Reviewed Sep 10, 2026The stay was comfortable and the accommodation was nice. However, I am disappointed with the handling of the security deposit refund. I checked out on 1 September 2026 and provided my bank account details for the refund on 2 September, but as of today, I still have not received the deposit. I hope the management can improve the refund process and provide clearer communication regarding the expected refund timeline.

Reviewed Mar 11, 2026Friendly staff and a very smooth check-in and check-out process. The unit is spacious, clean, and well equipped with good amenities and branded electrical appliances. The bed was comfortable, and the sun-block curtains and lighting made the room very pleasant. The television was also equipped with Netflix and YouTube, which was a nice bonus. Security is good with guards on duty and card access for the lift. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to the place where I attended my course.
Only minor issues. The towels were clean but had a slight smell. Cleanliness in the shower area could be improved as there was some soap scum and moss. The washing machine was quite loud and shook during the spin cycle. It would also be helpful if the host could provide kitchen towels and laundry detergent. There was a bit of dust on the cabinet next to the sofa, and the house had a slight pest-control smell when we first checked in.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2025Deposit taken, never returned - no replies on WhatsApp. Cockroaches and ants everywhere: in the kitchen, bathroom, even the bed. AC doesn't work, it's unbearably hot. Bedsheets with stains, strong musty smell. Photos are very old - now everything is falling apart, wallpaper peeling off. Location is awful: far from everything, no food, no shops, no infrastructure. Owner is shady, area is the same. Stay away.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2025The house is clean, recommended for short staycation, suitable for anyone who is travelling for work.
Provide at least extra mirror and shelf for ladies (for makeup and etc). Suggestion: Change the lamp from yellow to white. Yellow lamp gives very dim environment to the house.
