Al Mansoura Apartment

تجربة سيئة جدا وانصح بعدما التعامل معهم مستقبلا،تعرضت إلى الاحتيال،لم أجد الشفة المتفق عليه( دفعت الايجار كامل بالعملةلشقة 3 غرف ) و في الليلة الأولى عطوني استديو واحنا 5 أفراد .وباقي الليالي في شقة 2 غرف.

Ότι μας περίμεναν να φτάσουμε 23:30 Μεγάλα άνετα δωμάτια Άνετα στρώματα

Δεν είχε μαξιλαροθήκες, δεν είχε σεντόνια δεν είχε πετσέτες,δεν είχε χαρτί τουαλέτας,ήταν πολύ πρόχειρα καθαρισμένες οι τουαλέτες. Φυσικά δεν είχε μπαλκόνι με θέα τον Νείλο αλλά αυτό δεν μας ένοιαζε και πολύ. Πολύ άσχημη συμπεριφορά από τον κύριο όταν του είπα πως θέλω όταν γυρίσω να βρω πετσέτες και χαρτί τουαλέτες,η απάντηση ήταν να πάω να αγοράσω εγώ και πως δεν τα παρέχουν και όλοι έτσι κάνουν,στις παροχές τα περιλαμβάνει όπως και σαμπουάν και ήδη καθαριότητας,η κυρία προσπαθούσε να μας εξυπηρετήσει αλλά δεν την άφηνε ο άντρας. Όταν γυρίσαμε μας είχανε αφήσει δύο πετσέτες για 5 άτομα και δύο χαρτιά τουαλέτας και δύο μπουκάλια νερό. Φυσικά και δεν τα χρησιμοποιήσαμε γιατί δεν φαίνονταν καθαρά. Στην κεντρική τουαλέτα από τον νιπτήρα έτρεχαν τα νερά από πίσω. Στην μικρή τουαλέτα μόνο μια λάμπα δούλευε και ήταν βρώμικη και δεν είχε βρύση. Ευτυχώς που το σπίτι μου ειναι λίγο πιο κάτω από εκεί και φέραμε σεντόνια και μαξιλαροθήκες δικά μου. Ο υπεύθυνος του δωματίου μέσο whatsup επικοινωνία μέχρι να φτάσουμε 23:30 μετά δεν απαντούσε σε τίποτα που του έστελνα φωτογραφίες και ηχητικά. Απαράδεκτη επαγγελματική προσέγγιση. Την επόμενη ημέρα με ρώτησε η κυρία αν ηρέμησα,της είπα ναι γιατί απλά ήμουν διακοπές και έπρεπε να περάσω καλά.

After coming to the location , owner told me that the reservation will be canceled because of electricity issues, and after discussing he said that he will find another apartment somewhere else , was not clean and we found mouse in the apartment

They didn’t give me the host . The time that they should give the host , they when iam replying with them that there is no electricity and when iam calling them they told me that the host is busy

Clean apartment with nice view of the nile river, check in and check out easy without any problem. Doesn't look like the pictures though, but I guess the owner has multiple apartments in this building.

View of a million mosque towers and my room was very spacious and comfortable, close to seafood restaurants and other restaurants and shopping places, the key holder was very kind and provided the best service. Thank you so much for you🙏❤️

I moved rooms, when I left

the view of the nile river and the mosque tower makes me want to come back in the future and bring my mother to stay here. that is my dream.i hope i can buy this apartement. i hope my mother will approves. thanks God. see you next year

i hate moving rooms when im not around, forced to move rooms, why should i be the one changing rooms every day? I ordered one month before arrival, I said after the order was finished I would pay in cash but the response was different. i felt gently kicked out when my clothes were sCAttered on the bed.moving rooms is like changing husbands for me so..... moving rooms is the thing i hate the most. I just want to be LOYAL to one room until the and of my stay. I deliberately ordered more at the next day but I didn,t want to stay any longer, I was very disappointed and this was a bad EXperience for me, I have many friends who own apartement here but they really respect me, thank you for your bad Experience, I will never forget it all the time.

Early check in was possible, the appartment is huge, although it doesn't look like the pictures (must be a second one). The view is amazing from the living room and the balcony in the master bedroom. Everything was clean and tidy, with bottles of water available

I booked this apartment for my family coming from Malaysia for my graduation day. Out of all the apartments i book around Egypt, this apartment is the best of the best. Trust me you won't regret booking your stay here. The apartment is luxurious,everything is well prepared,every room has mineral water given by the owner,the apartment is so clean,the view is perfecttt. The owner is very responsive. Thank you for making my last days in Mansoura memorable.

We booked this property because the review was good. When we arrived, everything was fine, but the man who worked there sent his wife to clean up, and if we wanted dinner, we rejected the idea and asked him to prevent us from eating outside. On the second day, he came with two daughters and asked us our questions. If we wanted to have a party with the girls, and when we refused, he asked us to give him and the girls money against our will. We did not know that this facility was intended for sex tourism. We advise you not to visit this establishment due to the scam.

Everything was brand new and high quality of furniture, equipments, everything basically.
