Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal – vieles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Lokacija je odlična kot izhodišče za izlete v regiji. Lastnik je bil zelo ustrežljiv. Jezero je dosegljivo peš. Smučišča so blizu.
Žal je bil ravno vročinski val in klima ni delovala pa čeprav sem izbral nastanitev prav zaradi tega. Čeprav se je lastnik trudil ni bilo moč klime poservisirati v času našega bivanja, nam je pa uredil nek ventilator ki je vsaj malo pomagal.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten eine großen Balkon und auch ein großer Garten war vorhanden. Die Fahrräder konnten wir in einem versperrbarem Gartenhaus unterbringen. Eine E-Ladestation für das Auto war auch noch da :-)

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026De ligging is perfect. Op loopafstand van het meer en de restaurants. 5 min naar de supermarkt. Daarnaast is de burcht heel mooi ook zeer dichtbij. Groppensteinschlucht is echt dikke aanrader. Prachtig!! Genoten met elkaar. 2 dagen waren te kort! Prachtige omgeving. Sprookje.
De geur was wat minder bij binnenkomst. En soms ook buiten een walm. Maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken. Als je wat langer er bent ruik je het niet meer.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Příjemné klidné místo hned kousek od centra. K vodě je to cca 800m. Jen dvě neplacené pláže, kde bylo hodně lidí včetně psů. Jezero je jinak krásné, není úplně azurová voda, ale je perfektně čistá. Horší přístupnost do vody, ale my nejsme koupací, takže nám to nevadilo. Děti byly spokojené na volně dostupné pláži, kde je cca 1m malá hloubka a pak jde prudce dolů. Krásné lokality v dojezdové vzdálenosti autem. Krásná hřiště všude po celém městě i u vody. Park na kolo,padal,volejbal. Co víc si přát. Na rodinou dovolenou lze jen doporučit.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Pro rodinu se 2 dětmi (6 a 8 let) naprosto ideální. Dvě místnosti na spaní, 2 koupelny(!), velký balkon s výhledem na hory a 2 stolky, kde jsme snídali. Malá, ale kompletně vybavená kuchyňka, možná nebyla myčka, ale to nám nevadilo. Děti využily trampolínu a malé dětské "hřiště" na zahradě vč. branky na fotbal. Asi 5min pěšky obchod Billa a několik restaurací, 10min pěšky jezero Millstätter See.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Da Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher vorhanden war, machten wir uns unser Frühstück selbst. Auch das verlängern um eine Nacht war kein Problem. Es war ein großer überdachter Balkon, welchen wir für Frühstück und Abendessen nutzten. Kommen gerne wieder.
Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist das Zimmer definitiv zu klein, da auch kein Platz für die Kleidung vorhanden ist.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Kommunikation war super, wird durften schon früher in unsere Appartements dass wir pünktlich zu unseren Turnieren gekommen sind, schöne saubere Zimmer, Kaffeemaschine Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und kleine Küche im Zimmer. Badezimmer mehr als ausreichend, schön großer Balkon und sehr freundlich bei persönlichem Kontakt. Preis mehr als angemessen. Kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder wenn die Srocksporttage wieder in Seeboden stattfinden, da es auch sehr zentral liegt und für uns die Veranstaltungsorte zu Fuß in kürzester Zeit erreichbar waren und somit das Auto beim Appartement stehen bleiben konnte. Vielen Dank.

Kitchen was very well furnished, but there was no dishwasher (known when we booked) and it was a little small for the flat's dimensions. This is not a host's error, it is just the shape of the flat that doesn't help. Same applies to tables, which are a little small to have meals together. But these are no show stoppers.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2025Super schöne Unterkunft, sehr sauber, ausreichend Platz im Zimmer und super bequeme Betten, Lage optimal für uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern, Bäckerei mit kleiner Eistheke, Metzgerei, Apotheke, Supermarkt usw. fußläufig erreichbar. Über die Seestraße erreicht man in weniger als 10 Minuten das Strandbad und die Seepromenade. Die Unterkunft mit Balkon und wunderbarer Aussicht auf den Hausberg Goldeck und die Alpen bietet einen großzügigen Garten mit kleinem Spielplatz, ein Trampolin, Liegestühle zum Chillen während die Kinder spielen. Tipp für Unternehmungen: Bonsai Museum, Wanderung zur Goldeckhütte, Eis essen im Park mit beleuchtetem Springbrunnen im Nachbarort Spittal an der Drau. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Eigentlich gefiel uns alles sehr gut. Nur vielleicht als Anmerkung. Für die Wespen auf dem Balkon können die Vermieter nichts, die kamen aus einer anderen Richtung. Nur leider konnten wir daher nicht draußen auf dem Balkon frühstücken. Das Nudelsieb aus Plastik war schwierig zu reinigen. Ansonsten war die Ausstattung super ausreichend um einige kleine Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten.
