Reviewed Sep 19, 2026The location suited us well because we do not live in the city. We loved the use of the bikes, which were included in the price of the rental. Having an outdoor area to sit was nice.
The only thing I could say that could be improved would be the interior lighting… I found it to be dark….new keys would help…they were tricky to get used to.

Erg oud gebouw. Donker en niet fris om te zien. Bijzonder steile trap naar het bed. Ramen zo vuil dat je er moeilijk doorheen kijkt. Ondanks dat het er wel goed schoongemaakt uit zag was het bijzonder stoffig, zo merkte ik aan mijn allergie voor stof.

Voor 1 nacht, alleen, "te doen". Niet aan te raden voor een verblijf langer of met gezin. Veel te weinig licht. Spinrag. Stof. De elektrische installatie zo gedateerd dat het zelfs pre-Edison lijkt. Overal primitieve aansluitingen gemaakt, veel te weinig wandcontactdozen, alles met verlengsnoeren. Een brandgevaar op zich.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Heerlijk rustige ligging in bosomgeving. Je wordt gewekt door bogelzang en's nachts hoor je de bosuil . Alle fasciliteiten aanwezig, gezellig centrum op 5 min fietsen en gunstige prijs.
Zo'n huisje in het bos trekt wel insecten aan. Heb je de deur even open dan wandelt en vliegt er van alles binnen.

first of all it was too far away from where we needed to be and there was no public transport other than taxis ! the apartment, had a very uneven tiled floor ,very dark even with the lights on and it was like Aladdin's cave, it was just full of stuff :-( the bed was too low , it got colder in the evening ! after one night we weighed up our options and decided the place wasnt suitable for us at all and we left the next morning !

De wastafel in de badkamer was erg klein en daarmee niet praktisch.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026La struttura è pulita e inserita in un bellissimo contesto nel bosco. Gli spazi sono ampi e ben arredati, in linea con il contesto in cui si trova la villa.
I letti e il bagno, ubicati nel soppalco, erano raggiungibili tramite una scala molto ripida e priva di parapetti di sicurezza. Anche il soppalco aveva un parapetto non idoneo a bambini. Aspetti a mio avviso migliorabili, soprattutto in caso di famiglie con bambini piccoli.

Unica pecca era molto buio, luci troppo soffuse.Consiglio un bel l’ex specialmente sopra il tavolo da pranzo perché all ora di cena non si vedeva niente!

Osobně se mi nelíbil koncept a organizace ubytování, ale to může být subjektivní. Například koupelna nahoře v patře byla nepraktická. Nenašel jsem způsob, jak zavřít některé okna (chyběl klíček), takže v noci bylo chladno. Velmi nepřátelské ptactvo, které přes noc stihlo extrémně zaneřádit kapotu auta.

They repeatedly told us to clean everything before leaving, even going so far as to watch over the clean dishes, as if it were an Airbnband it was our responsibility to leave it completely clean.

Het meubilair was gedateerd maar voldeed prima.

Der Boden wurde nie gewischt im Vorraum,daher werden alle Socken und füße schwarz, bei der Besichtigung geht man auch mit Schuhen durch. Badezimmer warne noch einige Haare von den gästen davor da und im Einzelbetten auch. Den Grill den wir benutzen durften/konnten fährt fast auseinander ist komplett durchrostet und wurde nie sauber gemacht. Es gibt nur ein Fenster in ein Schlafzimmer mit ein Fliegengitter sonst können überall die mücken reinkommen ins Haus. Die möbel sind naja, sieht wie zusammen gewürfelt aus vom Flohmarkt oder Sperrmüll. Die Beschichtung der Bratpfannen sah aus als hätte Wolverine geraucht damit zu kochen zum Glück gab es ein paar Edelstahl Pfannen. Der Preis ist gut aber das war es auch wenn man da nur für eine oder zwei nächte schläft okay aber nicht mehr.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026We have stayed here before but in a different room this time. We knew what to expect and it was excellent again. The location is biking distance from Den Bosch with free bikes available to use. The rooms were just as eclectic as the previous one which adds so much character and everything required worked perfectly. TV although older and smallish was still perfectly adequate to watch the World Cup on! Thank you Eva & Gerard for another great holiday and we will see you again next year.
Lighting was a little dimmer than i'd personally like especially during the day through a heatwave, but once you turned them all on it was fine. Just have to locate all the right switches which is part of the fun.

The apartments are located in a incredibly picturesque area surrounded by lush greenery, the wonderful singing of birds, and the sweet scent of flowers. We were welcomed by a very lovely lady who showed us around and explained everything we needed to know. The apartment itself is beautifully stylish and fully equipped with absolutely everything you could need. We loved our stay so much and truly hope to come back again in the future!

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Absolutely amazing location, honestly soul refreshing. Hearing the birds all day feels magical. The coffee machine was a lovely surprise, having an Americano on the porch listening to the birds, seeing beautiful trees- what more can be wished for. The cooking facilities, everything was though of and plentiful. The beds were very comfortable (I suffer with chronic pain), so that was a very welcome relief. The bathroom, although small is everything you need. A separate wash sink was brilliant for bedtimes. Was lovely to have a dining table to sit at. And the wood burner was an amazing surprise also, logs provided. The hosts are honestly such beautiful kind people. Nothing was to much, easy to contact and provided us with some incredibly detailed information on the local area, which was wonderful. My friend and I had booked to return on our way home. Looking forward to next year.
It would've been nice to have a more comfortable sofa, I appreciate it's a day bed but a sofa to get snuggled with a blanket would've be nice. But it really isn't a thing, and likely personal preference.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026De locatie is erg mooi en rustig, je loopt zo het bos in naar de zandverstuivingen. Het huisje is klein maar knus. Wel een beetje donker binnen door de kleine ramen en de grote bomen buiten, maar dat geeft zeker ook veel sfeer. We waren 1 nachtje en alles is ons goed bevallen. In de tuin klein zitje onder de Linde boom die lekker aan het bloeien was en heerlijk rook.
Sanitair is wat ouderwets en keukentje krapjes, maar was goed te doen.

Quando abbiamo chiesto aiuto per un meccanico il giorno dopo (solamente di indicarci un meccanico perché avevamo la batteria a terra e dovevamo sostituirla), non ci hanno più risposto, né al messaggio né alla chiamata.

Beddengoed en sanitair waren schoon, maar verder was het naar mijn smaak gedateerd en smoezelig. Het nodigde mij niet uit om me eens lekker te installeren. Het matras was voor mij bovendien te zacht.
