety Risks for Families: ​A large glass window was broken upon our arrival and remained unfixed for our entire stay, posing a massive safety hazard for my 2-year-old and 4-year-old. ​The upstairs TV was not properly mounted or secured to the wall. It tipped over while my children were watching it. Thankfully, neither child was injured, but we were unexpectedly charged $500 to replace it despite the improper mounting. ​A glass light fixture right next to the bed was also broken and left unfixed. ​Inaccurate Listing Details: ​The pictures on Booking.com are outdated and do not accurately reflect the current condition of the facilities. ​The jacuzzi was completely out of order during our stay. ​The listing advertised daily housekeeping, but we only received service twice during our entire 7-day stay (cleaning occurred only after every 2 days). ​The duplex apartment had two TVs, but only a single remote control was provided for the entire unit. ​Overall Impression: While the location and views are truly stunning, the lack of basic maintenance and serious neglect of child safety make it impossible for me to recommend this property to families. I had high expectations based on the listing, but the actual quality of the facilities fell far short.

Amazing views. Excellent breakfast. Very competent and welcoming staff, especially the two Syrian employees ! Comfort and clean rooms. Not so far away from town

Very disappointing experience. I honestly would not recommend this hotel. The staff were extremely unhelpful and uninterested in guests. The service was poor from the beginning, and nobody seemed to care about resolving any issues. The food was also very disappointing and far below what I expected. The electricity went out several times during my stay, which was extremely inconvenient. On top of that, there was no proper view from the hotel, despite the impression given in the photos. Overall, the hotel is not worth the money. Poor service, poor food, electricity problems, and no view. I definitely would not stay here again.

The apartment was clean, cozy, and comfortable with a breathtaking view of Uzungöl Lake and the mosque. The two-bedroom apartment was perfect for families, with comfortable beds, a balcony, and all necessary facilities. Breakfast was great, and the location is only 5–8 minutes from the lake. Great stay at Ozen Villa! Highly recommended for families!

There is a café below the hotel, but the entrance is separate. Since the area is surrounded by greenery, insects and mosquitoes are common.

Alles etwas schwierig mit Personal Brauchte ein Leintuch. Frühstück war auf 8 Uhr ausgemacht. Wurde dann aber 9 Uhr

The location and the property is great

The staff were very slow, we ordered the breakfast and took 90 min to be ready. There was maintenance work being done at the place and it was very noisy late into the night.

Place was under construction and workers were still working till 9:30 PM. Although I booked for two nights I left the very next morning

Upon arrival at the hotel it became immediately apparent that the accommodation was unsafe, uninhabitable and not as described at the time of booking. The following issues were experienced Broken bathroom facilities, including a damaged shower door posing a safety risk No heating provided, despite outdoor temperatures of approximately minus 5°C making the room uninhabitable No basic amenities provided no water, tea coffee, or supplies as advertised The room was not cleaned prior to our arrival, with empty bottles and items left from previous guests No staff available on site for assistance When we repeatedly requested that the issues be resolved or asked for basic items, staff stated that they did not have them, or advised that the hotel would be repaired next season indicating that the property should not currently be operating.

The stay at Ozen Villa & Apart is amazing. The view is like being in Heaven on Earth, really beautiful and mesmerizing. Breakfast and Dinner at Look Up Cafe are very delicious. I hope to come back here again in the future.

The location is Top, the Staff were friendly and helpful especially Mohamed. The apartment was clean and big.

The staff was extremely nice and friendly. The place offers a beautiful view of Uzungöl lake . The home was very clean and warm. The restaurant staff was excellent, and the meals were absolutely delicious ☺️😊

لم يكن هناك سوى موظف شاب واحد، استقبلنا بفظاظة، ولم يكن متعاونًا، ولم يُقدّم لنا أي مساعدة على الإطلاق. حتى أنه رفض تقديم كوب شاي لنا. عندما طلبت منه إشعال نار، قال إن الحطب باهظ الثمن. وعندما طلبت منه تسخين الطعام في الميكروويف، قال إنه غير ممكن. بل إنه منعني من تناول الطعام داخل الفيلا. إنه عنصري للغاية ويتحدث بازدراء عن العرب. بعد بدء تساقط الثلج، علقنا في الثلج. لم تتمكن السيارة من الخروج من المنحدر الحاد للفيلا بسبب انزلاقها وصعوبة صعودها. استغلنا ولم يُقدّم لنا أي مساعدة. باعنا سلاسل إطارات مقابل 7500 ليرة، وعندما أخبرته أنني لا أريدها، غضب وأحضر مجموعة من الأشخاص كانوا يحاولون أخذ مفتاح السيارة، مدّعين أنهم سيُسخّنونه لي. لحسن الحظ، لم أُعطهم المفتاح. كنا نحاول إخراج السيارة بعد وضع السلاسل عليها، واضطررت لدفع المال لهم كي لا يؤذونا. كان الشاب يراقبنا ويلتقط الصور ويضحك ساخرًا. المكان جميل، لكن الشاب كان فظيعًا، يُشعرك بالقلق والرعب. There was only one young employee there, and he greeted us rudely, was uncooperative, and offered no help whatsoever. He wouldn't even offer us a cup of tea. When I asked him to light a fire, he said firewood was too expensive. When I asked him to heat the food in the microwave, he said it wasn't possible. He even forbade me from eating inside the villa. He's extremely racist and speaks disparagingly about Arabs. After the snow started, we got stuck. The car wouldn't get out of the villa's steep incline because it was slippery and difficult to climb. He took advantage of us and didn't help at all. He sold us tire chains for 7500 lira, and when I told him I didn't want them, he got angry and brought a gang who were trying to take the car key, claiming they would heat it up for me. Thankfully, I didn't give them the key. We were trying to get the car out after putting on the chains, and I was forced to give them money so they wouldn't do anything to us. The young man was just watching us, taking pictures, and laughing mockingly.

