Excellent location, very well decorated and homely. I would definitely book again. The owner also helped us with a request, which was very much appreciated.

The double bed wasn't good, the mattress was very uncomfortable.

Everything you need for a few days away, really cosy homely feel to the apartment. Plenty of parking right outside the door.

Everything was close, the view from the window was great

the apartment was quite worn out, there was a lot of dust on the shelves and the sticky table was a bit off-putting

Apartment was lovely comfortable and warm. A perfect location for attending a wedding in great northern hotel. Matt was very fast replying when we contacted him.

The location is perfect, very central and walking distance to the main restaurants and pubs. The apartment has most of utensils you might need to spend few days

The bathroom drain wasn't working properly.

The apartment was a good size for a family of 5. It is a good location if you want to go to Bundoran beach. The host was very helpful and good at responding to any questions. There was a bottle of prosecco waiting for us, which was a nice surprise. It had everything you need as in linen, kitchen appliances and utensils etc There was a lovely view from the apartment but it was very close to the funfair, which is noisy.

The apartment needs updating and painting. The funfair is very noisy as it is right outside the window of the aprtment.

Location and decor. Facilities were perfect. Needed assistance once and it was seamless.

Beds not overly comfortable and sofa needs an upgrade, sunken in parts. Bathrooms and living/ kitchen area very clean but bedrooms not so much (especially under the beds, dirt from pervious occupants left - didn't go looking for messbut needed to move the bed to retrieve a lego piece). Free Netflix greatly appreciated but reception was fuzzy most of the time.

Lovely & comfortable apartment in a very convenient location.

The location is absolutely perfect. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The host went above and beyond with a gorgeous bottle of prosecco for us. The netflix and WiFi is great and they have lego and books for small kids which is very considerate. There are teabags, sugar, salt, dishwasher tablets, plenty of toilet roll and washing tabs too for a self catering apartment this is very considerate. I honestly couldn't fault this place.

Spacious apartment, good location. All kitchen appliances were in good order. Complimentary prosecco was a nice touch. Netflix and WiFi were really good to have.

Surfaces were all very dusty, sheets weren't ironed, mattresses were poor. No iron. Windows and glass very dirty. All the doors were very squeaky.

Matt is a brilliant host. This is a great location for families.

The location was perfect near to everything with great views.

The main front door was a nightmare to open had to play about with it to get in. The morning we were leaving the heating wasn't working and we couldn't get the hot water to work it said on the button instant hot water but the water never heated it was very cold in the apartment the heating in the bedrooms was fine. Overall it was a beautiful place to stay besides those couple of issues and would definitely stay again.

Mattress on main bed quite hard so didn't suit my bad back but could be perfect for someone else so not a complaint at all

Felt like a home, apartment was always nice and warm, amazing location and easy access.

This could be my fault but couldn’t get the bath water to heat up, I followed the instructions but to no avail.

Cosy, clean and comfortable. Older and younger kids loved the apartment. Having breakfast with the most amazing views of the sea had to be the highlight of our stay. We will most definitely be booking again!!

The property was in a great location and easy access everywhere. The beds were very comfortable and clean.

There was a problem with the WiFi we couldn’t get connected no matter how many times we tried the password just wasn’t being excepted . also the kitchen table needs a little tlc no matter how many times we cleaned it it was still sticky but overall we had a great few days and would not hesitate to stay here again .x

Nice apartment beautiful decor and great location

The location and accommodations were both excellent. The owners were very responsive and quickly provided a new microwave when the other microwave wasn't working. They also provided a nice bottle of wine on our arrival, which was unexpected and quite nice.

One item that could help improve the stay would be the availability of wash cloths and a roll of paper towels. However, I realize that both of these items are not commonly provided in Ireland so this is not meant to be a negative comment on this particular location just a suggestion for how to help improve the stay for people visiting from America who are used to using these items.

The property has a great central location. We did enjoy our stay, but would have recommendations for improvements.

