Reviewed Jul 19, 2024Nice and clean. Good A/C. Each of the two BR had a private bathroom in addition to a 3rd bathroom. Very responsive and available. Filtered water machine with hot and cold water.
Semi-circular stairs may be a bit challenging for someone older to go down from the 2nd floor to the first. Also, must walk 1.5 flights to the level of the apartment.

Reviewed May 21, 2023We arrived at the apartment to find it was completely inaccessible to me from the parking , as a disabled person. I had requested accessibility with the reservation. I was unable to stay, and I left to find other accommodation with the mutual agreement of the owner who said he would refund the payment directly and not through Booking.com. I have again requested the refund, but I have not had the courtesy of a reply . By way of this review, can booking.com please facilitate the refund process? The state of the whole building is terrible. There are cables hanging out of the wall, the hallway has not been cleaned for a while, trees are growing out of cracks in the terrace of the neighboring apartment. It looks like most of the other apartments are not in use any more. The apartment itself has been refurbished in a quite makeshift way. The lavatory in one of the bathrooms was leaking. Some of the doors of the kitchen cabinets were not fitting well and could not been shut properly. Even though the view is nice, the terrace is not. As the ratings of the apartment are very high, it is evident that they have been faked.
