The environment around the house is very poor, dirty, messy, a lot bad looking person was at the street, it's not recommend for a walk. At the check-in, the given code was ok, but after you wrote it, you need to open the door as soon as possible, because it locks so soon. Otherwise the apartment wouldn't be bad, but this environment effects so much, that it only good for a short time.

Le lit n'est pas très confortable , il demanderait à être changé le quartier n'est pas super , bruyant , et pas bien entretenu , heureusement l'appartement est sympa ! Un bon rapport qualité/prix.

El sofá cama imposible para dormir hacia ruido para todo el apartamento. Frigorífico también hacía ruido. Barrio periférico descuidado y no recomendado para familias.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Appartement propre, pratique et bien situé. Tout prêt, il y a un magasin Aldi. Le parking dans la rue est gratuit et il y avait toujours des places disponibles.
Un peu bruyant la nuit côté rue. Peut-être parce qu'on a laissé les fenêtres ouvertes, il faisait chaud !

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Quite close to Charleroi airport. Tram goes in front of the house. Supermarket is on the backyard. It was clean apartment.
It was very difficult to find. Uber taxi drivet drove us to another building 5km away with same address it was unpleasant jouner in the midle of the night. Took of course extra time and money to correct. Description and pictures are missleading there is two apartment in same house. This one upstairs has terrible stairway to carry heavy bags. Neighbourhood is quite dramatic and houses are mostly ruined, not a nice place especially in the dark.Fridge has terrible noise all the time Last but not least master bed is only 140cm wide not really a double bed. Over 100eur was too much for this.

I was a bit hesitant to leave my car overnight, as the area felt unclean with trash around and the surrounding neighborhood appeared run down, which was surprising for a Belgian city. Access to the apartment also involves very steep stairs.

Le quartier est horriblement mal entretenu. Il n'y a pas de solution de restauration à proximité. Les escaliers sont très étroits. La rue est bruyante. La canapé lit pas très confortable. L'appartement est étrangement organisé et il n'y a pas de porte pour fermer la chambre.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2025No me cogió el teléfono. Las indicaciones que da para hacer el checking son erróneas. El número que indica también está duplicado en la calle. Mejor decir que pongamos la dirección e indicar alguna referencia. Pusimos el número de calle que nos indicó y nos dejó el Uber y estábamos a 40 minutos. Y era zona no disponible después para coger taxis o Uber a esa hora por la noche. La llamé y nada no respondía.
