Kluis batterij was leeg en douche water liep niet snel weg. Verder allemaal top!

Majoituspaikka oli hieno ja se oli erittäin hyvällä sijainnilla. Yhteydenpito Mökin omistajan kanssa oli erinomaista.

Meitä hieman häiritsi vessanpönttö, joka oli rikki vaimiiksi sekä saunan ovi joka ei mennyt kiinni kokonaan. Yöllä ulkopuolelta tulevat äänet, esim. autot kuuluivat sisälle todella kovaa. Muuten viihdyimme mökissä todella hyvin ja tulisinme uudestaan.

Lovely apartment right in the centre of Levi so you can walk everywhere. Great set up for a family with two single beds in one room, a separate bunk bed and a double bed in another room. Has everything you need with a drying cupboard, fridge and cooking facilities. The Christmas tree lit up was also a lovely touch. We really enjoyed our time there!

It was all perfect for us - small thing would be having the beds made before arriving as it was a lot to do when arriving with kids and having so many beds, and slightly nicer towels as they were very hard. But that is very small as the apartment really is lovely.

The property is in such an ideal location. When we pulled up and saw the Christmas tree I nearly cried. Such a lovely festive touch. It’s clean, had everything you need for your stay including a well equipped kitchen. We had the best time and made memories that will stay with us forever xx Many thanks

Instructions for changing the language on the tv would be helpful and instructions on using the sauna.

Pidimme tosi paljon huoneistosta. Sijainti keskeisellä paikalla, kaupat ja ravintolat ovat lähellä. Huoneisto oli siisti, sängyt, petivaatteet yms puhtaita. Varustelut olivat huippuluokkaa. Suosittelen!

Matkamme osui pahimpaan +30 asteen hellejaksoon. Alakerta pysyi viileänä ilmalämpöpumpulla, yläkerta suhteellisen viileänä siirrettävällä tuulettimella. Yläkerran makuuhuone lämpeni eniten, koska aurinko paistoi heti aamusta asti ikkunoihin. Säilytys- & kaappi tilaan suhteellisen niukasti.

Clean and pretty

Modern and fresh interior. Great location just a two-minute walk from the village center and the closest ski lift. Definitely enjoyed our stay here. Easy to access with a provided door code. Would definitely consider staying here again.

It's not the biggest cottage. You can theoretically fit 8 people here but I wouldn't recommend exceeding 6, which is how many we were. The loft is crowded with beds, the dining area/living room won't really fit 8 people comfortably. Only one bathroom/toilet and the sauna definitely won't fit 8. The entrance is a bit cramped and there's no convenient way of storing many pairs of shoes, ski boots etc, but there's a heated storage space in the basement that you can use. But for 4-6 people, this place is perfect!

Perfect accommodation! The property has everything needed and very close to slopes. We had a great time! Highly reccomended!

The accommodation itself looked impressive. The sauna and bathroom was lovely.

The hygiene/ cleanliness was very poor. Lots of leftover food in cupboard, opened packs of biscuits, out of date food, opened bag of sweets. Used dishcloth. Sponge full of pubic hair in bathroom. No toiletries except other people's leftovers, 3 bottles with a small amount of shower gel, a couple of almost empty shampoos, 2 mens deodorant. It felt like we had walked in on someone else's stay! Very dusty, dusty blinds, banister, I cleaned the kitchen, utensils, crockery and table before use as all were dirty (eemnants of food and a spill). All beds were unmade, mattress protectors were hanging off as if they'd been slept in. There was rubbish in the bins on our arrival. The sink leaked.I don't believe it had been cleaned in between guests. The location was beautiful as close to the slopes, but road noise from boy racers and party goThe hygiene/ cleanliness was very poor. Please note although it says sleeps 8 there are only 2 bedrooms.

Superb location. Close to everything. Apartment was clean and warm. Host was friendly and easy to get hold of. She was quick to help when we had a problem with the door. Beds were very comfortable.

It was very cramped, and we felt that it simply wasn’t big enough for a family of 5, even though it’s meant to sleep up to 8. We were skiing and found that there wasn’t enough storage space for our things. There really wasn’t anywhere to put our coats, snow boots and helmets, so the apartment became cluttered very quickly, and we were tripping over each other. Also, there are two sofas, but one is tucked under the stairs, so only one person can sit on it properly. A more minor annoyance is that none of the sheets fitted the beds. It meant that we had to remake the kids beds every day, which was a bit of a pain.

We loved the location, the beds were so comfortable! It’s was extremely clean! Great drying cupboard and sauna! Was perfect for our first visit to LEVI

The very high window blinds weren't working, which meant the light from outside was very bright at night on the beds on the balcony! Also we did find being on the edge of the road a little noisy.

Very nice apartment, close to the slopes, restaurants, pubs, ski rental, simply close to everything. Apartment is very nice, has a very large area, complete equipment, sauna, kitchen, ski boot dryer.

Very close to ski resort, many shops located in the village mall with nice places to eat & drink, Short walk to a magical forest with frozen lake, very modern home. lovely touch of xmas decorations on balcony

Our only feedback is that the property would benefit by making the light switches more clear so people can know which switch is which.

Amazing clean cabin! Absolutely stunning inside with stunning views! As soon as I booked the owner messaged me & any question I had she would always reply. Will 1000% return next year Location is central. Cooking facilities, 3 bedrooms! TV, internet honestly it was amazing.

The location to the centre and the ski slopes is fantastic. Super easy to access all the facilities you might want - supermarket, shops, restaurants etc is within walking distance. The apartment is well set up with everything you need and supplies that previous guests have left behind. The beds are really comfortable.

There were a few things that weren't great. We turned up at the apartment at the check in time (4pm, which I thought was quite late) to find a car parked in the apartment's space. After knocking on lots of doors I think I met the owner of this apartment who rudely said the apartment isn't ready, it's a busy day for the cleaners. He didn't give a specific time that it would be ready, just said, sometime after 5. Then he offered no compensation, gift - nothing - and it took another phone call before he finally said 'sorry'. On entering the apartment, the floor under the dining table hadn't been cleaned, the toilet seat was broken and some blinds didn't actually close upstairs. I rarely complain, but this whole start to the holiday with friends from overseas who had a small baby, was super rude. Also, just as a tip, it gets quite noisy on a weekend night here as it's a thoroughfare for people heading back to apartments, and it's opposite a steakhouse. Just take earplugs ;-)

Good location. The apartment is lovely and cozy with full facilities.

The beds were amazing, good and modern interior and pretty windows. The bathroom was also absolutely beautiful. The host was also extremely nice and we appreciated the active communication.

We weren’t that fond of the neighbors or the broken blinds in the living room windows (it was very hard to lower them and they couldn’t be adjusted properly.

Bedding - mattress toppers continually shifted off the bed and sheets then unravelled too. had to continually remake the beds! sadly noisy neighbours up late socialising made it difficult to sleep most nights. Outdoor lights also made sleeping an issue as with the huge windows, it remained very light.

The location was very good, and the apartment had nice design.

The "smart" lock of the apartment worked randomly, and the door did not stay locked every time. In total we had to spend several hours of our trip figuring out how to get the door stay locked. After contacting the host, they mentioned this to be a common problem and advised us to "try and figure it out". Needless to say, we were not pleased with this advice. The host did call a locksmith who did manage to get the lock to temporarily work, but it stopped working again soon after. Thankfully the weather was not too cold so the few hours the door stayed open didn't cool the apartment too much.
