Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Our stay was beyond expectations! The unit was spotless, fully equipped with everything we needed (even a first aid kit!), and the kitchen had all the essentials in great condition. Mohamed was a fantastic host, very helpful, responsive, and always available whenever we needed anything. We also loved having free access to the pool and the lagoon.
The location is a bit farther from the marinas, but Downtown is only about a 10 minute drive away.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Ausblick sehr schön Wohnung sehr schön Leider hatten wir Probleme mit der Klimaanlage die getropft hat und dann der Fernseher defekt war und wir hatten leider keinen Ersatz bekommen War jetzt nicht weiter schlimm aber an manchen Tagen wäre so ein gemütlicher Abend auch nett gewesen Die Waschmaschine hat leider auch nicht so unbedingt funktioniert Wir würden es trotzdem immer wieder buchen weil die Wohnung wirklich sehr schön ist und alles sehr schnell erreichbar ist 💖✨

The place is furnished beautifully, I loved everything there. The location is also perfect, 2 minutes from anything in Gouna! I highly recommend it and will defiantly book it again.

The AC unit in the living room is too powerful even on low setting. 5 HP is too much for the living room plus it sounds like a jet engine. if i turn it off the place goes hot is seconds.

The AC in the bedroom could have been more effective, and the tap water temperature in the bathroom was too hot.

Reviewed Dec 4, 2022The apartment is spacious and has a good layout. It is located in the southern part of the Tawila Resort Village, which is set around an artificial saltwater lagoon. As most areas in El Gouna it feels slightly disneylandish, but it is well maintained. The apartment has a nice and shady balcony as well as access to a swimming pool by the lagoon. You will find a basic but sufficiently equipped kitchen to cook up some meals that you can shop across the road from the Gourmet Supermarket. The communication with the owner Sherif was impeccable from start to finish - he certainly goes the extra mile to ensure that you have a lovely stay.
Getting to town from Tawila is tricky, as taxis or tuktuks rarely pass by the main road. Once you have a couple of phone numbers to order one, it becomes less of an issue.
