Reviewed Mar 3, 2026Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Gemütlich,sauber und warm. Von der Innenstadt etwas entfernt aber wir hatten ein Auto. Eigene Terrasse, schöner Blick auf den Beagle Canel, sehr ruhig gelegen.Zum Kochen ist alles vorhanden, auch Salz, Öl usw, Kaffemaschine, Wasserkocher. Wir können es weiter empfehlen. Der Eigentümer ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

L'appartement était sale quand nous sommes arrivés, des peluches et de la poussière partout, nous avons du passer le balai. La propreté est moyenne. Fuite sous le lavabo dans la salle de bain, douche qui fonctionne à moitié. Cuisine bien équipée mais n'a pas l'air d'être nettoyée entre chaque location ( meubles et cuisinière sales, vaisselles/tasses sales, nappe sale). C'est effectivement pas cher et l'hôte est plein de bonne volonté mais... L'accès au logement est compliqué si il a beaucoup plu car en pente et chemin de terre mais parking appréciable.

Reviewed Jan 31, 2026The view from our apartment was captivating. The living room and bedroom were comfortable. The bathroom was good and had a washing machine. Hot water was available all day!
Unfortunately the apartment complex is a bit outside away from the towns center. 20minute walk away. Going to town is easy but coming from it you have to get a taxi to reach the side of the hill. Went to get a few supplies down the road. Instant regret when I returned because I was carrying things and walking uphill. Also the kitchen appliances need to be thrown away. The coffee machine was black inside and the water boiler was dirty.

A limpeza e cama eram excepcionais. O local oferece churrasqueira, a qual pudemos utilizar e fazer um churrasco com bastante tranquilidade. O anfitrião foi bastante cordial e nos ajudou com todas as dúvidas. Neste local é importante você possuir carro próprio ou utilizar um meio prático de deslocamento, como taxi/uber. Recomendo. Superou as expectativas. Tivemos ótimos dias na cidade.

We loved everything about this place, but so that others know: The place is located on top of the hill, so I would say you should for sure have a car to stay at this place. We did have a rental car, so it was not an issue for us.

The location is indeed of the center and in a very local neighborhood, but we felt very safe (5min ride away with taxi and Eduardo lives next door). If we come to Ushiaia we would definitely stay here again!

Reviewed Dec 2, 2023Eduardo was excellent host! Everything was as described, and the view from our room was PHENOMENAL! You need taxi to get around, but it's very cheap -- about $2 each way to town and $5 to the airport. You can pay with USD and you get a very good exchange rate. No need to change currency at the airport. (Most people will take USD but do ask first.) Keep in mind that if you pay with USD, you'll get your change in the local currency. My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Mirador del Kaiken and Eduardo made our stay even more memorable!
Better bath towels and bedsheets would be nice.

They don’t have elevator. And to have that awesome view you need to stay on the upper levels. It is hard takin up all the luggage and taking it dow. But at least some of the girls working at the property help us taking the luggage upstairs! Thank you. Overall was worth it!!!

My mistake, but it was further from town than I expected. There was a path most of the way along a busy highway. It took us about 25 min to walk to town by walking at a moderately fast pace.