The bed in the master room is particularly uncomfortable, this did warrant both myself and husband 2 particularly uncomfortable nights sleep. However the beds in the triple room were lovely and soft and comfortable for our children. The window in the triple room does not latch into the safety catch when opened, this is extremely dangerous especially as the apartment is on the top floor. The apartment is generally very clean and pleasant however we did find a lot of crisps between the couch cushions and behind the couch was particularly unhoovered when we pulled it out to close curtains. Bar these two areas the apartment was fine and clean.

apartment was not cleaned properly we had to go out and buy cleaning materials and clean it ourselves, not something you expect to have to do in any accommodation.

Everything!! The property was beautiful, clean, safe/secure and beautifully furnished and the Sea shell art was amazing! Also it is so close to all the attractions of Bundoran. Matt and Paula are the best people you could meet, they both went above and beyond to help me as my car had broken down, calling and helping to the property twice to make sure me and my daughter got sorted. If we could give 100 stars out of 10 we would. We will definitely be back, already planning it!

Absolutely lovely apartment. Beautifully decorated. Loved the wine on arrival and lego and books for the kids. Guest book had super information in it.

On arrival in the car park the property backs onto a derelict house and a fairly run-down view. It made me nervous that the area isn't safe. However, once we got into the apartment and explored a little all fears were alleviated. We will be back

I liked the apartment as it was close to everything, had great views of the beach and golf course. Very clean and beds were very comfortable.

The apartment is conveniently located, well laid out and clean.

I couldn't figure out getting hot water despite the instructions in the booklet. Everything else was clear. Also, I couldn't figure out the heat and stopping it in the day but it wasn't an awful thing, just meant that we were nice and toasty in the evening if a little hot during the day .

The location is brilliant, we really enjoyed ourselves.

Fabulous appartment, great location.

The only thing that is negative is that the double bed mattress is rock solid, myself and my partner found it very hard to sleep on the mattress and I had back pain after trying to sleep in the bed.

Very comfortable, home from home. Central to everything Parking free and available outside the appartment. Little quirks in the house made it very homely. 2 kids age 4 and 6 loved it too Spacious for an appartment Views onto the beach and amusements. Lovely to watch at night and early morning.

Needs a deep clean.... there is alot of cool ornaments and pictures that really make the place so homely but they were very dusty. The toilets were very dirty so bad I needed to clean when we arrived. Need for bleach in the not so obvious places. The windows too were very dirty on the inside. The rest of the appartment was clean e.g. kitchen, living spaces

Great location - nothing more than a 10 minute walk. Quiet at night despite being central. Lovely sea view. Comfortable size for 3 people, washing machine/cooker/dishwasher etc worked well, Wi-Fi good enough, handy parking

just minor niggles really, a bit lacking in some “essentials” - not enough cutlery, no coffee maker, nothing/nowhere to dry clothes once washed (if not suitable for drying in machine - only really an issue for longer stays I’d say)

Our apartment was beautiful, lovely & clean, lovely decor and very comfortable.. location was perfect, walking distance to beach, amusements, water park and restaurants everything we needed on our doorstep.. We couldn’t of asked for a better place to enjoy our Easter holidays.. Thank you for our wee welcome basket lovely touch to & very much appreciated :) Highly recommend & we will definitely be back.. loved the location and view

Location is excellent, right off the main street of Bundoran and gorgeous views overlooking the beach. Apartment is bigger than it looks in the pictures and very well equipped. It was perfect for our family of 5 and was big enough to host my parents as well, when they dropped in to say hello. The wifi can act up a bit in bad weather but it was great to have the smart tv to watch Netflix when it rained.

The apartment was amazing! Absolutely beautiful views! Every detail of the decor compliments the apartment beautifully! Host was great with communication, unlike me who thought I wrote this review weeks ago! 😁

Great appartment. Amazing location.

Another baking tray and pot and frying pan would have been ideal when we were making dinner in the appartment.

We enjoyed the walks, the girls enjoyed the nightlife. Everyone so friendly and welcoming. Dined in The Chasing Bull, food was lovely and staff were so nice and accommodating.