We have arrived earlier than the standard check-in time but they have given us our cottages earlier. Place is amazing, the host is very friendly and all meets our expectations ✨💫 additionally we got free upgrades to the better cottage than we have booked. thank you

Breakfast was poor, it was not the real Turkish breakfast what we have expected but affordable with the price. Also you will get discounts with dinner and lunch.

موقع الشقة جميل مطل على البحيرة. الشقة نظيفة جدا كانت راقية

الشقة بها 3 غرف تحتاج الى زيادة دورة مياة واحدة ع الأقل لانه يوجد بها دورة مياه واحدة فقط

Our stay at Ozen Villa exceeded all our expectations, it’s actually much better than it looks in the photos! Even though we booked the smallest room, it was very clean and comfortable. The view is excellent, and the location is perfect, with convenient parking for our cars. A special mention to Mhammed, the syrian guy at the small cafeteria, he was extremely professional and took great care of us throughout our stay. I highly recommend this accomodation.

The only thing I would mention, not really negative but perhaps a bit excessive, are the cafeteria prices. Other than that, everything was perfect.

ابدا من فين ولا من فين الصراحه اسوء مكان اخذتو في حياتي مابقي الا يحطوني في بدروم الحمام زباله السقف ينقط مويه وصرف اتوقع كرسي الحمام مكسور السيفون خربان الارضيه مكسره الكنب معدوم مافي طاقه عدله تحجز تجي تنصدم وتقولهم عدلو يقولك ادفع 50 دولار فرق عشان يطلعوك محل الصور الي حاطينها الموقع وحتا الدخول في وقتو والخروج في وقتو حاطين الدخول 4 العصر كانو فندق. والخروج11 وربي مايستاهل وبعلق هنا وفي جوجل نصيحه لوجه لله

Location is nice and rooms were clean.

The hotel has a restaurant just under the balcony, very loud music and people talking, singing and laughing loudly. It started at 7 PM, music stopped at 11 PM when I complained, but the loud voices, screaming and laughter continued until 2 AM… I couldn’t sleep. Whatever is the place, without comfort.. it’s worthless. Don’t come here.

انا اخذت الشقة اللي تحت وللأمانة غير مريحة ، تسمع خطوات الناس اللي فوقك لما يمشون ، وتسمع اصوات الموية في حمامهم ، والشقة اللي بالاسفل النوافذ مباشرة على طاولات المطعم وما نقدر نفتحها ونستمتع بالمنظر بسبب انها على المطعم مباشرة ،

Views from the balcony was great

Bees kept on finding their way into the apartment. I bumped my head a few times in the pitched ceiling.

We got the room on the ground floor but with a beautiful lake view. Its 10 min walking to the lake, very comfortable, warm and cozy

Noone speak English, but its everywhere on this region. We didn't have problem with it

We spent two nights at Özen Villa Apartment and absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed — from a well-stocked kitchen to a cozy living area with beautiful views. The location is excellent, tucked away in a peaceful area yet close to all the main attractions around Uzungöl. What we loved most was the warm hospitality — the hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with local tips and anything we needed. It felt more like staying at a friend’s place than a rental. If you’re looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay surrounded by nature, Özen Villa Apartment is a perfect choice. We would definitely come back again!

استاجرت الكوخ وكان جميل جدا ، الموقع ممتاز بالمنتصف ليس بأعلى الجبل ولا بالاسفل والوصول اليه سهل ،تعامل الله محمد لطيف جدا ومتعاون وخدوم location was good in the middle, not at the top of the mountain nor at the bottom. Access to it is easy. Muhammad was very kind, cooperative and helpful. L'emplacement était idéal, au milieu de la montagne, ni au sommet ni en bas. L'accès était facile. Muhammad était très gentil, coopératif et serviable.

بعض الأوقات بالليل تسمع أصوات السيارات وحين طالعه إلى الجبل أو هابطة تنويع وجبة الفطور Sometimes noisy you can hear the sounds of cars going up or down the mountain. Variety of breakfast Parfois bruyant, on entend le bruit des voitures qui montent ou descendent la montagne. Petit-déjeuner varié

المنظر جميل جدا في شقق الطابقين حصرا اما الغرفه الواحده ليس لها أي منظرالنافذه الكهربائية سهله وعمليه والتدفئه والتكييف جيده

طريقها صعب و الفطور سيء وقليل ووقته من 8 إلى 9.30 فقط وتسجيل الدخول للفندق الرابعه عصرا وتسجيل الخروج عند الحاديه عشر يعني تستاجر 19 ساعه وليس يوم كذلك يعرضون الجاكوزي ويقولون انه لايعمل لأن الارضيه خشب يعني بيذاكوا من الاخر

I love the location of this hotel, the room view is exceptional. You can see Uzungol lake and the mountains all around. Also it’s away from the noise on the lake, as it’s on top of the mountain, it’s very pretty, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. They also upgraded the room to the one on top without asking as it’s bigger and better view. The staff were very helpful welcoming and friendly, breakfast was great, small portions but you can ask for more if they have. Many restaurants and cafes around.

There should be a tall mirror in the rooms, and put some tea, coffee and water bottles since there is a small kitchen and kettle. Also there is a beehive that should be taken down as they’re all around the place if someone is afraid of them.
